Full System HVAC and Rinnai Instant Heater.
A big thank you to Justin, who had the patience and skills to accommodate a project where precision was required, due to the small available space, and the obstacles and challenges to bring the project to code. The company gave me the time to redo the framing and drywall between the removal of the old products and the new installation. I spoke to 8 representatives from different companies; some with big name recognition and presence in the flyers that fill your mailbox frequently. Most of them were offering solutions to their advantage, without consideration of our requirements. Justin was able to understand how important it was to meet those requirements, even though it was tough to achieve, and we were obviously grateful by hiring the company. A big thank you to Peter and his team who managed to achieve the tough requirements of a not very accommodating space. He is driven by knowledge, with patience and willing to accommodate, by doing a very good job. The positive outcome is because of two gentlemen, Justin and Peter. Thank you.

Tankless Combination system - Rinnai with full floor radiator installation

Best customer service from A to Z
If you want the best service from the start to finish of your project go with SpringHome. We have an older home, and wanted to replace our old Natural Gas forced air furnace with an energy efficient Heat Pump. We also needed to move the system out of the attic and put it in a spare closet on the main floor. Spring Home was the first contractor we had in that looked for solutions instead of problems. Sams creative solutions and attention to detail meant that we knew what to expect and Spring Home stuck to the quote. I would not hesitate to recommend Spring Home to anyone needing to update their HVAC. They are full of integrity and got the job done on time. The new system (We chose Mitsubishi Zuba central system) is so quiet, we can hardly hear the air handler running, and we have consistent and even heat throughout the home. Thanks to Sam our project manager and Tony, Carlos and John from the installation team for a job well done.

Thorough and complete
I had a simple job of moving my AC from my driveway and returning it to the same place after the drive was repaved. Two techs were involved. Both techs were excellent. They were conscientious and thorough.

They get it when it's important to you.
This is the second time I have been moved to recommend Spring Home, which is a first for me and I think talks to the underlying fundamentals of good customer service that they consistently demonstrate . Rather than relay the play by play of the complex furnace glitches and aligning to changing code standards we went through, my take away is they understand the stress homeowners go through when essential appliances misbehave and have the tenacity and dedication to see it through to a successful conclusion. Which for me is a trait you can't put a price on in these times. Suffice to say thanksgiving weekend was saved and our family is genuinely grateful for that.

New Furnace & Thermostat Installation
My previous furnace, which was 15 yrs old, required a major repair so I decided to purchase a new Trane model. I've done business with Spring Home(mostly furnace inspections) for some time now. The customer service rep. I spoke to is very friendly and accommodating. The 3 workmen arrived on schedule and work was completed on schedule. I was shown how to operate the new touch screen thermostat. The site where the work was done was cleaned up so you would not know they were there. I selected Spring Home though Home Stars and have never had reason for regret.

Repair Central Air Cleaner
It was a simple job of disconnecting and moving the AC from the driveway to the backyard in preparation to repave the driveway. The job was a bit complicated as it is an old AC. The serviceman reached out to Tech Support, sorted out the issues and got the job done successfully.

Install Central Air Conditioning
Had an AC unit installed. Great customer service. Installers worked really hard and did a great job. Great price. Would definitely recommend!
