    Ductless Heating & Cooling Installation

    I am extremely pleased and impressed by Spring Home's quality of workmanship and stellar customer service. I have recommended them to our condo townhouse corporation as our preferred supplier. Their attention to detail and quality of work was executed beautifully and in keeping with the corporation's rules and aesthetics of our homes' facades. Sam La (Comfort Consultant) was stellar, very professional. His patience and attentiveness was greatly appreciated. A big thank you to the entire team including, Mike and Chris who are masters of their craft and completed a seamless execution. I LOVE the Daikin Emura units. The quiet performance and their sleek design blend beautifully in my carefully edited living space. I'm super happy I chose Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems! ~ Francesca

    Installation of furnace and AC unit.

    Efficiency was the word from get go. Courtesy was appreciated from the workers. Telephone queries were answered promptly. Quiet satisfied. I had contacted three companies for estimates and theirs was the one I had liked.

    Installed new NPE-210 Navien Tankless Water Heater

    The blower motor for our furnace was dying, so I researched on Homestars and decided to give Spring Home a chance. They showed up the next day with no scheduling headaches and ordered the parts needed. Within a couple of days, they had the motor fixed for a reasonable price without having to haggle. The technician they sent was professional and knowledgeable. Since our initial experience with Spring Home was good, I decided to use them to replace our 11 year old hot water tank. I dealt with one of their salespeople (Bijan) who was courteous and knowledgeable and convinced us to go with a tankless water heater system. The price he quoted was reasonable and we did not consider anyone else for the job since we knew Spring Home would not let us down. Two technicians from Spring Home arrived as scheduled and they got the work done as expected. They were professional and courteous and they showed us everything they did to ensure we were completely satisfied with the workmanship. They also took the time to explain the new system and they kept their workspace cleaner than they found it. They recommended the installation of a wider gas line to accommodate the new water heater, so two technicians returned some time later to complete the work. They offered me a discount on the extra work in consideration for the water heater I purchased from them. All in all, Spring Home did an outstanding job for a reasonable price with no hassles. I would highly recommend them for any work you need!

    Furnace Replacement

    I called Spring on a recommendation from my daughter who had them replace her furnace in 2015. The reason the furnace need to be replaced was because the 2 stage blower motor burned out 4 days after the 10 day warranty expired and cost over $2000 to replace with a 90 warranty. My previous heating company was not prepared to contact the manufacturer for some consideration . So I contacted three companies for quotes and and I was impressed by Cy and Spring with their quote. The furnace was installed by Jose and Mike and they did a good job neat and efficient job. I am very happy with the 2 stage variable heat Lennox furnace as it is extremely quiet and the new WiFi enabled thermostat is great. I would have preferred a $325 DISCOUNT instead of the Lennox VISA Prepaid credit card as a discount would have eliminated about $42 in HST taxes on the purchase so the VISA value is really only worth $283. A discount is a much simpler and cost effective process.

    Spring Home Heating and Cooling installed my new furnace and humidifier

    Your people are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I found Peter the installer amazing. I have already suggested to a number of people that you are a great company to work with. I would be happy to refer anyone to you for HVAC needs. I want to say that I was more than pleased with the work and efficiency of your staff in terms of installing our furnace. They worked hard and efficiently and I could tell that they really knew what they were doing. Thank you so much. I would like to ask that you call me in about 6 to 8 month time to discuss the possibility of purchasing a tank-less water heater. We love the new furnace and the fresh clean air we are breathing!! By the way, I just had a horror story with Enercare and they messed up lots of things. One thing that Peter did while he was here was to fix the valve on the water heater for me and I now have lots of hot water, much better than it was.     Furnace replacement

    Needed a new furnace. Got four quotes, and Spring was professional, and price competitive. Great job on the install, all the little things looked after and left the job area nice and tidy. New furnace is great, quiet and warm

    Great Service, Very Knowledgeable

    My 22-year-old furnace stopped working properly, so my wife and I decided to replace it with the AC. SpringHome was the fourth company we asked to quote, and Bijan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was the only person from the four companies we quoted from to point out an issue with the original installation and provide a solution. If we hadn't fixed that, we wouldn't be getting the full efficiency from our new furnace. The installation team was also great. There were a few minor issues during the installation (one having to do with my neigbour's new furnace being installed incorrectly by another company) that the installers explained very well. Overall my wife and I are very happy. We feel if we had gone with another company these issues wouldn't have been addressed and we would have wasted our money. I've already recommended Spring Home to a co-worker and will continue to do so.

    New AC Install

    We recently contracted Spring Home to replace our aging central AC unit. The initial response to my inquiry by Sam was quick, courteous and much more informative than the other companies contacted. Sam came out to the house, did an assessment of what we needed and fully explained the work involved and provided a very competitive quote. The team of 2 installers arrived on the date and time promised and did a very professional job of installing the new unit. Once the installation was complete the installer reviewed all of the work with me and ensured that we were completely satisfied before they left. The Spring Home office also followed up with a phone call to confirm our satisfaction with the job done. I would highly recommend Spring Home.

    A New Air Condition

    After checking out several companies contacted Spring homes and Bijan was the sales person who got back. He provided a couple of quotes and after comparing with the market prices decided to go with Spring Home. He came to our home took all the measurements and booked the date of install. Had to cancel a couple of days due to weather and there were no issues. The installers were very pleasant and completed the job professionally and also cleaned up before leaving. I would recommend this company for AC installation any time. The customer service is exceptional they do care about their customers. Thanks for everything and we hope to do more business in the feature.

    Good services in replacing my furnace and water heater

    The contractor installed the furnace and water heater is very good. The product is also very good. We can not enjoy warm house and hot water shower now. I will recommend my friend to this contractor if they need such service in future.
