Our two window air conditioners were reaching end of their lives and we decided to replace them with a ductless system. Choosing a contractor to do a job is always a daunting task. We met people from Spring Home at the Toronto Home Show where we had a meaningful discussion with their representatives. This followed with the home visit by Cy , their sales manager. He proved himself very knowledgeable, provided alternatives, listened to our needs and answered a lot of technical questions. We had couple of other quotes too, but we did not want to base the decision entirely on price, but also on the knowledge, reputation and customer service. All quotes were within the same range so why risk potential aggravation. Choosing Spring Home was a very good decision.
The job was scheduled way in advance to fit our life activities. The installation team came on time and did an excellent job. They were courteous, discussed details of the job upfront, explained operations of the new units and left the place clean.
The Spring Home also registered the units with manufacturer for warranty on our behalf and followed up few weeks later with phone call to get a feedback.
