    Hot Water Heater

    Other companies reading this review should take some customer service lessons from Spring Home Heating & Cooling!! From very first phone call, I couldn't ask for more! Within the first three rings of the first phone call an ACTUAL person picked up (unheard of these days) and it just got better from there. From the person who answered the phone, to the person who came to inspect my old furnace and let me know my options were, to the men who came to install my new hot water heater, every last employee was friendly and professional. I felt that I was getting good value for the money I was spending on the product itself and the customer service was top notch. The men who came to install the hot water heater discovered two leaks in pipes leading to the hot water heater but that were technically not a result of the work they doing (our home was built in the 1920's so everything is quite old!). While they could have easily said, "This isn't our problem" or "this is outside the scope of our job", they drained the tank 2 more times, re-soldered one pipe and then went to get parts to replace a section that was beyond that kind of a fix. When the next need arises around heating, cooling or hot water, I know who I'll be calling!

    Central air conditioning amd gas line install

    When Sam came home to prove a quote i had already recieved two quotes from other large companies but Sam took a non pushy approach and instead spent time listening to my needs and advising acordingly. He seemed to cate and when installation day arrived the crew went to work and sent over more people to get all the work done in a timely manner. They were efficient and effective and came back to finish of a piece that could not be done the day. springhome also gave me a reasonable quote that was fair and good value. I have since referred a few people to Springhome given my experience with Sam and his team.

    Water Heater Replacement and AC Installation

    We called Spring Home in 2015 to replace our water heater after getting several quotes and opinions on what type of heater to buy. Bijan from Spring Home was vastly knowledgeable about water heater types and functionalities, as well as building codes (which was very important in our decision making process). He truly helped us choose the best style of heater for our situation versus selling us the most expensive/easiest product to sell. He really took the time to answer all my questions (which were very extensive). He was so great, we called him back in early 2016 to purchase an air conditioner. He again provided exemplary service that suited our needs within the budget we had. Spring Home's services are very professional and their installation crews are fast, on time, and clean. Definitely give them a call if you are considering any improvements to your appliances.

    Ductless AC install

    We had Spring Home install a new ductless AC in our older Toronto home. Cy was very helpful and professional over the phone and through our home assessment. The team came on time and did the work in about 5 hours. So far, the AC is working great and keeping us cool during this hot summer!

    AC service

    Spring home contacted us in spring to remind us to service our AC ahead of the summer, they came promptly and quickly service both units. Rep was professional and the AC has been working perfectly.

    Maintenance Service

    I had Spring Home Install my furnace and AC close to 3 years ago and was extremely satisfied with the price, installation and service provided. As part of the package I continue to have my equipment maintained by Spring Home. They send me email reminders for service and always show up on time, do a professional job, clean up, answer my questions and let me know what condition the equipment is in. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are a trustworthy contractor I am happy to work with keeping my home safe and sound.

    Heat & /C Maintenance services

    Their service was thorough and professional. I paid for heat and A/c maintenance service at one time in Oct/15, and very please that they reminded me for the A/C service in June this year.

    Air Conditioner for our newly constructed home

    We have recently shifted to our new home. It's a newly built home and we did not take Air conditioner unit through the builder. I am a very methodical person. After reviewing MANY HVAC companies, we short-listed 2 of them. I got quotes from both of them. Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems not only provided the best quote, but also provided lot of information regarding air conditioning and do's and don'ts for best performance of AC and Furnace. I was really impressed by the depth of knowledge of the sales representative and also the technicians who came to install the unit. The entire installation was done in under 4 hours! Overall, I am very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the people working for this company. I would highly recommend them.

    Furnace and A/C installation

    Spring Home is one of the best service company I have dealt with. From Bijan, the consultant to the installers and Rodina, the installers coordinator, all them are highly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I got a fair price for quality equipment, quick installation (one day), all the paperwork for rebates, and I received a call a week after asking if everything is fine. The staff shows proud of the work they do. I absolutely recommend this company for all heating and a/c needs.

    AC Service Call

    Springhome called me backed immediately to answer all my questions and arrange a visit. Within 4 days (which is a much better average than the other top companies that provide servicing), a young gentleman came out to service my ductless AC unit. He was polite and neat, servicing my old unit without any issues, sales pitches or complaints. I thought my unit was an old dud, but he assured me it was in perfect order, and just needed a little fine tuning. Also, their pricing was less $ than others. I'm extremely pleased!
