    Complete Temperature Control System

    We experienced an issue with the thermostat and inquired about a diagnosis and solution and information regarding new equipment. The Spring Home team provided both and was informative of all options. The staff provided answers and technical advice for our questions the process was a collaborative effort. We purchased the Lennox SLP98V furnace, Lennox XC25 Air Conditioner, iComfort WiFi thermostat, and the Spring Home sales staff offered a complimentary Healthy Climate 11 Media Air Cleaner, Healthy Media Whole Home Bypass Humidifier, and CX 35 Coil. The installation process required one day and the technicians were communicative and knowledgeable. All packaging, dust and waste products were removed after installation. The current system operates well and the Spring Home Heating and Cooling staff are informative. We would recommend any interested or require heating and cooling solutions to consider Spring Home Heating and Cooling Inc.

    AC/Furnace and Hot Water Tank Install

    Excellent service, they installed a new furnace, AC Unit and hot water tank, all in one day. They took their time to explain everything, I'm very happy with their work, especially their help with getting government rebates. I would definitly reccomend them to others, and have done so already.

    Install new air conditioner

    Bijan took the time to measure and assess my current system before recommending compatible a/c equipment. The quoted price was reasonable. The installers were personable and efficient, leaving a neat and clean result.

    Replace air conditioner and furnace

    I can highly recommend SpringHome. After they did a great job replacing my water heater, I had them come back and replace my furnace and air conditioner. In addition I recommended them to my daughter who had her air conditioner and furnace replaced, and was highly satisfied with the result. In my experience, SpringHome may not provide the lowest estimate but they stand head and shoulders above the competition for customer service and trustworthiness. In each case, Sam the sales advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful, and never made me feel any sales pressure. My many questions were answered quickly and accurately, even on a Sunday. The installation crews were also courteous, hard working and clearly very competent and well-trained. Overall, a great experience and I have no hesitation recommending them.

    Pregnant, heat wave and broken AC.

    Our A/C unit had been struggling to keep up and then gave up the ghost. I looked on Homestars and found Spring Home had a good rating and lots of reviews so gave them a call. They sent someone out the same day. Josh got the old unit working again but it sounded ill and gave up again before he'd even finished packing up so he changed the work order from a repair to a diagnostic and said home office would call to arrange for further repairs. The fan motor had gone, is what I believe he said. He turned the old unit completely off for our safety, which I appreciated. Tuesday they came to fix it and found there were more parts that needed work. At this point, it was going to cost in the 2k range just to repair the unit (which is infuriating because it was only 5 years old) and the warranties were all expired anyway. So we ended up going with a whole new unit. Originally we were going to have to wait a week but they put us on a wait list in case of cancellations. They called the next day to say they'd had a cancellation and would we be home that day? It was 30 degrees IN THE HOUSE and we'd been camping in the basement for days - we said for them, we'd BE home. They came in the afternoon and despite some rainshowers, got everything hooked up and running. Within a few hours the temperature and humidity in the house and dropped to bearable levels. By morning it was perfect! Thanks to Josh, Bijan and the team!

    Furnace and a/c replacement

    I am a bit of a scientific buyer so that I kept asking questions for about two months and verifying facts. They were patient, very knowledgeable and everything they said was true. They were extremely helpful in helping me understand the technology that was required for my home and the installation was done at a higher level of effectiveness than that I've ever seen before for this kind of work.

    THANK YOU for being amazing problem solvers Spring Home

    After trying to book a repair with several companies for our AC unit that is on the second story of our house, I booked an appointment with Spring Home - Shawn was on time and could not have been more helpful. I was hoping it would be a quick fix but it took quite a bit of creative problem solving to identify the issue and fix it. Shawn was amazing at solving the issue and getting us back to having AC. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

    New Modulating Furnance, air cleaner & Drop and boot

    Had a great experience with our salesman, Bijan, who was through in his inspection and recommended a Trane XC95 modulating furnace with thermostat for control as well as the Trane air cleaner and a drop & reboot redone. Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. was also the only HVAC company that was able to offer 10 years warranty on parts and labor for the furnace. The guys that came in and installed it took the better part of an 8 hour day and was extremely courteous. Although they were the most expensive quote given, their service, warranty and reputation as installers were worth it.

    Furnace/AC replacement - Update

    Springhome replaced my furnace/AC last year and I was very satisied with the performance of the furnace over the winter. Recently, I turned on the AC and I thought there was an issue with the fan because it didn't sound as if it was running at full speed. I phoned Springhome with some questions and George explained that the new units are pretty quiet but offered to come over to take a look. George came by, ran a couple of tests and didn't find anything wrong; yep, the new fan runs very quietly and me being used to the noise of my old furnace fan, thought the new one was defective - oops, my bad! Since George was already here, he made some adjustments through the thermostat and offered some advice on how to improve the indoor quality. I was impressed with George as he's quite knowledgeable and very patient because he took the time to answer all my questions. I highly reccomend Springhome - not only do you get a quality installation, you also get quality service.

    new furnace

    Great , they replace my furnace in January just 26 hours after my 23 year old furnace died Polite, quality tradesman. No surprises. They cleaned up after explain the new furnace details and operation
