    AC installation

    Professional and efficient service. I was pleased with the product and the crew. They finished the job like a true professional. I will definitely recommend spring home to my friends and family.

    Annual Furnace Tune-Up

    Second year for annual furnace servicing since purchasing new air conditioner and furnace from Spring Home. As always 100% professionalism with their service - showing up on time to explaining the work completed. Best part is that they contacted me to remind me time to service for both furnace now and in the spring for our air conditioner. Highly recommended!!

    Furnace and Air Conditioning Replacement

    We contacted a few companies to get a quote to replace our a/c and furnace, which were both over 30 years old. Spring Home was the only one who mentioned the different incentive plans available for replacement of these older units. We also had to cancel the installation date (1 day prior) due to a family emergency and they were quite understanding. The installation was went well and the installers made sure we understood exactly what they were doing. The service was great, from the sales agent and call center personnel..... to the installers. Our a/c worked well during this really hot summer, and we just started our furnace. We were completely satisfied with their work and professionalism.

    AC unit

    My AC was broken on Aug 11, the hottest day in this summer. I called Spring Home heating and cooling, they managed to send a consultant to my house on the same day. We decided to change a new AC the 2nd day. And the installation tie place on the following day. It was extremely efficient. I really appreciate their service. From the person who picked up the phone, the consultant to the technician who install my unit, I am extremely satisfied. Great company and keep it up.

    New Air Conditioner

    My 30 year old air conditioner finally gave out and we needed to have it replaced asap as we were hosting a party at the end of the week. We contacted many companies and compared prices. Sam was the salesperson that I spoke with and he was very informative and took his time to answer my long list of questions. I decided to go with Spring Home because they offered the best price for the product I was looking for without using an inferior coil. I found that other companies would pair their units with lesser quality coils reducing the efficiency of the unit. They also offer a much better labour warranty than others and assistance with obtaining government rebates. Sam made sure the job was done before I needed it despite being short notice. The installers were very professional and freindly and took care during the installation process. I am very pleased with the service I received from Spring Home and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their air conditioning unit.

    Ductless Air Conditioner

    I purchased an older home with radiators and a very old ductless air conditioner that barely blew cool air. Contacting Spring Home was easy and quick to get an appointment. Cy Goh did a great job assessing the type of unit(s) that would cool my entire house. I've got top-of-the-line machines at a competitive price. We were able to get installation done quickly which was important during this very hot prolonged summer. Aahhh. Sweet relief.

    Furnace, AC and tankless water heater

    Spring Home recently replaced my old AC, furnace and water heater with a high efficiency furnace, quiet and efficient AC and a tankless water heater. The whole job was done in a day and a half. I am completely satisfied with their work. I never run out of hot water. The AC is quiet and the furnace works perfectly. The installers were friendly and very careful to keep the work area clean. I also found the office staff to be very helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Spring Home!

    Furnace installation

    I had requested a quote from a few different service providers for this. Bijan was very knowledgable and gave us a few different options and explained all really well. Installers were polite, showed up on time and did a clean job. After installations, forms to fill out for rebates were done in a timely fashion. Overall, great service and would recommend them to friends.

    Air Conditioner and Furnace Replacement

    I called Spring Home to come and assess our air conditioner earlier in the summer when it was leaking and they came and addressed the issue. When one month later the system broke down completely they returned and provided knowledgable advice. It turned out we needed a new air conditioner and furnace system. The system was installed efficiently and we were credited for the visit fee from earlier in the summer which I appreciated. We are happy with our new system so far and would recommend Spring Home to others. Thank you Spring Home team!

    Air conditioning unit

    Great product. Great service from Spring Home. Sales rep was knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy. Explained all options and let me think about best course of action. Would use them again in a flash.
