    Furnace and AC

    Replaced a 15yr old furnace and AC with new high efficiency appliances. Sy came to the house and inspected the existing unit and proposed two options. He was extremely knowledgeable and was not pushy or offering services which we don't need. Installation: the crew showed up on schedule and removal of old and install of new was flawless - they kept me informed of progress and answered any questions I had. All in all - decent price, responsive and friendly service and good follow up!

    New Furnace/Humidifier

    Replaced a 20 yr old furnace with a more efficient furnace and humidifier with Spring Home. A Consultant came to the house and inspected the existing unit and proposed 3 options. He was extremely knowledgeable and not the typical salesperson in which he was not pushy nor offering services which I don't need. The installation was a breeze- took a day but the technicians were very professional- they cleaned up after themselves (ie. vacuumed the service area). Product selection; sales approach; and installation so far were good...but that does earn them a top grade. In my opinion, it's the 'after sales' and warranty service that made me a very happy customer. In short, I needed a technician to come look at the new unit as it was leaking water. He fixed the issue and he could have called it a day and be done with. He went above and beyond the existing issue but opening the furnace and did a 360 degree examination. He found that there were lots of dirt/particles which had blown into the furnace causing the existing issue. We recently had our ducts cleaned which was causing the water leak. In summary, very happy with SpringHome and would recommend to family & friends!

    new furnace/ac

    Top notch people from the sales to the install. Crew showed up when scheduled and removal of old and install of new was a 10. Kept me informed of progress and answered any questions I had. When job was complete, I was given a detailed demo about the new system.

    new furnace

    I woke up to 12 degrees in my house and Spring Home was the only company who came out on the same day. They helped me figure out which furnace I needed and installed the new unit the next day. They provided a professional, friendly, and quick service when my family was most in need. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends!

    High Efficiency Boiler Installation

    Spring Home is a company where everyone, from the receptionist, to the salesman, to the technicians, treats the customer with the utmost respect. When getting quotes for a new boiler I found most companies tried to talk me into getting the most expensive boiler and water heater combination. George discussed the pros and cons of all possible options and helped me navigate the difficult decision process. He was patient and took the time to make sure I understood my options and what would best meet my needs. The men who installed the boiler were very professional. They introduced themselves and explained everything that they did. They were tidy and very respectful of our property. They worked from 9:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night. And when the boiler wasn't initially working I feared we would be without heat overnight (in mid December). However, the remaining technician quickly diagnosed the problem (some faulty old parts) and fixed it quite inexpensively (and without complaining about having to stay until almost 11:00pm). Please give him my sincere thanks!

    New Furnace & Tankless Water System

    My rental property furnace was red-tagged by Direct Energy because of the B-vent. I had arranged for someone to come in to fix the problem and had gone on vacation. The person who was supposed to fix the problem didn't show up. When I got back from vacation I had limited time to get anyone to come in. I checked on HomeStars and phoned Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. on Thursday night at 10:00 pm. I explained to Cheryl the urgency and that Enbridge was cutting off the gas the next day, which they did in spite of me begging them to give me additional time. I only had a B-vent problem. Spring Home came to my property the very next day, Friday, and gave me a reasonable quote for high efficiency Lennox furnace and a tankless hot water system (I had very limited space) which I accepted . The workmen came in on Saturday morning, on time, and worked all day in the freezing cold and didn't leave until the job was finished. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Install new boiler, radiators, water pipes and sewer.

    Christine Lin, Jan./14 My tenant phoned and said they had no heat, right away I thought of George who works for Spring Heating and Cooling. I remember using him on my house.two years ago and was impressed. He said they were very busy people phoning because of frozen pipes and no heat. He managed to squeeze me in the next day, phoned and explained the situation and what had to be done. Sent me a quote, I agreed and signed the consent. He ordered everything and started the day after when the boiler came in. Mean while he brought in portable heaters to prevent any more damage. He phoned and kept me informed of everything they were doing. Very helpful, very professional as usual. Thank you. I highly recommend them!

    furnace and hot water heater

    we were very happy with their work when we needed our furnace and hot water heater replaced. we were very glad to have heat back on this winter. decent price, responsive and friendly service and good follow up!

    Furnance and Air Conditioner Replacement

    Last November just prior to a cold spell, we asked Lynn to quote on a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, WIFI thermostat and air filter system. We were a bit skeptical at first since we had heard and read a range of horror stories. We were impressed with Lynn’s professionalism and knowledge so then the only obstacle was pricing. After a number of email and phone exchanges we agreed on a price and because it was going to be cold over the next few days, Spring Home accommodated our needs quickly and the installers was able to replace and install everything in one full day efficiently and cleanly. I can also add that their customer service was also very helpful with the grant application and follow-up Overall, from the sales to the after sales personnel, a great job was done by everyone at Spring Home and well worthy of recommendation.

    Furance and AC replacement

    We purchased a new Lennox furnace and AC through Spring Home and are very happy with the whole experience. Lynn was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right size and model for our house. Their price is competitive (somewhere in between the cheaper Goodman and more expensive Trane) and the installation team was on time, very professional and left the work area clean. The company also called back in about a month to check if things are alright and if we have any concerns or problems with the furnace and AC. This is a knowledgeable, honest and caring company. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others who are looking for new furnace and AC.
