    Install new air conditioner

    Last spring I hired Spring Home Heating & Cooling to install a new air conditioner in my townhouse. Cy came by to give an estimate; he was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I felt he gave some some good advice. The quote was very competitive compared to other companies I talked to. The installation was challenging given the configuration of my townhouse - a very small space for the furnace/AC and lines to the outside that were very difficult to access. But they did a great job, very professional and pleasant to deal with. The AC has worked perfectly over the summer and I have had them back to service my furnace this fall. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

    Mitsubishi multi-split roof mounted A/C with two indoor units

    From the initial meeting we had with Cy Goh to the installation by Tiger and Amir, our experience was A-plus. Cy explained everything very clearly and spent the time at our place to finalize with us how the installation would be done. The installers themselves were excellent, efficient and professional. They stayed very late in the day, until every detail was attended to and finished, and the system was up and running. We couldn't have asked for better.

    replace furnace & AC

    We hired Spring Home Heating to replace our furnace and AC. They provided great customer service throughout. Cy was very helpful and understanding during the selection process, while Cheryl made every effort to ensure that we were satisfied after the installation. Each of the technicians who installed the new furnace and AC and followed up were professional, courteous and available to answer questions or concerns. Overall we're quite happy with the decision to hire Spring Home Heating.

    Furnace upgrade

    We had a very old furnace and wanted to upgrade it to high efficiency furnace. As usual, we went out and got few quotes and Spring Home was one of them. Cy was very knowledgeable and very helpful from the beginning and he was always there on the other end of the phone whenever we had a question even after the installation. We decided to go with Spring Home primarily because they do not sub contract the work. Installation went great and was done right the first time. We are very satisfied with the new furnace and the level service provide by Spring Home.

    NEW CAC & FURNACE

    Everyone from Cheryl at head office to Sam our salesman and our installers Randy, Peter and Wilson were all very professional. We bought a new central air conditioning system from Spring Home while we were at our old address during the summer of 2013. We were so pleased that we purchased both a new a/c and furnace from them recently (nov 2013) for our new home. Both the a/c and furnace at our new home were very close to 20 years old. We had the furnace inspected and the inspector noticed the heat exchanger was rusting and leaking. He said he couldn't guarantee it would not leak CO throughout the winter. Now, my wife and I already had spent a good chunk of change getting the house up to where we wanted it as far as renovations were concerned. But, upon hearing that we and our kids might not be safe with the old hvac equipment...well...we had no hesitation calling on the crew from Spring Home in order to make our new home as safe as possible. During the install one of the guys noticed that our water heater's exhaust vent was well over the allowable length (6'). He notified me immediately upon discovering this and told me they would move the water heater so they exhaust vent would be well under 6'. Thanks again everyone. Great job!

    New furnace and AC unit

    I shopped around for a new furnace and AC unit and ended up going with Spring Home and I was glad I did. Very professional workers spent the whole day at my house making sure everything was perfect. They explained to me the unit very thoroughly and the units themselves were very high quality. I highly recommend this company.

    Air Conditioner

    I was very impressed with the overall professionalism, they really try hard to differentiate themselves. My rebate was delayed two months because my name was misspelled by Spring Home. Also, despite a long discussion in and around the work site with the salesman, I was not prepared for the size of the new unit which is a behemoth; at least 3 times the size of the old unit. The result is that my in-ground water feature (partially damaged because a worker stepped on it) will now have to be moved.

    new furnace

    I had several companies quote on a new furnace. Decided to go with Spring home, although their price was not the cheapest. Excellent advice from Sy,very professional work done by installers, prompt follow up by their office. We are very happy with the new Lennox furnace.

    Installation of furnace and a/c unit

    I hired Spring Home to install my new furnace and a/c unit following my meeting with salesman Cy. He was both punctual and knowledgeable about the products. The quote he gave me was comparable with other quotes I had received and the rebates they completed for me made the deal even better. On the day of the installation the workers were courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to contact Spring Home again for my heating and cooling needs.

    Wiessmann Combi Boiler

    We are so pleased with our decision in choosing Spring Home .It took us a while to learn about boilers and tank-less and find the best choice for our home . eventually we purchased a Wiesmann combi boiler which was advised and installed by Spring Home .very efficient so far ,in reasonable price and warranty compare to other companies . Technicians are very informative, professional, hardworking, neat and organized , they are on-time and quick to respond.great customer service.I greatly appreciate Sam and Gorge who answered all my questions patiently. I am very thankful to Ali,Peter and other hard working staffs who are great assets to the company.Kevin Is very dedicated and knowledgeable in a very professional manner and did a very clean job in relocating the pipes. happy with my purchase and installation and service. highly appreciate and recommend this company.
