    A/C Replacement

    My 11 year old A/C stopped working and rather than spending a lot of money sourcing the leak and replacing the coil, I decided to replace the unit with a larger one since the old one was under-powered for the size of our house. After checking various reviews on Homestars I contacted 3 companies and decided to proceed with Spring Home due to the excellent advice given to me by Cy and Cheryl, along with the fact that they had a large number of technicians working for them, rather than just a single owner/operator. The price I received was very competitive compared to the other quotes I received. The technicians, Ali and Victor arrived on time and explained what they were doing throughout the installation. Although my basement was finished, the installation took longer than what it normally takes due to the difficulty in the way my hidden joists were running for the new piping. One thing that I really liked was that Spring Home was the only company that insisted on running new pipe rather than cleaning out the old piping that had the old style Freon. Ali explained that if you don't clean the tubing properly, then you could have problems down the road. I think most installers would not have cared as much and just taken the easy way out. Ali and Victor had a great attitude even though they finished at 9:30 pm due to the complexity of running the new tubing and also the tight space they had to work with outside where the A/C unit was located. Phenomenal workmanship, and they cleaned up their work area like they were never here. I would definitely recommend Spring Home and will contact them again for future needs.

    New Water Tank

    I was in dire need of a new water heater for my new home after Enbridge hit me with a few red tags with my old water heater. The sales team got back to me within 1 day of my sending in a request for quote. The salesman showed up at my home promptly to make an accurate assessment and quote for a new direct vent heater. They talked with me about the need/benifits of a tank vs tankless heater and made sure I got the right tank for my home and future family. The installation team came early (after calling me to make sure it was OK to do so). When they showed up they worked quickly and cleanly with nothing but professionalism. They followed up last week to make sure I was still happy and of course I was. My new heater works amazingly well and efficiently. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating and cooling specialists.

    heating and cooling

    May 12 2014 we replaced our 26 year old lennox pulse furnace and a/c. with lennox slp98 furnace.xc17 a/c.wifi thermostat From start dealing with CY who is a very professional person. He explained to me about products.and how they work to gether to save me money. ( thats what I like) CY also said that spring home heating and cooling is a. Lennox premier dealer. a lennox centurion award of excellence 2012. Best of homestars 2012. I would say that after the installation was completed.Cy was right on the money.They are professional people that cares about customer service and customer property. Thanks to sales person Cy. Thanks to installers Tiger and Amir. who stayed late to complete the installation and explained how the wi-fi-thermostat works. thanks to Cheryl. helping me sort the serial numbers for rebate process I would highly recommend spring home heating and cooling to my family members.and any other persons that may need their services thanks russ

    Furnace and A/C Replacement

    Excellent service from start to finish. Our furnace broke down in the middle of February and they were able to come within 24 hours to replace it. They were very helpful with guiding us to pursue all available rebates. The service people have all been very considerate and punctual. Would definitely recommend! Many thanks.

    Air Conditioning installation

    They were very prompt with phone calls and appointments. The two man crew did a wonderful job explaining everything and installing the AC. Not to mention they were probably the most polite and positive installers I have ever met! I gladly recommend Spring Home to anyone!!

    Replacement of a furnace

    I decided to replace my 18 years old high efficiency Lennox furnace with a Lennox Signature SLP98 for environmental reasons. I called Spring Home Heating & Cooling as it has all positive feedback in Home Stars. Sales representative, Jack, came to my house and explained clearly about the product. He was patient and professional. His quotation was reasonable but not the cheapest, amongst the four quotations that I obtained from various companies. The installation was arranged two days later. Installers, Tiger and Peter, came as scheduled. They were excellent, friendly and efficient. They tidied up the installation site very carefully. Tiger then explained the operation of the iComfort Wi-Fi Thermostat which is rather user-friendly. I would strongly recommend Spring Home Heating & Cooling to anyone who wants to replace their furnace.

    Furnace Upgrade

    Upgraded my mid efficiency to high efficiency furnace for a 2 storey house with finished basement. Was not onsite to meet with Technicians and to accept the work. The installation went without a hitch and to my verbal specifications on the air intake and exhaust, taking care not to damage my brick work. Job finished in less than 3 hours. Well done. I am repeat customer on several jobs - Air Conditioning, Hot Water Heater, and Furnace installation repair and service.

    Repair AC for Summer

    Need prompt attention to a rental property and despite backlog, they got on it asap, evaluated, fixed the problem and left my tenants satisfied. What else can I ask for? Oh, ps, they were real pleasant to deal with!

    New furnace, central A/C, ductless A/c

    We called Cy in December during one of the coldest weeks of a very cold winter. From the sounds of our furnace it was on its death bed and with two small children in the house and money already spend on repairs we knew we needed someone fast. I called a number of companies, it was a Saturday, Cy was the only one who responded quickly and drove downtown once he heard I had children in the house. He explained the various products on the market and I immediately trusted him and felt that he would have the integrity to back up his work and product. We decided to go ahead and scheduled the furnace install later that week but that night our furnace died. I emailed Cy and he arranged for his staff to work overtime on a Sunday (no extra cost to us) to replace our furnace. This spring our central a/c and ductless were also installed. We live in a narrow downtown semi without much access/space on the side so it was not an easy job but his techs did it without complaint. A few issues came up during this process and they were resolved by the company. I was right that they do stand behind their work and will send out techs to resolve any issues which may occur. Tiger and the more experienced techs were excellent. The office staff walked us through the rebate process and made sure we received what we were entitled to. Thanks Cy and all of the spring home staff!

    Air Conditioner Installation

    Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc were fabulous when installing our Mitsubishi Mr. Slim M-Series ductless mini-split air conditioner. They were on time and followed up with us after installation. Because we live in a condo the unit had to be mounted 16 feet up on a concrete wall. They brought in a special hand pump to get the unit to the correct height and then mounted it securely to the wall. George and Cy are true professionals and I would highly recommend their services. Thanks guys.
