    Heating and cooling

    I was looking for a new system for heating and cooling and my client mention it to me about ductless heating and cooling and I started to do a research about it and I always trust homestars, I got a quote from 5 different company I choose spring home because of Sam, he explain to me everything about ductless heating and cooling and he didn't push too hard and when his guys came they were very nice told me what they have to do, it took 2 days to do the whole job, Sunday and Monday as I have clients coming on Tuesday, they told me that they usually doesn't work on Sunday and I'm very thankful of that, they were very efficient I was watching the whole time even though I don't know everything I can tell that they are very good. I'm so happy that I don't have to use the window airconditioner and doesn't have to pay $500.00 every month for my hydro. For sure I will recommend them to anybody who needs a ductless heating and airconditioning.

    AC and Furnace service

    The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We received an excellent service. The service person reached our home in time and finished the job within a hour. It was very convenient. Thank you Spring Home. Highly recommended.

    Annual maintenance

    I mentioned to the technician Michael that the unit appeared to be making too much noise. He could have ignored me because it was probably subjective to some degree. Instead he came back with scientific instruments and proved that I was right and the company proceeded to change the compressor at no cost to me. That is superior customer service.

    New Furnace, A/C and Water Heater

    I always want it to buy furnace and A/C made in Canada or USA. That TRANE HVAC SYSTEM appear to me as an excellent choice. And I always want it to install in my home that HVAC SYSTEM when the old one still working thats why I took a time to find right HVAC company. To be honest that was not simple task. After many trials I am finally have pleasure to meet sales man, Andrew from Spring Home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After meeting me in my home and help me to choose the right product, We set up the day for installations, and then three technicians Arjan, Chris and Tiger came & they did installs system. They work so hard & I saw that they really very good in their job. They did few extra things to re organize my water pipe because they said to me it should be that way. After the whole work they check that all system works as well they answer all my questions. I highly recommended HVAC SPRING HOME to everyone because simply they have good people working for them.

    Added a ductless unit to an old house

    This is a review that should have been posted a month ago, as we had a ductless unit installed in July! My wife and I contacted SpringHome and they were the first ones to reply. Cy was great and briefly got the details of our old Toronto home. Basically, during the Summer months our basement would be freezing cold, the main floor was the temperature we wanted and upstairs was hotter than we desired. The new unit works perfectly with our central A/C unit. We're able to turn that unit down or off completely at night and sleep comfortably upstairs with the ductless system. If you live in an old home and have trouble with your heating and cooling, I'd highly recommend the professional service you get with SpringHome.

    Furnace

    Amazing experience from beginning to end. The sales man was very informative, pleasant and accommodating. The installers were very informative and clean. The yearly preventative maintenance men are always on time, and pleasant!

    Heating and Cooling Sales and Maintenance

    We bought our original furnace and ac units plus water heater from Spring Home and have been happy since purchase in 2014. The team also does our maintenance and we have always been very happy with their work and staff! Team always answers all of our questions and are super polite and accommodating of our schedule. This includes the team in the office.

    Furnace and A/C Preventative Maintenance

    Since installation of my new Lennox Furnace and A/C 3 years ago by Spring Home I have contracted with the Company to perform annual preventative maintenance each year on these systems. I have high confidence in Spring Home and that is why I am a repeat customer. The Company's staff are, without exception, responsive , knowledgeable and courteous and it is without reservation that I highly recommend them.
