Cy knew exactly what we needed for the size of our small home, after looking at the old and inefficient furnace that stopped working. Gave us a quote for a new AC as well, and maximized our rebates from OPA and Lennox. Then came the team, Wilson, Randy and Peter - right on time, most polite, friendly and professional installers. They explained to me what they are doing from start to finish, explained to me the functionalities, helped me set up and registered the smart thermostat with wifi, helped me download Lennox icomfort app, explained basic maintenance, very clean and neat workmanship. We will highly recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you Cy, Wilson, Randy, Peter and George. Very very happy and satisfied customer.

I had my furnace cleaned yesterday and was very pleased with the techician Kevin. He was most professional and knowledgable. In addition to cleaning the furnace, he noticed that the hot water "C" vent was too close to the insulaton and dry wall, which is against code. Even though he had a busy schedule, he took time to explain and correct the clearance according to code. I am so thankful for his work and professionalism. I cannot thank him enough. Thanks George for hiring such an outstanding technician. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with.

These guys are excellent. They were extremely professional througout the entire installation process and gave me good advices on whether my AC unit should be replaced along with my furnace. The most impressive attribute was they did not try to up sale me like other companies. They gave me genuine thoughts from my standpoint and stated the best for me and my house rather than suggesting me a solution that was profit maximizing for them. The prices were fair and competitive while the quality of service was unmatched. Furance and AC units are pricey everywhere but with this company I have felt like I have paid fair dollars for top of the line service. Highly recommended. Thanks again guys!!!

I hired George and his company to install a new mid-efficiency boiler and water heater for our house. Over a period of several months, I interviewed many highly rated contractors and did a lot of research on boilers. I wanted a boiler that would last over 30 years, require min repairs and maintenance, and reduce our heating bills. Many of the companies I contacted pushed high-efficiency boilers which were a lot more expensive and does not last nearly as long as cast-iron mid-effiency boilers. When I met with George, he listened to my needs and concerns and recommended to me a boiler that he thought met my goals rather than pushing a particular product that he wanted to sell. He was also very knowledgable and responsive to my many questions. All of these things made me feel comfortable with George and made me felt confident that I chose the right company after a very lengthy due diligence process. Another thing that set George apart from others was that he responded very quickly to my questions or requests for additional info. His response, whether by email or phone, was almost instantaneous even though he has a very busy schedule. I always felt taken care of and, most importantly, this kind of treatment carried through after I hired his company. There are times when it becomes very difficult to reach a sells person after they get the job but this was clearly not George's policy! The installers, Alley and Peter, did a great job and worked very hard to make sure I was happy with everything. At first the boiler was not piped exactly as I had wanted and to re-pipe it would take a good part of another day. However, George and the guys were happy to make the corrections because of their complete dedication to customer satisfaction. The installation looks very clean and neat and that was exactly what I wanted. I hope that we will have many many years of reliable heating and hot water from our beautifully installed boiler and water heater! Thank you George for really caring about customer service and quality and also a big thanks to Alley and Peter for working so hard to achieve a perfect installation! It was a real pleasure to work with such good people.

Installation Team, Tiger, Randy and Wilson ware very professional, friendly and skilled. They did perfect and clean job from sheet metal, electrical, plumbing, tubing, laying foundation for AC, very happy with overall installation. The manager and folks from the sales department are very professional and thorough in their assessment of customer needs and extremely knowledge with product information. The installation team is very curteous, professional and thorough both during the installation and after the job is done .The after sale follow-up is done in a timely manner. I am happy with both the service and equipment. I would recommend Spring Home as one of the top companies for heating and cooling services in the Toronto area.

I contacted Spring Home Heating to do our annual furnace maintenance. The technician showed up on time and did a thorough check and cleaning process. They seemed to check a few more things than other companies that we have used in the past.

Cy and the team are great! I have an old Bloor West Village home and we needed ductless AC. Cy came to the house and was clearly the most knowledgeable of all the installers I'd interviewed. They weren't the cheapest but I thought if you're going to install something on the outside of the house, don't take a risk. The installation team came out here and did some a clean professional job. My neighbour went with someone cheaper and their installation looks messy. Mine looks so neat - no eyesore. I'll work with them for all my heating and cooling needs.
