    Fix broken a/c

    When we turned on our a/c this summer the unit fan didn't turn, it just hummed. A quick visit to homestars to find a repair service led me to these guys. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a part. We have ac again and I'm happy it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

    new air conditioner and furnace

    This company is very client service oriented. They answered our service call and made an appointment to come to our house right away. After we signed the contract for the new air conditioner and furnace, the company made ever effort to keep us informed as to when and how the work would be done. They even sent a repairman to our house to try to get our old air conditioner up and running while we were waiting for the new one to be installed. This company is dedicated to being in business for the long haul, so their customers can be assured that they will be around in the future to honor their warranties. We did not go with the first Air Conditioning company we called. Even though we had found them on Home Stars as well and they had a very high Home Star score, when the owner came to our house we found him to be very heavy handed. At the time we were only interested in replacing our central air conditioner. He was insistent about seeing our 15 year old furnace, which was working fine. Just by visually looking at the furnace he threatened to "Red tag" it, if we did not replace it as well as our air conditioner. We knew that our furnace was up to code because we been getting regular maintenance checks on it. I am sure that we are not the first home owners he has tried to coerce in this way.

    new A/C unit

    great experience from start to finish. customer service was excellent and communication was great throughout the entire process. the tech came out to diagnose our faulty a/c and laid out exactly what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. he didn't push us to buy a new a/c although it was clear that was the most sensible thing to do. we decided to get a new lennox unit from spring and the sales process and installation were quick and painless. the installation techs were pleasant, fast, and very considerate of the fact that we had a one-year-old sleeping at the time of installation. spring took care of all the rebates so we received $400 back as well! it's been about a month and the machine works great and we have no complaints. would highly recommend.

    Installed AC and Furnace

    I had received a few quotes from 3 different contractors, but Cy's knowledge about the work made me go with Spring Home. The installers were very good since my basement was finished and was not a straight forward install. They took the time to explain the situation as well as the pros/cons of the options. I would definitely consider Spring home for any future installations.

    New AC & Heating Furnace

    From our Sales Manger Cy to the installers and even the install supervisor, every step of this project was handled with 100% professionalism and the best customer service that I have seen in this industry, Keep raising the standards!!!

    Air condition installation

    Great service and great price. Workers were very nice and made no mess, also spent some time with us to show us how everything worked in detail. I will be sure to recomment them to all family and friends.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    I've had a great experience with Spring Home. They have replaced my broken furnace and aging AC and were very professional, provided great customer service and were reasonably priced. Before settling on the equipment, their technician Jack stopped by a couple of times to give us different options and explain the differences between the types of available equipment and brands (brand differences, single stage vs two stage furnace, case coil etc). He was incredibly helpful, patient and worked with us to get the best combination for our house in terms of performance and available rebates. (in our case OPA and Lennox). The installers did an excellent job, worked fast and clean and did a really nice job of running the piping and condensate pump hoses. Jack came back after the job to make sure that we were happy and everything was done properly. Really good company, I would highly recommend it.

    Gas Line Replacement

    Recently I arrived home at 4:00 on a Friday to find Enbridge at my home replacing the gas meter. When they tested the meter after installation they found a few problems, left me two "red tags" and shut off my gas. This meant no heat, hot water or stove for me. I hit homestars and called a few places, only Spring home picked up (5:00 at this point) they were able to send over a tech Saturday morning to diagnose the problem (basically a previous owner had done the gas line him or her self and it was a mess) and based on the situation (most of line behind drywall) recommended running a new gas line outside the home rather than tearing up my finished basement. By early Sunday evening the work was done. They left a clean work space, were very helpful and courteous. Also, their pricing was very transparent and very fair - especially when you consider how much I needed the work done right away. Thanks Spring Home!

    Furnace

    Great company and great service, Got a good discount and they did an excellent job installing high efficiency 95% Lennox furnace. Workers and did a clean and professional job. I will use them again when installing my Central Air conditioning.

    Ductless AC

    I knew that I wanted ductless AC but wasn't sure if it was compatible with our Riverdale semi. I had contacted a company but received no response. I then searched further and contacted spring home and got immediate response from Cy. In no time we were given options for ductless AC and installation date that I requested. The technicians were punctual, polite and knew their job well. We haven't had too much occasion to use the Mr Slim Mitsubishi unit yet but sure we will in the coming months, as well as using this unit to heat up our second floor in the cold winter months ahead. I would recommend Spring Home to others.
