    Furnace and water heater replacement, plus a new A/C

    Replaced 20 year old functioning York furnace (80% efficient) with Trane (96%), replaced functioning rental water heater with purchased power venter-gas powered, installed a new Trane A/C and a new digital thermostat. Initial visit, inspection of existing space and elements by Sam La. He recommended the equipment based on my requirements, explained everything I inquired about, provided a quote and coordinated the whole work. Installation performed by a crew, main work done by Jose. Everything was done on schedule, in good spirit and professionally. All my questions were answered and my concerns addressed professionally.     Thumbs up for SpringHome

    This year both our AC and furnace were acting up. SpringHome did both service jobs very well. The Receptionist was professional and friendly; Technicians were punctual and very knowledgeable. He worked diligently to solve the furnace problem. They also handled the extended warranty parts claims with ease. We were in a "no heat" situation with a child in the home, they responded swiftly and got the repair done asap. Good pricing for very high quality work!

    Furnace tuneup

    Booked a furnace up and AC tune-up with Spring Home. I initially had some concerns with the service. I was contacted subsequently by Spring Home and they offered to redo the appointment and address my concerns. I like the fact that they follow up and really try hard to address any concerns that you might have.

    Furnace

    Great experience working with them. We replaced our furnace and it was great experience from the estimation to the installation. They were very competitive priced and knowledgeable. The guys who installed were very efficient and friendly. The service plan makes so much sense. Overall a great experience.

    Furnace & AC Replacement

    I usually don't write reviews online but because I have been on homestars looking for 2 other services during a 2-week time span, I felt inclined to provide some feedback. Overall I had a great experience with Spring Home. They are definitely not the cheapest but I do hope they will honour their service as promised in the long run. Cy was attentive during his visit and was able to address to my concerns. The installation team came and was able to deliver on time. They were clean and professional. However I think there could be room for improvement: at the final moment before a customer hands out a check, I think Spring Home should have an independent staff to check over the installation team's work (vs having the installation team to check-off their own checklist). As a homeowner, there is no way to know whether the installation staff has performed the work correctly according to the checklist. All in all my experience was positive but I think Spring Home can raise the bar to a notch higher.

    Boiler and water heater replacement

    Spring Home was one of the companies I contacted for a quote when my boiler broke down. While their quote weren't the lowest, I felt most comfortable dealing with them. George recommended a traditional boiler instead of a tankless unit unlike many others. While a traditional boiler takes up more space, George convinced me that they last longer and that the water pressure at my house was too low to be suitable for a combi tankless unit. The installation was done in 2 days as I got my water heater replaced as well. So far, the boiler has been working well and keeping my home comfortable. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my new boiler will keep our house warm through the impending winter. -Hong

    Furnace & Humidifier

    I found Spring Home on Homestars. Most complete furnace servicing I've ever had. Thoroughly tested, cleaned and serviced my furnace & provided a full report of findings on the invoice. Only company that has ever recommended that I have an extra grate installed in my furnace room to improve airflow which makes total sense. They sent an e-mail prior to the call confirming rates and details. Serviceman called just prior to arrival. Office staff were very helpful. Very professional. Heartily recommend!!

    Mitsubishi Zuba Central Install

    Installed 3.5T Zuba central setup. Good customer service. Pricing and delivery time was better than others. The crew worked late into the night to get the project done with minimum down time. The crew was very professional, tidy, cleaned up well after themselves. Sheet metal workmanship was precise and tidy. Customer service/sales was responsive, and installation manager made two site visits. The company appears to have a better relationship with Mitsubishi than other vendors.

    Very happy with the service and the installation.

    We contracted Spring Home Heating and Cooling to replace our AC and furnace. They arrived at the scheduled time and worked all day and late into the evening to finish the installation. The end result was top notch, very neat and tidy.

    Furnace replacement

    Salesperson showed up on time and fully explained all options with no pressure. Installers also showed up on time. They were polite. They took the time to properly install venting and took care of clean up. The whole process was easy. No complaints. I would use them again.
