    Great service and great product

    Highly recommend this company for all your furnace and air conditioning needs. We had our furnace replaced and they came on time, ready to work and got the job done in a timely manner. Very friendly and courteous as well

    Fast & Efficient

    Our 16-yr old system was dying so we looked around for another furnace/AC system & settled on a Lennox system/Thermostat installed by Spring Home due to their reputation. We were not disappointed. They came on time and did an excellent install since it was under the stairs and somewhat tight on room. The AC unit ourside was, again in a limited space, but was operable very quickly. After the install the men cleaned up very professionally and were a delight to work with. Keep up the good work.

    Install air conditioning units

    We did not consider AC necessary when we were working and out of the house during the day. We live in an older neighbourhood and our house is surrounded by large trees which keep the house temperature. However, I retired and am spending more time at home. During the heat wave of August 2016, it became unbearable. I have a lung disease which makes it difficult for me to breathe. We decided to get AC as soon as possible after a trip to the emergency department of the local hospital. My son in law recommended Spring after extensive research. My husband was in PEI at the time and between the two of them they negotiated with Spring. We are very satisfied with Spring. They navigated our unusual communication situation, responded quickly, were a little less expensive than the other company, communicated clearly, did the work quickly, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. OThe AC works like a charm.

    New furnace

    After some research of HVAC companies, I decided to chose Spring Home as they were the most responsive. The job was done quickly. There were some adjustments needed which were addressed in a timely fashion.

    Good Services

    I contacted 4 companies to get the quotes for the Furnace and air conditioner. Finally, I chose Spring Home for the professional sales services and competitive quote which is not the lowest. They arranged the installation schedule based on my requirement. The technicians were very skilful and experienced. This installation project was not easy job and they did a whole day from 9:30am to 8:30pm. They cleaned up everything though it was late. My family was very satisfied with their job. Well done!

    Another Mr.Slim installation at Rental Property

    Spring Home team installed my third Mitsubishi Mr Slim (AC + Heating) system. This time at my rental property. As usual, no surprises with installers. Sharp professional installation. No corners cut. Highly recommend.

    Furnace and AC Installation

    My AC was giving me grief in August so I called a number of companies to get quotes. I called Spring Home heating and cooling, they managed to send a consultant to my house within the week. We decided to purchase a new AC based on our conversation. And the installation took place in a timely fashion. Upon installation it was discovered that we needed a new furnace as a repair would be extremely costly. I am impressed with the service and even more impressed with installation. Both AC and Furnace work extremely well. I find the cost of the systems on the high side however the professionalism and service make up for it. I would recommend Spring Home to my neighbors.

    New air conditioner

    This isn't the first time I've used spring home heating, and I will continue to do so for this line of work. This time, I needed a new air conditioner in August. Cy was quick to respond and recommend exactly what was needed for my home. The crew came a few days later and were quick and courteous for the 4-5 hours they were here. They cleaned up after themselves and it looked as if nobody was here. They followed up a few days later to ensure the new unit was functioning as expected. They did all the paperwork for govt and Lennox rebate which I received a few weeks after the installation. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company.

    Purchase and installation of furnace

    Purchasing big ticket items can be quite stressful. Choosing an appropriate company for the task can feel like a gamble sometimes, but having a service like homestars certainly helps. My wife and I were recently in the market to replace our aging furnace. Upon verbal recommendation from one of my old trusted contractors and from the reviews on Homestars, I opted for Spring Home Heating and Cooling. Everyone we interacted with from this company, both on the phone and in person, have been nice, courteous and have answered all of our many questions. The installation contractors were fantastic and completed the job within the estimated time. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind for us to do. As for the unit itself, it's been working great and it's being monitored remotely by Spring Home via the internet, so we know we're in good hands if we ever need something repaired. There's a reason why they have won so many awards. I would recommend Spring Home to anyone who is looking for a good solid company with a proven track record.     Spring Home Saves the Day again!

    At our previous home, Cy came to our rescue after our ~40 year old furnace died on a freezing cold February weekend in 2015, after driving through the snow storm. We unexpectedly sold our house and moved into another old home in 2016, and Spring Home helped us switch out the old oil furnace and remove the oil tank, as well as completing additional duct work, etc. It was a 10 months long process with Enbridge finally bring gas service to the property. The team at Spring Home was responsive at each and every step, even though sometimes the communication is months apart. We also happened to have a terrible plumber and an unreasonable framer from the General Contractor working on the house, making unreasonable demands and damaging work already done. Spring Home was most accommodating in responding to their unreasonable demands, even returning on a weekend just to move the gas pipe to accommodate the framer and plumber. The awesome ladies at the office also made speedy arrangements to ensure that we would have hot water and warmth as soon as Enbridge completed the install, which took additional visits from Spring Home, without any extra charge. Highly highly recommend.
