    Installed furnace, water heater tank and humidifier

    I chose spring home to replace my old furnace with a high efficiency one, a new hot water heater tank and a new humidifier. I was explained in detail on how the process would be and what would be the procedure to get rebate from enbridge. Installation was done on time and no trouble at all. Satisfied with the service.

    Reliable and efficient

    I have been using spring home to tune my furnace now for 5 years. They have been the best company I have ever found. Their customer service is superb specially Cheryl who is simply amazing and wonderful. She reminds me every year and sends the most efficient technicians. I highly recommend spring home :)

    Excellent quality and service

    Spring Home did a fantastic job replacing our furnace and a/c. Cy was very courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all of my questions. Highly recommend to others.

    Central Air replacement in Toronto

    Spring Home replaced the AC unit on our older home this past summer, and we were well satisfied with our experience. Their initial consultant made an effort to find a high quality AC that also offered a good discount and fit the physical needs of our house and AC placement, and to make sure we understood how the warranty worked. We received quotes from a number of well regarded HVAC companies and Spring Home was clearly the best all around. The installers were friendly and competent, arriving right on schedule and keeping things clean inside the house, and when an unforeseeable miscalculation arose from the original estimate, they worked hard with the original consultant to find a solid fix for the problem without compromising the AC plan or cost, and everyone stayed friendly and focused throughout. The result was an AC that performed exactly as it should, and was even quieter than expected.

    furnace and a/c replacement

    We had bought a 11 yr old house and was getting the service from enercare. we were advised that a furnace will last for maybe 10 yrs and that next time a servicing was done if the carbonmonoxide levels were high there would be no other option but to turn the furnace off. well we did not want that to happen during winter so decided to get a new furnace. called springhome and they responded promptly. An appointment was fixed and we were adviced about the ontario rebate programme.we also decided to get a new A/C. The tecnicians did a good job and we are quite happy with the service.

    Multi-split ductless system installation

    I had no HVAC ductwork in my house and needed to install a new heating system to replace my aged baseboard heaters. Cy and George responded to my inquiry promptly and came to my place multiple times to evaluate my situation, making sure that I could fully understand the pros and cons of every possible option and choose the one that best met my needs. The installation team was also fabulous and did a very professional and tidy job. As I see it, Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc is a very well organized company with both great expertise and excellent customer service. I was impressed and would love to recommend it to anyone.

    New furnace

    This September we purchased our Trane furnace from Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience. From beginning to end, Spring Home made the furnace buying experience as stress free as possible. Our Sales Rep, Bijan, was informative on what our home needed and at no time did we feel pressured to buy. Our home is quite old as was our furnace so there were some complications removing the old furnace and installing a new one. It looked like we were in for some costly renovations until Bijan went above and beyond and figured out a workaround with our existing space. It was such a relief. On the day of installation, the Technicians were punctual, curteous, and efficiently. Because of the complications of our furnace space, it was a big job and unlike other contractors who have worked on our place, these Spring Home Technicians did the work without any complaint. We really appreciate all of Spring Home's hard work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new furnace.

    New Ductless A/C install

    Sam from Spring Home was with me from Sale to Completion of the job. I have many many back and forth emails with Sam on advice and questions galore. He was very responsive and great to deal with. On the day of the install (I had taken the day off), it began to rain heavily. I was very worried about having to take another day off but the installers stuck around for a couple hours until the rain stopped and completed the install. I was VERY appreciative of this. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all the mess afterward. I would definitely recommend them again!

    Furnace, AC and tankless water heater

    Spring Home installed my furnace, AC and water heater a year ago. It's work perfectly since then. They just did my yearly maintenance. Again, all good. What I like about Spring Home is their high level of professionalism. They arrive on time, are meticulous with everything they do and leave me with total confidence that I can rely on having a comfortable house year round. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.

    Replacement of Furance, AC and Water heater

    A great company with solid pre and after-sales service. Installers were great and very respectful not to make a mess and disrupt our life whilst this was all being installed. I would recommend Spring home to anyone.
