    Furnace replacement

    I did a pretty thorough review of furnace supply and installation companies and met with several salespeople before making my decision. Spring Home was far and away the most superior among them. The salesperson I met, Lynn, was personable, informative, very attentive and responsive to my questions and concerns before, during and after the installation. I found their pricing to be the most aggressive among those I received quotes from. I've been told that proper installation is one of the most important elements in the furnace replacement process. I was thoroughly impressed with their professional approach and willingness to explain things as the installation went along. They left my place spotless. Lynn was very accommodating on some of the extras which I needed. The Lennox furnace we purchased has been everything they promised. Quiet, hassle free. I love the new wi-fi enabled thermostat. The technicians installed, set up, tested and explained its' function so we were all ready to go before they left. I was quite satisfied to know that with a 10 year parts and labour warranty that I will have no financial headaches to worry about for the next 10 years. If and when my AC or Water Tank need replacing, these are the people I will go to. I highly recommend them.

    Tankless water heater installation

    These guys were great they took great efforts to make sure that the installation was done correctly and they left the working area very clean. All installs have issues and this install was no different. What was different was that they provided me clear explanations with clear options. I did not ever get the feeling that they were trying to take advantage and push the bill up when they found issues. I will be calling them for all my future heating and ventilation needs.

    Buying and installing Air condition

    Sam responded promptly to my initial queries and requests and the crew performed the installation with no mess or complications. Sam followed up post-installation. The product is excellent. Spring Home was also the most price competitive of the quotes I requested. Great job.

    New furnace and water heater

    My furnace broke down and I called Cy. He was at my house within the hour and looked things over and explained to me what options I had. I needed a new furnace and water heater. Cy had 3 space heaters sent to us right away as it was cold at that time. His crew came in and did a great job. At one point the old furnace and water heater were removed and they were going to bring in the new water heater. As soon as the installer took the new water heater out of the box he noticed a small dent on the tank. He called me over and pointed it out to me and they packed it back up and went back to the distributor and got me a new tank. I was really impressed with that. The installation was completed and they did a great job. Since the installation was done I called Cy one time to ask him a general question and he responded right away. Thanks for a job well done

    Replace Furnace

    Sam, Cheryl, and the two installers were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the tireless efforts of the installers, to Sam's extensive knowledge and willingness to work together. Amazing!

    Lennox Furnace installed

    From the initial call when my furnace broke down during the coldest days this winter and through the installation I found Spring Home H & C very professional. They were informative, polite and diligent in their work. I am very happy that they were able to come out so quickly. Thanks for my warm home! I have already recommended them to family and friends.

    New Furnace

    I had a great experience with Spring Home. Fast service - the unit was installed the day after the initial call. Competitive prices - had some other companies provide me with estimates.

    Furnace, AC, humidifier

    Spring home heating offered very competitive prices and high quality units. The explanation of the installation process, products provided and operation of products was very clear. I called several times with questions and they were answered very quickly. The installers were very tidy, respectful and meticulous. Overall I was very happy with the experience, the installation and the products purchased. They tried their best to give us the best price possible and followed up to ensure everything was done to our liking. I would highly recommend this company to a friend.

    HEATING&COOLING SYSTEM

    Our furnace broke on the coldest day in winter. Our A/C was down on the hottest day last summer. It was time to replace everything. The salesperson, Sam, provided very detailed information about the products, installation and their services. Two days later, the technicians, Tiger, Peter and Amir installed the furnace, A/C and water tank. They did excellent job. I am very satisfied with their service. I am very happy I called Spring Home.
