Excellent overall. Very hard working employees. Clearly care about what they are doing. Installers stayed at the house until almost midnight installing the boiler to complete in 1 day. I have never seen anything like this before. Installation looks great. Everything is working well so far. Would highly recommend this company

We had a great experience dealing with Spring Home to get our ductless A/C units installed in our home. We received quotes from a number of vendors but felt most at ease with Spring Home. They came to the house made recommendations and walked us through the process of the install. Everyone know we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. On the installation date we received calls pre and post the install to inform us the crew was on their way and to confirm that everything was to our satisfaction. The crew did a great job installing the two indoor units and main outdoor unit, they were very good about cleaning up any mess they made. We have not hesitated to recommend their serious to our friends looking to do heating and cooling work to their homes.

Our A/C broke down during the summer, and we ask around for a few different quotes to replace it. Even though Spring Home did not provide the cheapest quote, but when Cy came over to explain the A/C system and also how the installation is going to be done, he is the only person who was able to point out what was not done properly in my previous HVAC installation. And explains how he would correct them when he installs the new system. After calculating the price of replacing A/C alone and having furnace replaced also, I have decided to replace both to take advantage of the full government rebate. On installation day, Randy, Tiger and Ali came over, they introduced themselves properly, and showed me where and how they are going to proceed with the installation. They clearly know what they are doing, and I am comfortable just letting them do their things while I work upstairs. The entire installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up the working area nicely. Before they leave, they explain to me how the new thermostat works, and gave me a tour of the new HVAC system. They took great care on the installation, and it's a nice feeling to know that I own a properly installed HVAC system at home now! It's been a month, and the new HVAC system is working great! I interviewed six dealers for ductless A/C for our three-storey house. There was not much difference in pricing, but we were impressed with Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. as a Mitsubishi-certified dealer. We had a limited budget with which to try to cool the three floors, and their advice on how to do it - -where to install the units -- was superb. We got excellent value for the money that we spent. The work was done efficiently and the areas of the installation were thoroughly cleaned afterwards. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Spring Home.
