Other companies reading this review should take some customer service lessons from Spring Home Heating & Cooling!! From very first phone call, I couldn't ask for more! Within the first three rings of the first phone call an ACTUAL person picked up (unheard of these days) and it just got better from there. From the person who answered the phone, to the person who came to inspect my old furnace and let me know my options were, to the men who came to install my new hot water heater, every last employee was friendly and professional. I felt that I was getting good value for the money I was spending on the product itself and the customer service was top notch. The men who came to install the hot water heater discovered two leaks in pipes leading to the hot water heater but that were technically not a result of the work they doing (our home was built in the 1920's so everything is quite old!). While they could have easily said, "This isn't our problem" or "this is outside the scope of our job", they drained the tank 2 more times, re-soldered one pipe and then went to get parts to replace a section that was beyond that kind of a fix.
When the next need arises around heating, cooling or hot water, I know who I'll be calling!
