    Furnace, Humidifier, and Thermostat Installation

    Quick to respond, courteous, felt open and honest, and professional. On installation day, the guys kept the place clean and didn't seem to be storming through the place in a rush to run to the next job. It felt like they took their time to do the job correctly. Upon completion of the job, the follow up from the company made me feel very comfortable... if anything it reinforced this was a business to recommend and that they would be around for more than a short period of time. ps. the guys made one small honest mistake, in that they forgot to clean up some materials on the side of the house. i gave feedback to the company and they were apologetic and worked with me to rectify this oversight quickly. stuff happens, but how you address a small problem shows a lot about their character. thanks!

    Hot Water Tank Removal

    I needed a new hot water tank installed and was very pleased with the results. The staff were prompt and courteous on arrival and replaced the tank very efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot water tank replacement.

    New furnace

    The installation was executed flawless, two months ago, at the end of November. The new furnace is running as expected.

    Tankless hot water heater

    Very courteous, professional, and neat. High quality workmanship. Arrived on time. Good communication with owner. Provided training on operation.

    Always a Pleasure

    My dealings with Spring Home is limited to one visit a year which is for general furnace maintenance. No matter who arrives at the door, the technician is always pleasant, and on schedule, and most importantly takes care of the working area, leaving little to no trace of work behind. See you in a year.

    Lennox Furnace -- high efficiency, 2-stage

    Spring Home had some problems with the installation of the new furnace, but matters were appropriately addressed and rectified. Service was professional and pleasant. I recommend them.

    new furnace and ac

    Spring home was great to install new a/c and furnace. The guys were friendly and did a neat professional job! Job was done in a timely fashion without any issues.

    Boiler installation

    Installed a Veissman boiler at a cost that was almost 30% less than the other quotes we had for this unit. They arrived on time worked consistently and carefully and stayed late to ensure it was finished the same day.

    Ductless A/C installation

    I worked with Spring Home Heating & Cooling to install a Mitsubishi ductless A/C unit into the main floor of my home. I had met with and recieved quotes from several other vendors, but Spring was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to check them out. I met with Cyril, who was very knowledgable, polite, punctual, etc. We quickly settled on an appropriate unit at a very competitive price. Installation was easy - the crew showed up on time, had no issues with the install, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. From placing the purchase order to getting the unit installed, service was fast and easy - I believe it was installed about 1.5 weeks after purchase. I additionally had the Spring team come and service my NTX boiler - again a simple, cost effective, and friendly process. Would highly recommend their team to folks in the GTA looking for home heating/cooling solutions!
