    Complex installation handled extremely well

    We live in an old home is an established neighbourhood with neighbours close together, and limited possibilities for a place to install a heat pump. Justin, Steve and the owner (George) all attended on site to come up with a solution when all realized the constraints involved. Justin, the sales person, remained involved throughout, and Steve, the installer, was very knowledgeable and he and his partner got the job done on time, and left the work area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Spring Home.

    Water Heater Service

    A very satisfying experience once again from Spring Home for emergency service to our water heater. This is the ONLY HVAC company that I've dealt with in the past that truly cares to their new and existing customers. It shows on their staff etiquette on the phone and in person interaction. Thank you so much to Rodina whose always very helpful and knowledgeable as well as to the team of very professional technicians. Overall, a top-notch service that I highly recommend.

    HVAC Installation (Heat Pump & Furnace)

    Justin was highly knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions regarding our HVAC installation from sales all the way through implementation. It was exceptional to have experienced technicians complete the service who can be referred to by name from the start in this close-nit and professional team. This team does not settle for less than 100% satisfaction!

    Split Type AC and Heat Pump Installation

    Huge shout out to everyone at Spring Home. From Sean who came out to give me a quote to Peter and his crew who did the install and to Shirley and the office staff. Sean was great at returning phone calls or emails if I had any questions and Peter and the crew were polite, professional, friendly and efficient and they cleaned up each day before they left (my and they even vacuumed on the last day (day 2) I can highly recommend Spring Home. I am already enjoying the heat pumps which churn out a lot more heat than I thought they would even on a low temperature. Looking forward to using the AC next summer. Thank you. Awesome job.

    multiple issues with ducts and furnace install

    Had multiple issues in the initial install with the technician not thinking about layout or placement of ducts resulting in several needing to be moved. Took weeks to get the initial install done right only to find the thermostat was not installed correctly and caused the AC to run constantly and freeze the system. Different tech came to fix this and found an intake pipe was not to code and another duct was bent and not taped/connected. Basically in trying to fix things they identified more quality issues. Since then my home inspector found more duct joints not taped and an exhaust pipe either drilled in or from the previous system only covered with a piece of tape instead of being properly sealed. Wouldnt recommend.

    Furnace & Heat Pump

    I've installed new Furnace and Heat Pump as part of Ontario green initiative. The process with Spring Home was very smooth: quick and reasonable quote, flexible schedule for job, timely completion and no extra costs identified.

    Boiler and in ground heating installation

    George and his team of technicians installed a 95% efficiency boiler during our Reno and it has been working flawlessly since with a slight manufacturing defect that they came in to fix within hours of being called. This is a top notch company of experienced and caring people. Very highly recommended for all heating and cooling requirements.

    Water tank and humidifier install

    This is my second time using Spring Home for upgrading my home. I used them approx 8 yrs ago to replace my furnace, and for this time used them to install new water tank and humidifier. Im very pleased with the work performed and big thanks to Justin and team for taking the time to explain options and for prioritizing the installation. There was zero pressure sales tactics. Although not the lowest price, I feel their service and attention to detail is totally worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Spring Home!

    New hvac system and water heater

    I can't thank Justin from Spring Home enough for helping us find a solution for our home. We had three other companies quote us, and I got the feeling that they didn't have our best interests in mind. They were all a bit pushy and kept pushing specific brands without much consideration of our needs. Justin came in and clearly explained the pros and cons of each unit and supported our final decision based on what we felt was important to us. We felt very comfortable with him, and it is clear that he knows his stuff. He provided a clear and comprehensive quote and was very detail oriented. He even caught things all three of the other contractors missed. The technicians did an amazing job and were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves well and were very polite. Justin has followed up with us twice since the installation, and I feel very good about my decision to use Spring Home. I highly recommend them!

    Professional installation and good value heat pump

    Good job Springhome. Today they installed my heat pump. The technicians, Luky and Jack did an awesome job. Very professional and careful. The heat pump itself has a strong support and customer service, which make me feel much more reassured. Anyway I am 200% satisfied. Strongly recommend.
