    furnace and HRV installation

    We were thinking of upgrading our furnance for awhile. Based on the reviews here, we decided to hire Spring Home. We are very happy about the decision. George was very knowledgeable and no push. He patiently helped us make an educated decision. The work was done efficiently and beautifully. We were even more impressed by his after-installation followup. He was very approachable and responsive whenever we had a question. He really cares about his customers. Highly recommend Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc, Geroge and his team.

    Furnace, A/C & Water Heater

    We called Spring Home to come to our home to give us a quote. Cy was extremely knowledgeable and we felt confident getting our furnace and A/C from them. Cy also helped us overcome a nightmare situation. He discovered that there was a gas leak in the pipes of our water tank. We tried calling the company that installed it, but couldn't reach them. Cy took it upon himself to call his own licensed technician to come and help us shut of the gas value as he was worried about our safety without charging us a single penny (this was at 12:30am). This is beyond great customer service and we are truly grateful that he cared so much about our safety. We would highly recommend Spring Home.

    Humidifier RO & Thermostat Installation

    The folks at Spring Home are true professionals that stand behind their work. I tasked them with resurrecting a problematic steam humidifier. In other words, I hired them to fix someone else’s mistake. It wasn’t an easy job, or position to be in, but they handled it with class and completed the job successfully. My family is extremely grateful to have humidity in our home again, and will definitely stick with Spring Home for our future HVAC needs!

    Installation of new mid-efficiency boiler

    I was looking to replace my 25 year old boiler system with something more efficient. I called around to a number of places and ended up going with Spring Home as I felt that they offered the best customer service and were the most responsive to my questions. The process starts with an assessment of the system where I was told what to expect and what additional costs may be incurred if certain areas of my system were not up to code/broken. Cy and the lead technician were extremely transparent and knowledgeable and I appreciated their candor. They also did not try to up-sell me on various products and I felt that they gave me the best advice for my situation. The installation itself went very well. The technicians were extremely patient and explained everything that they were doing as well as answering all the questions I had along the way (and I had a lot of questions). They were extremely respectful of the space and cleaned everything up when they left. Finally, I was contacted one week after the installation for follow up, which was extremely appreciated. I was very happy with the consultation and installation and would not hesitate to use the services of Spring Home again or to recommend them to others.

    Furnace Purchase and Installation

    Our furnace was tagged out during an annual maintenance call due to cracked heat exchanger cover. The service company quoted me on the repairs and on the cost of the new unit. I called around for numerous quotes, and had found Spring Home on Homestars as a top rated company so decided to give them a call based on other client's reviews. Cy came by the next day for an in home consultation. Cy was extremely knowledgeable of the various products and walked my wife and I through the product that he thought would be best for our home, and why. Cy was very pleasant and polite throughout the process and at no point were we under any sort of pressure to make a decision. Once we decided on the model of the furnace Cy had his crew install the furnace within 3 days. The technicians who came were outstanding - very knowledgeable, tidy, polite, and took the time to walk me through the installation as well as the product itself. Not only was the sales and service great at Spring Home, the furnace is also a reputable brand. I would recommend Spring Home to friends and family without any hesitation.

    Air Conditioning

    I was in the market for the new A/C for my new house which only had rough-in. After thorough research on HVAC companies, I decided to go with Spring Home which had really good reviews from customers on HomeStars. I first spoke with Cy Goh on the phone to get product information and price on different A/C units. I found him very knowledgeable on his products, very polite, and very understanding about my needs as a home owner. Making an appointment through their friendly office staff was very smooth too. When HVAC technicians, Tiger and Randy, arrived at my house, they clearly identified themselves politely before entering the house. They gave me a brief demonstration about LENNOX A/C which I decided to go with and also explained installation process step by step to ensure my satisfaction through the installation. The installation went very smooth as a result of their hard work. Thanks to Spring Home, I had a very pleasant summer. My experience with Spring Home overall was very outstanding. If you are looking for a HVAC company with great staffs, great product lines, and not to mention great price; do not hesitate to give them a call. You won't regret it. I would definitely recommend Spring Home to my friends, neighbors & families.

    Install and annual service

    I have purchased a new Ruud high efficiency furnace from Springhome last year and had follow up service just recently.. The experience has been very positive and I can recommend this company to anyone requiring either a new system or just good service. Frank Somer, Markham

    AC Install

    Overall the experience was satisfactory. Price was comparable from other quotes. The sales guy was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The intallers did a good job and communication was ongoing throughout the install day, Clean up was done well.

    Air Conditioning

    A boiler heats our house, so after suffering through one Toronto summer without A/C, we decided that 2012 would be different. After an extensive search for the best solution and best service provider, we hired "Spring Home Heating & Cooling" and were very satisfied with the whole experience. Cy presented us with various options and in the end he won us over because he was able to provide us with a solution that would give us a cool home without busting our budget. The job was carried out on time and on budget .

    AC Installation

    We live in Toronto and our house is over 100 yrs old so we thought it might be a bit challenging to install an AC unit. We wanted to ensure we picked someone professional, who we knows what they are doing and are well priced. Cy came in to our place and we sat and discussed our options - his level of knowledge and professionalism were very evident. We had spoken to about 5 other companies and felt the most comfortable with Spring home heating. Cy walked us through the process in great detail enabling us to make a decision confidently. The installation crew, Tiger and the other gentleman who's name I forget, showed up on time and got quickly set up, showed me the unit and put drapes/sheets around our floor not to dirty it. Given that the installation was a bit tricky, it took them the whole day to do it but they managed the whole thing extremely well. There was an issue fishing one of the wires to the thermostat, but they managed to resolve it while at the same time explain to me what needed to be done and why. The installation was completed professionally and we are very happy with our unit - a Lennox. The next day or so, Cy contacted me following up on the job to make sure everything was in order. That was a nice touch as well. We'd definitely recommend Spring Homes to anyone and you will not regret selecting them to take care of your heating/cooling needs.
