    Air Conditioning instalation

    I planned to add an air conditioning to my new house. Refered by a friend, I looked into the website of Spring Home Heating & Cooling System Inc. and then talked to the sales for a quotation. The tech. came to my house to inspect my furnance and recommend a fit model Air conditioning to me and completed the work order in a very professional manner. Good staff and good company to recommend.

    Ductless Air Conditioning Unit

    Salesperson: Cy Installers: Randy and Alan Great installation. Professional, neat, friendly installers. The install took about 4 hours, and the guys even tried to time their noisy drilling and banging around our daughter's nap schedule. The unit is working well, and the install looks clean and finished. They cleaned up, took their shoes off inside our house, and explained everything as they did the work. Great experience.

    Lennox air conditioning Instalation

    We moved in a brand new house recently and need an air conditioning for the summer time. One of our friends referred Spring Home heating & cooling systems inc. to us. After talking with the sales rep.of the company, a technician came to my house to check the furnace and recommended me a matching model of Lennox elite14 3.5T for my 3800 sft house with very good price. During the installation , the tech. Randy & Allen impressed me by their professional working manner and attitude . The Instalation was well done.The machine has been working very well and quite. I will definitely recommend Spring Home to my friends. Thank you Spring Home heating & cooling systems inc..

    2 stage furnace, a/c and water heater

    I had these equipment installed in May 2014. I wanted to try them before I write my review. I contacted Springhome back in April to get a quote on furnace, a/c (for they are old) and water heate(r for I didn't realize I am renting). Cy called me right away and came to inspect and gave me suggestions and quote. He is very passionate with his job, explained everything to me and was very patient with all my inquiries whether over the phone or by email. After getting 4 other quotes, I decided to go ahead with Spring home. The technicians came as scheduled. They are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly as well. Tiger explained everything to me before, during and after installation. Amir as well took the time to show me his work and make sure I will be satisfied with the outcome. Kevin also came after to help when he finished his other job to make sure everything will be finished the same day. I have not seen that room ever so tidy and neat and clean after they installed everything. They only installed what I needed and they even have to move the furnace a little to the back to make sure everything is by code which means I have peace of mind knowing that we are safe to live here. So far all is working just fine and I could tell the difference, way more better than before. Thank you Cy, Tiger, Amir and Kevin and Cherry too for assisting us with all the paper work.

    New air conditioner

    We decided to replace our A/C unit this spring and contacted several companies. Spring Home responded to our call promptly and Cy came to give us a quote. He was extremely knowledgable and thorough and gave us a fair quote immediately. We chose Spring Home after reviewing all our options. The installation team was great and we were very impressed with their work. I will definitely use them again for any work needed.

    Air conditioner and furnace replacement

    We had a protection plan with Direct Energy and our air conditioner stopped working. We had been paying into their plan for years, but they said they couldn't fix it as the air conditioner was too old. They came up with a ridiculous quote to replace it, but would give us $500 back for our years of plan participation. Thanks Direct Energy. We cancelled all our rental equipment and plans with them. We decided to replace the furnace as well since it was getting a bit tired. Because this was a major purchase for us, we called in 5 Heating and cooling companies to quote on the work. One of the companies was Spring Home. We made sure they were all quoting on the exact same equipment and work. We interviewed each company and compared their quotes, they varied a bit in price. We found that CY the sales rep was more attuned to the project, he gave us more information on the products and gave us better recommendations than the other companies. We decided to go with Spring Home even though they were not the cheapest, as overall CY made us feel more comfortable about the job to be done. Tiger and his team worked hard throughout the day and late into the evening to complete the work. When they arrived they made sure to put down drop sheets all the way through the house and down into the basement. They delivered the new equipment and removed the old without a scratch. The install was professionally done and all areas that they went through were cleaned up. They were very patient with us and explained everything to our satisfaction as they were doing the install and afterword gave us a thorough run through of the work and the wireless control of the IComfort system. Both my wife and I are very happy with the job completed and the people who did it, we are going onto their Yearly maintenance plan and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.     new HVAC and duct installation

    Our house was completely renovated and had Spring Home install HVAC and ducts throughout. Their team was very professional and courteous. The work was completed on time and on budget. Thank you!

    ducting furnace and air condition unit

    This not the first time i deal with SPRING HOME and every time i have used there professional service is been nothing but the BEST very parson to parson dealing very professional on site service i would recommend them to anybody i have actually recommended to one of my neighbours and he was very please with there service and he will use the service in the next project so as i said NOTHING BUT THE BEST sincerly Nelson Forti

    Lennox A/C Unit

    I contacted Spring Home for a quote on a new central air conditioner. Their sales person Jack contacted me in a couple of hours, and set an appointment the next day. I accepted their estimate, and they installed the unit the next day. Jack was professional and responded to all my questions, and the Spring Home technicians that did the installation were very friendly, professional, and cleaned up when they were done. I would definetly recommend Spring Home for your heating and air conditioning needs.

    Ductless Air Con Unit

    I found Spring Home on Homestars she I was looking to have a ductless unit put into our bedroom. Cy came out immediately and talked me through the different options on units and installation information. He was thorough and knowledgable about the different units which made picking ann option easy for someone who doesn't know anything about them! The installation guys came out 3 weeks later - they did an amazing job with both the internal and external installation, protecting the house and clearing up. I had asked them to be finished slightly early on the day they came over as I had commitments elsewhere, so they brought another guy over last minute to make sure that they met my deadline. Afterwards, Cy not only reached out to me to ensure my comfort with the work completed, but also went ahead and registered the warranty on the units on my behalf so I literally had to do nothing! The unit lives up to exactly what Cy sold it to us as ....quiet, efficient and cold! Would highly recommend Cy and Spring Home for any Heating/Cooling work....will certainly be using them again in the future as needed.
