    Furnace replacement

    Very satisfied with their work. My old furnace stopped working. I called Spring Home and the owner himself came right way for troubleshooting. The options he proposed were very honest and realistic. Next day in the morning they came and installed the furnace. Very professional, fast and clean. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

    Furnace, AC, Humidifier, Air Filter and Hot Water Tank Replacement

    After calling and meeting with 3 other companies to replace my furnace, AC, humidifier and hot water tank I choose Spring Home Heating and Cooling. From the first time I spoke to Sam on the phone he took the time to give me an in depth explanation and options that are best suited for my house. Throughout the entire process Sam was there to ensure I was happy and all of my questions were answered. The installers were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. After the installation they took the time to explain everything to me. Definitely made the right decision in choosing Spring Home and would would recommend to anyone.

    Our furnace was not working and we called Spring Home to come and make a quote. George Li came within an hour in the same morning and provided detailed and practical recommendation. We made the decision that evening and the furnace was well installed the following day. The workers Mike and David were also attentive in keeping the places clean. Overall, good experience and impression with the company.

    Boiler Installation

    Our boiler was unexpectedly found to be leaking CO2 on a Friday morning. By Friday afternoon, I'd already met with George, received a quote and scheduled the installation for Monday morning. George explained in detail how the furnace works, what our options were, pricing and why he was making his recommendation. We had two other companies quote us on the replacement and he was the only one who took the time to explain the product we were buying. That was the main reason we decided to go with Spring Home. The installation was done cleanly and on time. We did have a few follow-up issues to do with the settings on the furnace and for both issues had a technician dispatched right away. Otherwise, our experience was great and I would definitely recommend Spring Home.

    New Furnace and A/C

    We were very happy with the explanations and options provided by Bijan, our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. The installers were professional and worked tirelessly all day to get the job done. I would be happy to recommend them. The reason why I rated them 4 instead of 5 was that there was one issue that needed to be resolved with the installation however they did come and fix it with no problem so overall very satisfied. We have had the furnace/AC installed for 2 months now and it is working well.

    Furnace repair

    furnace was down right before holiday. called them at late night and was responded promptly. Cheryl from the customer service team was really helpful and patient. My furnace was fixed up and running on the first business day after the holiday! I would highly recommend others to use their service.

    Air Cleaner Replacement

    Spring Home installed a furnace and air conditioner in my house in 2014 and I gave them a 10 out of 10 rating. We have since downsized and live in a condo with a forced air heat pump. The electronic air cleaner broke down and I called Spring Home. George could have sold me a $1,500 replacement electronic air cleaner but instead suggested that I install a Merv 16 Media Filter in the existing air cleaner box which would do a better job. I bought the filter from Spring Home for $129.95 after tax!

    Great service and awesome product

    New lennox furnance slp98 modulating 110k btu and 2 stage elite ac installed. Im happy with the quality install from spring home heating and love the products. Even distribution of heat through the house and we no longer need the additional space heaters in the colder rooms. Love the thermostate and wifi capabilites. The family is happy and comfortable and ready for the winter. We had multiple quotes and I was impressed with the level of professionalism and recommendation from Sam in sales and Peter on the install. I'm impressed with the parts and labor warranty and we will have they service it 2x a year as well.

    Lennox Condition and furnace

    Were very satisfied with the sales rep, Bijen, who gave an unbiased opinion of different options and prices. The service staff (installer) were very professional, polite and efficient in their work. Recommend to our friends and family members.

    Excellent service

    My old furnace stopped working and needed to be replaced. Got a few quotes, including one from a major hardware store, but was not very impressed with their sales pitch. I found Spring Home referred as one place with good reputation. I must say I was impressed from the start. The sales person was very accommodating to arrange an appointment late in the evening. He dedicated a considerable amount of time explaining the options available and range of prices for the Trane brand furnaces. He was meticulous to answer my questions. The technicians who installed the furnace and a humidifier were very professional and polite to answer my questions. They were very tidy and careful to move things around. Overall I'm very satisfied with the installed products. I have peace of mind the purchase I made was from a company with reliable support and good reputation such as Spring Home.
