    Furnace & Humidifier Repairs

    Spring Home had installed a furnace, AC and humidifier at our old house about 4 years ago and we were pleased with their service. Last month on a late evening on March 22nd at our new house, we had a problem with our furnace, I called Spring Home again. There was follow up issue at the beginning, I had commented on it that I was dissatisfied with at the time. Spring Home has then contacted me regarding the issue and through a conversation with their Manager (George), it came to light that the issue was the result of a misunderstanding/miscommunication I had with Cheryl and the technician. They have since then come back to rectify all these issues with no hesitation and done to my complete satisfaction. From what I have just experienced, I will continue to hire Spring Home Heating to service my heating and cooling equipment.

    Water heater, Furnace and AC replaced

    What a professional experience. These guys are courteous to customer's need. They are technically sound and finished. This was a tough job since my home is small but they finished on time and things done right.

    Furnace and Hot Water Tank

    In late February 2016, my family and I were in urgent need of a new furnace and hot water tank. After calling several companies, Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. was recommended to us. Our experience with Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. was excellent! From the initial consultation with Cy Goh, to the urgent installation arrangements made with Rodina Nagano, to the final installation by Glenn and Jonathan, who worked long hours in order that our family would not have to spend another evening without heat or hot water. Each was very were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and most importantly caring! This is a superior company that I would highly recommend.

    Install new furnace

    We had a really good experience with Spring Home. Our furnace stopped working on a Friday morning (I think it was in February). My husband called around to a few places for quotes. Spring Home was excellent to work with and very prompt and helpful on the phone. They sent someone out right away to look at our furnace. When they found that the motor was dead they called us back quickly with a quote for fixing the motor so that we could decide if we wanted to do that or buy a new furnace. We opted for a new high-efficiency furnace. The installers showed up promptly at 9:00 the next morning and did a great job of installing the furnace. They were very clean and polite and showed us how everything worked. At no point did anyone pressure us into adding on anything we didn't need. Overall a very good experience and we were happy to have heat again just a little over 24 hours after our furnace broke.

    Furnance replacement in a hurry

    Just before the coldest weekend on record this weird winter we got a nasty surprise when our old furnace gave out. Finding a replacement in a hurry was the order of the day. With only the fireplace still working to keep the frigid temperatures at bay we phoned friends and family to seek advice as who to contract for the heating system install. After two family members recommending Spring Home Heating & Cooling, we called them in. Talk about cutting it close. It was getting late in the day but Bijan, their consultant still managed to swing by, took all the required measurements then recommended a couple of choices. We quickly settled on the most efficient furnace available and anxiously waited while SH checked stock. They had a unit for us! And even though their installer teams were already fully booked for the next day, their planning department managed to fit us in! You really start to appreciate what your furnace does for you every day once it stops working. After one very cold night we were happy to hear that the install team was on its way to pick up the materials from the warehouse and that they should be at our place at around noon. They arrived at the promised time and quickly dismantled the old furnace. The new one was up and running shortly after 4 in the afternoon. Big smiles all around as the installers were testing the new system. No technical jargon needed to tell us that everything was working. A rapidly warming house was all the confirmation we needed. All around a great job: from the moment we contacted the company, to when we met with Bijan, to when their technicians arrived, everybody was very professional. Their installation team expertly carried out removal of the old system, and competently handled the installation of the new high efficiency Lennox furnace and thermostat. Not a screw or even saw dust was left behind. To top it off, they even hauled away the old furnace. Many great thanks to the entire Spring Home team for keeping our family cozy this winter and in the future.

    Furnace & Air Conditioning

    We called Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. last Nov. 2015 to purchase a new furnace & air condition and a representative came to us right away. He is so knowledgeable of the product and he even helped us find a good way of paying off the product we want. So we were able to purchased both product and when their people installed them, they were so efficient, clean and we loved how they did the installation. We will surely recommend them to our friends.

    Furnace repair

    We were having issues with our furnace not staying on to heat the house, and not having any knowledge in the area... We did not know where to turn. We were introduced to Homestars by a contractor who did our bathroom Reno - so I checked it for HVAC people... Crossed referenced companies on the Better Business Bureau page and voila- I came up with Spring Home Heating. Right from the first telephone call to a follow up call, we are extremely pleased with the service. Cheryl set us up with Justin to come and he easily diagnosed and fixed the issue. He continued to explain other things to look for and suggested a good general service before we turn on the heat for next season. His professionalism was beyond expectations. Spring Home has found a new customer with us, and will be asking for Justin to come do that service if possible in the fall!

    Installation of Furnace, Air Cleaner and Thermostat

    I wanted to take the time to write to you about how phenomenally happy we are with your service. Our furnace died on a Friday winter's evening and we weren't able to get in touch with anyone until Saturday. My brother-in-law had had you install his furnace/air conditioner when he remodeled his basement so we got your contact information from him. We were told that we would absolutely receive a phone call by Monday when your office re-opened but that you would do your best to help us out sooner if you could. Distressed we phoned a few other places and received the same message from them. Not only did you make good on your promise to try to help us out sooner, but you sent someone to look at the situation Saturday afternoon. By Monday morning our new furnace was being installed -- long before any of the other companies ever even got back to us. The new furnace is quiet and so much more efficient than the previous one we had. The touchscreen keypad is easy to use and even tells us what the outside temp is which is a wonderful feature! We look forward to being able to remote control it through the app when we are traveling to and from the cottage this summer as well.     Viessmann Vitodens 100-W furnace and on demand hot water heater

    My furnace was tagged and shut down by gas man on Dec 8/15 That afternoon Cy ( salesman) came and decided what was best for my home. Dec 9th and 10th they installed the furnace. Great service and very respectful of home. When they left it was as if they were not here. Yesterday Feb 14/16 with the temperature -21 C I needed the system adjusted. They sent a service man immediately and had it adjusted to work with sub zero weather. Great sales and service. Would now go anywhere else.

    Lennox Furnace stopped working with Error code E276

    Today we had some issue with our Lennox furnace and it was showing Error 228 and 276 and it was blowing cold air and stopped working. when ever I used to restart furnace it used to blow cold air for 15min and stops working. I called SprinHome Customer care and they connected me to their technician and his name was Tiger, he took me through some basic checklist as per error code and fixed my issue. Tiger has extensive knowledge and good experience, he basically resolved my issue over phone only. We are extremely happy with SprinHome service and they have very experienced technicians and Tiger is one of them. Thank you so much Tiger for you help.
