Choosing Spring Home for our furnace and AC was an excellent decision. Cy was our first contact and he came over at our convenience and really took the time to explain the products, pricing and overall process. The quote that was provided was competitive for the quality of products and level of service they provided. The technicians who came to install the products were courteous and professional and the customer service folks were very helpful with the whole rebate process. It was stress free from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them.

I interviewed 4 firms for quotes, they were all similiar but Spring Home was the only one that offered a Lennox, which my builder recommened plus Cy was always available to answer all questions and kept in contact with me even after I told him I was on hold until I finalized renovations plans. The office staff called in the morning to confirm the arrival time of the installation team and the two men, Tiger and his partner (sorry I forgot his name) were both very professional,, knowledgable and friendly. Two "maybes" on the quote which could not be determined until the install date were avoided, I'm sure some firms would have billed me the extra $600 as a consumer I would have no way to know the truth. Would highly recommend this firm.

Sam was one of the reasons why I went with Spring Home - he was honest and tried hard to meet my budget. Although I did end up spending more than I wanted to, I felt I got a great unit backed by a great company and service and that's what was important to me. Compared to other competitors, they did beat many of the reputable companies in cost but did come higher than the average Joe's found in flyers. If you want peace of mind, it's worth the cost. The installation was on time, done in 8 hours (both Furnace and AC), All the old stuff was taken away & disposed and they cleaned up afterwards. My recommendation - ask as many questions as possible and you'll feel comfortable going with them as well.

Our salesman, Cy, was a great resource for me. I had done my research but still knew very little about the heat exchanger we needed installed on our third floor. Two other companies gave me estimates but very little information or advice on the different types of units I should be considering. I had lots of questions and Cy answered them all and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. The installation was done expertly and efficiently even though it was in a tough space to reach. The crew made sure to review the work that had been done before they left. We are very happy with our dual unit and with the service we received throughout the process. I highly recommend Cy and Spring Home Heating & Cooling.

I chose Spring Home based on the overwhelming number of 5-star reviews on HomeStars.com. Now after my own experience with Spring Home, I realize that every glowing review truly is well deserved! My furnace died one night last week. The Spring Home serviceman assessed the furnace and after a quick call to Cheryl, they arranged for a salesperson (Lynn) to come out the same day. Lynn was extremely patient when explaining the different furnaces and prices. This was the first furnace purchase, so I really appreciated Lynn’s detailed information. The installation crew was Tiger, Amir and Wilson, and they did a fantastic job! They explained exactly what they’d be doing and throughout the day continued to give me updates on their progress. Because of new building codes and my 14 y/o furnace being vented incorrectly, the Spring Home crew had to drill through the basement wall to create new venting. My furnace’s fuse box breaker also had to be upgraded. And the backyard deck, which had been built around the old air conditioner by a previous owner, was now too small an opening to accommodate the new air conditioner. The Spring Home crew used a saw to neatly cut the deck planks and then used the cut pieces to reinforce the deck supports. All of this was done at no additional cost to me! I was extremely impressed with everyone at Spring Home and highly recommend them. I wish I could hire them to remodel my kitchen!

Recently I had my Heating & Air Conditioning installed by Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. and I am glad I made this choice. I was very impressed with the installer, they were very professional, excellent and efficient, they stayed very late in the day until every detail was attended and finished, the system was up and running. Overall, we are happy with the decision to have Spring Home installed. The quote was very competitive compared to other companies. Apart from the technician people in the office were very helpful in getting my rebate. I would highly recommend them.

I called Cy at Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems. Within ten minutes the office called back with an appointment. The technician was very knowledgeable, on time & the service excellent including a follow up call. Very professional & a pleasure working with.

We called spring home heating ( as several other companies) to renew our heating system. ( viessman combi boiler). Very helpful and professional company,mister Sam was always ready to answer any questions before we make decision. Although we had a small issue after installation ( small pipe leak) , it was quickly fixed By Kevin the same day we called.

I had a 25yrs old high efficiency lennox furnace which I wanted to replace with a current model of efficiency and reliability. I did my intensive research on different brands and models along with companies that boast of their customer service and professionalism. I came up with a list of 5 companies and got to meet representatives from each of them. The company that impressed me most was Springhome. The sales consultant, Cy Goh, showed up as expected right on time. Even though I was totally prepared I was just listening to all his recommendations. Having determined that Cy was not "bsing" me there was no reason to challenge him. He made some very good suggestions which were implemented and he also addressed all my questions and concerns. I visited their showroom and chatted some more with Cy and decided to hire them for this project even though their quotation was not the lowest. The installation team of Tiger, Randy and Allen showed up on the scheduled date right on time. They explained what they'll be doing and proceeded to lay down runners over my hardwood floor. I was just waiting to see if they would without me suggesting it. Each technician was performing their task like clockwork which showed good teamwork. The whole installation process of the furnace, power humidifier, wifi thermostat and hot water heater took about 5-6 hours with me observing them very closely. Tiger also fixed a piece of shoddy work on my AC that was done by another contractor. They also did a terrific job of cleaning up after the installation and also made sure everything was working perfectly. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist and have high expectations from others and in this case I was very impressed. I will definitely recommend Springhome for all your Heating and Conditioning needs, you will not be disappointed.

My mother's house was built in the 1950's and had a two bedroom/1 bath addition added in the '70s. The original house uses forced air gas, but the addition used electric heat and consequently had no air conditioning. After 40 years, we needed to replace the existing electric heat. We could have just replaced it with more of the same, but in order to add air conditioning we went with Mitsubishi heat pumps for cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. Cy at Spring Home went over our options in detail so we knew exaclty what we were getting. He also went above and beyond ordinary service by pointing out some things that needed fixing with our current furnace and arranging to have that work done at the same time. The installation crew (Randy, Tiger, Alan, and Amir) did a great job, with careful attention to detail. In particular, they did a good job of making the inevitable runs of wire to the electrical panel as nearly invisible as possible. And they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and gave us careful instruction in using the remotes that came with the new units. Its easy to be happy the day after installation (if everything apparently went smoothly) but I deleiberately waited several months before writing this review, and now even with the weather turning cold, I'm happy to report everything is working just fine.
