I needed HVAC companies to come out and provide quotes for replacement of a furnace, A/C, and water heater at a rental property. I was upfront in the initial calls with 3 well reviewed companies on Homestars that my ability to move forward with the work was dependent on a number of issues out of my control. One of the three companies I contacted was Spring Home Heating and Cooling, as they provide maintenance for my home HVAC system. Cheryl was very understanding of my situation. Sam from Spring Home Heating was the only one who bothered to come out to take a look. One company never returned my call, and the other never bothered to show up at the scheduled appointment time. Sam came within 2 days of me calling and met me at the site. He was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable in providing sound recommendations.
The project moved ahead and Sam worked with me to coordinate the project perfectly, timing wise. He was very flexible to a tight schedule. The work was led by Hameed, who was very courteous, professional, and explained/answered all of my questions. They worked a very long day, and their skill and experience was evident. The quality of the final installation, compared to the installation left by the previous company, was night and day.
There were some minor issues that were very quickly addressed two days later. The system is up and running with no issues, and no complaints from the tenant. I can rest now knowing that the HVAC system at the property is installed right, and with high quality gear.
