    New boiler and hot water tank

    After our boiler suddenly stopped working, we had three reputable homestar reviewed heating companies provide us with in home quotes. George was by far the most thorough and detailed. He did not push a particular product on us and helped us weigh the advantages of each. Unlike the two other companies he even suggested we not replace the hot water tank, which in retrospect we likely should have done. Nevertheless, the following day we had two installers come in. Both were, like George very thorough and detailed. They did not rush the job and stayed what was equivalent to two days as opposed to the other companies that said they could install in a day, After the install George came by our house and did an inspection with me including a write up on how to use the boiler. When the boiler wasn't heating the house as quickly as we hoped George walked me through on the phone how to adjust the settings. He also sent in the installers to resolve a couple of small issues he noticed in his final inspection. Honestly if I could give Spring Home and Heating higher than a 10 review I would; we have worked with many top rated homestar companies and Spring Home was the most impressive. We would recommend them (and already have) in a heart beat.

    HVAC

    Our furnace was broken down. Spring Home was recommended by our relative. We immediately called and arranged an appointment with a representative. We were given clear explanations on several options and Spring Home was able to come and install the new furnace for us on a Saturday. We are very pleased with the service and the furnace so far. We will definitely recommend Spring Home to our friends.

    Replacement of air condition unit

    I am a repeat customer of Spring Home. We have used them to replace our Air Condition unit in October 2016 and our Furnace in December 2013. Our experience both times went very smoothly, the sales reps and technicians were courteous and patient with us. As a result, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

    Excellent Service

    Spring Home has installed a Lennox Air Conditioning unit at my home a few years ago. Their service is excellent and the A/C unit has been problem-free. So this year, I decided to ask for a price quote from Spring Home in replacing my furnace. George Li of Spring Home has replied promptly and provided me with a sensible quotation along with his expertise advice. I'm impressed with the excellent customer service of Spring Home !!

    AC replacement

    My home required replacement of a 25+ year AC unit, and Spring Home Heating and Cooling did an excellent job. An employee always answered the phone when I was looking for more information and scheduling. Sam was always on time, clearly answered all my questions, and produced a detailed quote on the spot. The installation team did a careful and cleanly installation. I spoke with four other heating/cooling contractors in the GTA for this work, and Spring Home was easily above and beyond all others.

    Old Furnace Died

    My mother-in-law's furnace died over the weekend. Called Spring Home Monday morning, early afternoon Sam was on-site and later that day we had a competitive quote in hand. Next afternoon a new Trane furnace and AC were operational. It doesn't get much better than that! Spring Home upgraded my furnace years ago and their track record remains superb.

    Best Estimate, Long Hours, Great Work!

    We primarily needed a cooling system for our 3rd floor apartment with one window AC. However, the apartment has only has a few radiators on our system and the house is 100 years old so the insulation isn't great. We've had to keep our (single) thermostat at a far higher temperature than we needed in the house AND our electricity bills when the AC was on were outrageous. Spring Home quoted on HVAC systems through the wall with minimum damage. They used two compressors outside, both with extra capacity. One smaller heater-AC unit is in a bedroom and the other is in the hallway open to the rest of the floor. The total cost was $5000 less than the next estimate, required less interior disruption and is much more energy efficient that a window AC. The new system does the whole unit. The technicians spend 9 hours at our house. The salesperson was knowledgeable as were the technicians who carefully explained the operation of the units to us (at 9 pm).

    New AC, Furnace and water heater

    Spring Home replaced my old AC, water heater and furnace with humidifier in September. The whole job was done within a day. I am completely satisfied with their work. I wait until now to write review. The furnace works perfectly. The whole package price is reasonable. The installers were friendly and very careful to keep the work area clean. I also found the office staff were very helpful.

    Hot water heater

    The service call for my water heater was brief. Suffice to say that I respect their business ethic, and would trust them to do repairs in my home in the future. Spring Home appears to be a reputable business.

    New furnace and air conditioner

    I purchased Lennox furnace I'm thrilled with its performance. Ultra quiet and efficient Installation very professional and it was a pleasure dealing with office staff and receptionist No holding for 30 mins or pushing tons of numbers to get wrong department It was a pleasure dealing with them I only wish I had found them years ago for my energy needs
