    Replacing a Central Air Conditioner

    The 12 year old Carrier that we had in our house had bit the dust and we looked on Homestars for a few reputable companies to call. Spring Home was one of them and Andrew Kojola came by to give us an assessment of our requirements and a quote. We considered a couple of different options because of our size constraints and very happy with the Trane that he recommended. Called him that night to give him the go ahead and the service was scheduled for four days later. Michael and Chris (tech team) came earlier than scheduled and came up with an installation plan that was better than the one that Andrew and I had using the pre-existing holes in the house. The team was very friendly and polite and the installation was super clean. Would definitely recommend to others. Great job guys and thanks!

    New AC and Furnace Installation

    From beginning to end, the entire experience with Spring Home Heating and Cooling was very positive. When I first reached out to Spring Home, looking for a quote on a new AC and furnace installation, I was quickly contacted by Bijan who was happy to answer all my preliminary questions. Bijan then booked an on-site visit the same week and followed up with a quote within a day. Bijan was very patient when I came back with many more questions, taking the time to answer each one in great detail, which I was very appreciative of. We were deciding between three HVAC companies and were not just basing our decision on price, but also on reputation, knowledge of the products and customer service. Based on our criteria, Spring Home stood out among the competition. Once the job was booked, the rest of the Spring Home team were just as accommodating to deal with as Bijan. I contacted Rodina in the office a few days after the installation with a concern regarding the furnace and she quickly arranged for one of the technicians, Tiger, to come out. It turned out to be nothing concerning but they were happy to make the trip to put my mind at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Spring Home again for our future HVAC needs at the other rental properties we manage in the City.

    Great all round service team

    Spring Heating and Cooling provided many services for me in the past month. I replaced an old Furnace, got a new tankless water heater, and two new air conditioners. I felt comfortable purchasing with this company after reading good reviews and then having a good experience with them personally. It started with Cy who took the time to clearly explain the different types of furnaces and services that we're out there, and was available several times to guide the way. George, the technician was hard-working and did a great job installing. Rodina, in the office, was very patient with me as I made many calls . She addressed all my concerns and questions graciously. Habib and Najib, are young technicians who put in the second air conditioning. They had to route under a low porch, through thick, overgrown plants, & amist a large intimidating dog. Although I didn't request it, they cut down the plants in the high heat without complaint or attitude. They also notified me of a framing error my contractor made that affected access to the furnace. Spring heating consists of an all round capable, courteous and professional team !

    Furnace and AC Replacement

    It has been a pleasure dealing with Springhome. Cy was very helpful from the start explaining different options and different offering between brand. He was patient until we made a decision that is the best for our scenario. The back office staffs were also great. They were pleasant and accommodating. The technicians that came to our place were professional and worked very clean. The equipments are installed better than the older equipments. The installations are well thought out. They cleaned the installation site afterwards. When everything is all done, Springhome managed all the rebates and they came automatically. It has been a good experience for us.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    This is the second time I called Spring Home. The first time was when the furnace broke down 2 days after Christmas 2014 - the coldest winter we had in decades. I called late at night expecting to leave a message. Cheryl answered the phone and responded to our urgency. By morning Sam was on his way to have a look. The next day their workmen came and installed a Lennox furnace and a tankless water heater. They worked all day in -15 degree weather and got the job done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next project which was the A/C unit that needed replacing. Spring Home came out on time did an amazing job, cleaned everything up and took away all the old A/C. Their price was very competitive. I have referred them to a few of my friends without hesitation.

    Replacement of Air Conditioner and Furnace

    I needed a new Heating/AC system and I interviewed at least 6 companies before I hired Spring Home. Sam provided valuable technical information to help me make a decision about which components to choose .The job was difficult because a pipe that needs to be replaced was buried in foam insulation inside the garage wall. The staff worked diligently removing, installing the new equipment and cleaning up the worksite. They stayed well beyond the work day hours to complete this job and it was a very hot day. I am happy to say that no longer do I hear a noisy furnace; the AC is amazing. Well after the installation, Sam and the office staff staff helped me followup with Lennox about the status of my rebate application. Sam is kind , professional and knowledgeable and my initial interview with him gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a good company; I chose right. Thanks Sam &Spring Home!

    Furnace Replacement

    We highly recommend this company. However, one has to be aware of possible drawbacks to the service provided. The upside is that they will rectify (without additional cost) any shortcomings. Their prices are reasonable too.

    Hot water tank

    Spring Home Heating and Cooling replaced my rental water heater with a new gas-fired, power-vented water heater. I chose this company based upon their competitive price quote and a previous experience with a technician who honestly diagnosed a no heat situation with my furnace. The crew arrived within the scheduled time frame and installed the new heater in approximately two hours. They also removed the old heater to the garage for the rental company and even swept the basement floor prior to leaving. It's been one month since the installation an the heater is working just fine. There is a 6-year warranty on parts, 8-years on the tank and 1-year for labour. This is another positive experience with Spring Home.

    Ductless Heating & Cooling

    This is my second time working with Spring Home. They did excellent job on water heating system and this is the reason I hired them again for Ductless cooling system. The work was done on time as promised and I was very happy with the quality. Spring Home staff is very knowledgeable and their suggestions and explanations made my life easier.
