    AC & Air Cleaner Install

    From the initial quote to the completed install George and his install crew did an exceptional job installing my new American Standard A/C and cased coil, Accuclean Air Filtration, customized return boot. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and provided with options that help to suit our needs. His install team completed a very clean install and cleaned up and removed any debris from the install. George also came back on a warmer day to do a proper pressure test on the A/C unit to ensure that it was operating efficiently. I would recommend his company to all my friends and family and will certainly be calling Spring Home for my future HVAC needs. Keep up the good work George!!!

    Replace Central Air Conditioning Unit

    Cy and his Company were visiting a neighbour 2 doors down regarding replacing her furnace and adding central air. Upon my request, Cy stopped by shortly thereafter and within minutes I was impressed with his observations and recommendations for replacing our central air and a furnace fresh air intake upgrading. Our installation date was set in such a timely fashion! Our old central air unit was changed out expertly. It looks great and the technicians were so thorough and conscientious-what work ethic! My neighbour was equally impressed as they got ALL her work done the same day. Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. restored my faith in contractors! Bravo!

    Installation of new Furnace and A/C

    I had my furnace and A/C replaced with Spring Home last year. I really enjoyed the presentation Gorge made to me about the heating and cooling system of the house, very knowledgeable and professional. Spring Home technicians did excellent job in installation and follow-up service. I already recommened Spring Home to some of my friends, and will keep recommending whenever I have a chance. I trust Spring Home!!!

    Installed new water heater, furnace and AC

    Spring Home's technicians were professional, knowledgable and helpful. They did a great job installed all my home heating and cooling system. They were very efficient from the time we called for a quote to the time that they came to our house to do the job. I would gladly recommend Spring Home to everyone that might require their services.

    Furnace and A/C

    After I decided to change my 15yo furnace and A/C, I contacted Cy and was greeted with exceptional customer service. Once we agreed to a very reasonable price, they came out promptly when they said they would, and installed a new AC unit and also replaced my old furnace with a new one. It took about 8 hours to do a very nice and neat job. After installation the work area was cleaned up and a guy gave me an explanation how equipment works and how to set up the thermostat. The company will even submit rebate form for you!! Great overall experience!

    HE Furnace and A/C Installation

    I was recommended to Spring Home by a colleague and I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job from start to finish. All of the duct work and piping was very neat and ideally placed. Overall I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a new furnace or AC.

    Installation of new air conditioner

    Came home after work one day to find the drip tray under our old AC condenser in the furnace had a giant hole in it, resulting in it dumping a liter of water into the furnace and onto the floor every hour. Called a few companies for quotes, and Cy came from Spring Home the next day. Ended up going with Spring Home based on the competitive price, American Standard brand reputation, and the fact that Cy actually took the time to go through what we needed and all the little details required for the installation. The work was completed the next day, and included relocating the AC to the side of the house, patching and removing the old unit, building a new housing for the condenser, reworking our drains, pulling new power lines etc. Took 2 guys the better part of the day to complete, but it looks great: clearly professional work, all the wires are neatly placed, pipes are insulated and supported, patches in the old wall are nearly invisible etc. Cy followed up later to make sure everything was working well and was satisfactory, which I'm happy to say it is. I know family members who are looking to replace a furnace+AC in the coming months and have already referred them to Spring Home to get a quote. Definitely worth a call if you're in the GTA and looking for a quality HVAC install that will last, and not necessarily the cheapest possible work.

    HE furnace, humidifier, air cleaner

    I decided on Springhome for my HVAC project after I talked to their consultant "Cy". When Cy came to my house, he gave me a detail explanations of what they offer and the technologies involved. It's by far the most detailed presentations I got from the various HVAC contractors. Also, he has followed up with me via phone and emails after the initial meeting. He's a treasure to any organization! On the day of installation, their crews showed up right on time. Due to the layout of the house and the size of the furnace room, the installation went from 10am to 6pm. Like others have said, the workmanship was great and it's clearly shown in the final product. At the end of installation, I noticed that the outdoor intake/exhaust pipes didn't have screen installed. A quick email to George at Springhome got it resolved in no time. One thing clearly made them stand out from others is that when they promise you something, they'll always deliver. This is a company I can trust for my HVAC needs. I'm sure they'll be there for me when I need them. Any equipments can develop problems over time, but there's Springhome. Btw, we love our new equipments. The DC motor in the furnace is so quiet that we couldn't tell it's on! Now we're looking forward to winter to try out the new furnace :-)

    Furnace, Air Conditioner and steam humidifier

    My house is 32 years old, and the temperatuer difference between main floor and the 2nd floor was 4 C degree, house was warm in summer, cold and dry in winter. After lots of research,I found that George from Spring Home is not only a good salesman but also a very knowledgeable technician. His first quesiton is "what's your comfort concern". I like that, because he tried to understand what I need, and did not like other sales who just want to sale as much as they can. After one hour conversation, he recommonded American Standard modulating furance, 15 seer air condtioner and steam humidifier. The installation is professional, the technicians put blanket from front door to furnace room, and cleaned the furnace room before they left. Now the house is very comfortable, the temperature difference is only 0.5 C degree. I will definitely recommond Spring Home to all of my friends.

    High Eff Furnace/Air Conditioner,Air Cleaner

    My house is about 60 years old and the basement is completely finished. I have so many quotes and the suggestions to install the High EFF Furnace/Air Conditioner. George is the only one can recommend the best way not to touch the basement renovation and still can put the equipment in the most convenient locations. Additionally,he recommend the Air Cleaner which can be vacumned and washed with hose and they are exexcellent. I have saved a lot on Gas/Hydro Bills and do not have to buy those expensive Air Filters. George is the only one recommend the new duct outlets and new intake duct installed. It make my very old house much enjoyable. INCREDIBLE way to improve my heat/AC and air quality. GEORGE BEAT ALL THOSE COMPETITORS in terms of quality. They even come back for any concerns (Shirley,the admin director promise me they will repair my damaged foam insulator caused from RACCON).MOST PROFESSIONAL company to recommend.
