    Furnance & AC

    The salesperson Cy who came to our house was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to us. He was factual in what he explained. When the furnance & AC were installed, I am happy that they paid attention to details and are knowlegeable to the safety codes. Safety should be #1 as our lives depend on a safe home. The followup from the admin. is also very good. I look forward to working with them to complete the rebate and warranty areas.

    Central Air

    Overall I'm pleased with the product and service. I had Spring install a central A/C unit for my new home. The overall process was easy and scheduling installation was effortless. Any issues I had were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

    Furnace, A/C

    Cy responded to a request for a quote and was very helpful in going over the different models avail;able, the cost and the pros and cons of each furnace and air conditioners that they have. There was no attempt to hard sell the most expensive models or to up-sell more options - just clear information. The installation was schedule within a week, and the installers were very professional, cleaned up when they were done, and answered all questions during the day. Highly recommended,

    A/C & Furnace install.

    Its been a few months since we had hired Springhome to replace our Hvac appliances. I decided to wait a few months before makin a review to see how the furnace would be during winter. My A/C had started to fail during the summer time. So we started to do our research and contacted a few companies, but none of them were able to impress my husband and close the deal. Springhome was the last company up at bat. George came to our home with a very professional attitude, but most importantly he came well prepared. He looked around and pointed out problems with the existing system and duct setup and explained to my husband about how the airflow wasn't being circulated properly. George even spent time to explain about code infractions made with previous install. After all that. The choice was very clear. Tiger and Randy had come to do the installation. When they arrived and introduced themselves, I could tell they were just as professional as George and I was in good hands. They explained everything that they would be doing and asked if the location for almost everything was alright with me. I was very impressed. Never have I experienced such great customer service and attention to detail. They kept my home clean during the install and left it the same way the found it. From beginning to end these guys were great. Thank you so much for everything George, Tiger and Randy. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

    Furnace replacement

    I would highly recommend Cy and his technicians. They are respectful and friendly. They know their product, and adhere to all current safety standards when installing furnaces. When we found out that our previous furnace was not installed properly and had to be replaced, Cy and his crew gave us great service and peace of mind in knowing the job was done right.

    Fixing Red Tagged Furnace and More

    Our newly bought house in Toronto had the furnace and HWT red tagged. The furnace and HWT were so close to each other that gas was going to be cut off. After interviewing 3 companies, we decided to go with Cy. He was knowledgable and provided prompt services. He provided us a few solutions including more economical ones, not only to fix the red tag, but to make the home comfortable. At the end, we felt that investing in good heating and cooling systems were as important as fixing a problem. Cy's crew moved my HWT to a better location, replaced my AC and furnace with new Lennox ones and took care of the filing for red tag and rebates. Randy and crew, who did all the work were very nice, and they arrived before 9 so I wasn't late for work and they worked right into night time. The next day, Randy also came back to help me change my gas line for stove for my kitchen renovation. He made sure minimal walls were open from his work and all the new pipes were run neatly and sealed correctly. Overall, I am very happy that I chose Spring Home and I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.

    air conditioning

    When I realized that I could no longer rely on my more than twenty year old air conditioner for hot summer days like the ones we experienced this year, I figured that it was time to get a new high-efficiency unit. I checked out some heating and air conditioning companies on HomeStars, picked out a few highly rated ones and talked to them about what I wanted. After reviewing different options, I settled on Spring Home. I am more than satisfied with my choice. Cy Goh responded to my inquiry quickly and came to our house to talk things over. He made a very comprehensive presentation and patiently explained to me things that I needed to know about air conditioners. The price he quoted was very competitive. Tiger and Randy, the two technicians who came to install the new A/C unit were very courteous, respectful and professional. They explained to me what they were doing and answered my questions. They were also very conscientious about cleanliness. They did a great job. A few days later, Cy called me to follow up to make sure that everything was ok and I was happy.     Install a new Lennox furnace

    The whole process of exchanging my old Lennox furnace for a new one was quite easy. Mr. Goh sent me an email with a choice of models, after reading the specifications I called him to clear up some doubts. We discussed the different models and I picked one. They scheduled the installation the following week.. On the morning of that day the technicians phoned me to let me know they were held up in traffic and would be a little late. A simple but classy gesture, often overlooked It reflects on the kind of courteous and efficient service this company delivers The technicians protected my floors as they moved the old furnace out and brought in the new. They left the work area spotless. When, as they were leaving, I was not too happy with the location of the drainage tube for the humidifier even though I had assented to it, they brought back their tools and fixed it cheerfully. The furnace, though smaller than the one we had, is heating the house very quietly. I have already recommended Mr. Goh to friends who are considering a new furnace.

    Furnace and A/C replacement

    Spring Home did a wonderful job in replacing my broken down furnace and A/C. Cy met with me on the same day I called and within 4 days his technicians were in home replacing the units. They were quick and answered all of my questions as they performed the work. Everything was completed without any problems! I would definitely recommend this company.
