    Furnace replacement and new AC install

    When we moved into our house two years ago, we had Spring Home replace our 18 year old furnace and install a new AC unit. Cy was very professional and honest, even recommending a smaller/cheaper unit because the common size would have been overkill for our small house. His technicians Ricky and Tiger worked very hard to get it all done in one day. They were also very courteous and offered us some helpful hints about other issues in our home that we were not yet aware of. (I did fix that bathroom fan, guys!) A year later we had to make a service call when the furnace suddenly stopped working, but after the tech's careful testing, it turned out to be simply a clogged filter and we were not charged. I would definitely recommend Spring Home!

    Replace HVAC system

    We were looking to replace both our electric furnace and heatpump. After asking around and making inquiries, Spring Home was recommended by friends of ours. From the initial phone call and meeting with Goerge right through to the end of the install we were / are very happy. Helpful and courteous staff, no pressure with a tidy professional installation. At one point a part we had ordered was not necessary (due to design of the system). We would never have know if it was installed or not. Spring Home brought this to our attention, explained the reasons why and refunded us the cost. A trust worthy and knowledgeable company! I would definitely recommend Spring Home to anyone that asks.

    HVAC Installation

    My brother had recommended us to hire Spring Home for the purchace and installation of our HVAC system. Their price is not the lowest in the market but fair. Their service is impeccable! Nowadays many companies can offer a wide range of products of different quality however very few offer good service. They were very quick to respond to our needs, took their time to complete the installation and everything looked very neat. Lastly, I was extremely impressed by how accommodating they have been with us; not even charging us extra costs for coming back to finish some of the work where the delay was not even their fault! That in itself made us feel a lot better about their price. Highly recommend Spring Home!!

    Lennox A/C new install

    Excellent service from first contact to the end and the customer service satisfaction follow-up call. Lynn was great with the first initial contact, through follow-up with the site survey, accommodating my available time. The pricing quote was very competitive and fair from the beginning compared with other companies offering similar device and services. The installation was also very efficiently done, on time, clean work by 2 very nice young gentlemen... I can honestly say I am usually a picky and hard-to-please customer, but there was nothing less than outstanding dealing with Spring Home. Hats off!

    Furnace Repair

    It's been a cold and nasty winter so when the furnace stopped working we scrambled to "bring the heat back". Using the Homestars guide we contacted the company, Spring Home Heating, who was at the top of the class. Could so many "10" ratings be wrong? After dealing with Spring, I would say not! I spoke to Cheryl who guided me through in finding the serial number and model number of my furnace. After explaining the part I needed, she confirmed it and quickly got me a price and availability. We set up an appointment on My Schedule for the technician to come and install the part. The heat came back!! Ali the Technician explained to my what he was doing as he did his work. After the installation he checked for Carbon Monoxide gases both outside, where the exhaust was but also inside. He also made some recommendations on things he observed which I will have Spring do in the future. The work was done in a very timely manner and was fairly priced. My initial call to Spring was inspired by a local company, who will remain nameless, quote almost double for the same repair that Spring did for me. Spring Home Heating are now my "Go To Guys" for all of my future needs. Definely the "Gold Standard" when it comes to HVAC!!

    furnace inspection and maintenance

    Excellent service from Spring Home Heating & Cooling. Calls and emails were attended to promptly and in a professional manner and service at my home with respect to my furnace was excellent.

    Boiler replaced

    The boiler in my rental property needed replacing. We got a quote from the company that gave it a "red flag" when called in for annual service. They were so slow giving us a price we were running out of time to get the work done before the threat of gas being cut off. I checked Homestars and called Spring Home. They came immediately. Not only was the price better but the service was more than exceptional. Sam was extremely helpful with all my questions. The installers were knowledgeable and worked to the wee hours to get the job done. And I got a follow up call to make sure I was pleased. I would recommend them highly and not consider calling anyone else for my other properties.

    Furnace / AC replacement

    Great service from start to finish and competitive pricing from Spring Home. Cy, the sales guy was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest a furnace/AC that would work for our needs. He was also very accessible via phone and quick to respond and follow up. The installers were also very good - they were careful about not tracking in dirt and kept us updated throughout the day on their progress. They were also very happy to answer any questions we had and we had a lot of confidence in their answers. The office folks were also quick and efficient as well as friendly and followed up after the installation to ensure we were happy. The paperwork for the rebates were processed by them in a timely manner as well. Very happy with Spring Home.

    New Furnace

    I am extremely happy with the service provided by Spring Homes, We have installed modulating furnace with humidifier specially thankful to there sales person Sam, who gave us the best and competitive quote and Ali is extremely knowledgeable technician who installed the furnace and also walkthrough us with all Do's and Don't. as we are new home owner and new in country, what ever information Ali gave us was extremely helpful for us and we are so thankful to Ali, Sam and all Spring Home Team. I will highly recommend Spring Home to all my family and friends. Good luck

    Hot Water Tank Installation

    This is the second time we have Spring Home to replace our home appliance. A new furnace a couple years back and a new hot water tank this winter. Again, for reasons I couldn't recall, we have the job done in winter. Spring Home's crew came on time, They did the best to keep the job site clean and tidy and I only have to do very litter cleaning afterward. They fixed up some errors which the builder has left with us years ago. We are very happy with the job and the new hot water tank. The next job with Spring Home will probably be the HRV or air conditioner if they come to the end of their service life.
