I had no heat, called Spring home heating and they came and fixed my furnace. Excellent work and excellent customer service. I was satisfied from the first phone call, I would definitely recomend them to anyone. Worth every penny! I will be using them again for sure.

My parents needed to have their 18 year old furnace replaced after a duct cleaning service was performed by another company and carbon monoxide got into the house. Cy was the sales person who helped us choose a replacement Lennox furnace & air conditioner. From the moment he walked in to the house until well after the installation was completed he displayed nothing but professionalism, respect and knowledge and we had a few different sales people visit. Everyone else seemed like a used car salesman compared to him. The installation guys were great, on time, everything went smooth and we were informed every step of the way. My parents also needed some piping work done which they were tagged for by Enbridge and that was also taken care of without a problem including the associated paperwork. Great follow up from Cy to ensure my parents were completely satisfied with the furnace. Can't remember the last time dealing with a company so keen on customer service, a really great feeling.

I recently had a new furnace and a/c installed by Spring Home. Cy came over and patiently walked me through the various options we should consider. He also took the time to explain in great detail how the furnace and a/c operate, which was very valuable knowledge. Installation by Tiger, Randy, and Peter went very smoothly and was very clean. Upon arrival, each one of them introduced themselves and were very polite. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Cy, Tiger, Randy, and Peter.

On October 17th my furnace was shut down due to hole in the heat exchanger. I called Cy and we had an EL296 installed on October 19th. I choose Lennox because my brother, who has been a furnace repairman for over 25 years, highly recommended getting a Lennox furnace. Tiger and Randy did the install and both were very pleasant to have at the house and they did a good job. Cy was great at getting the paper work completed quickly and getting our installation to be a priority as a result of us not having a working furnace. My review of Cy as our salesman is 10/10. He took the time to follow up after the install to make sure we were happy. My review of the installers themselves is 10/10 and 9.5/10 for the installation. I have given the installation 9.5 instead of 10 because while using concrete and caulking to seal up an old pipe hole and seal around the new pipes the outside brick wall was splatter with both concrete and caulking, not a big deal, I will clean it up in the spring. The second reason for the 9.5 is one of the bricks in the wall now has a hair line crack in-between where the the two holes were drilled for the air intake and exhaust. This is a risk anytime you drill into a brick wall. I did not mention either issue to Cy during his follow up call because overall I would give the sales and installation team 10/10. Great job guys I highly recommend Spring Home. Now for my review of the Lennox furnace. So far I would give the EL296 a 9.5. The only things negative I can say so far is I have not been able to get the humidity in my house over 30%, maybe that is the right % for December 13th or maybe I am not setting the levels correctly. The only other thing I can say negative about the furnace is the fan has a high pitch noise that I can hear when it is on. It's not the fan noise that bothers me but the high pitch. With that said the furnace is considerably quieter than our old furnace. Overall based on 2 months of use, I would recommend the Lennox EL296. My brother's recommendation of Lennox carried a lot of weight in our decision process because he works on all different types of furnaces as a repairman and could tell me which brand offers the best value over many years of service.

We decided to go with a Lennox Furnace and AC as ours were 22 years old and had given us good service. We started by checking approved Lennox dealers on the Lennox website and then checking their reviews on Homestars. We had a few come in to give us quotes. We were very impressed with Cy from Spring Home Heating and Cooling. He came by to inspect the house to determine the appropriate size of a/c and furnace. We had done our research and knew the model (SLP98) we needed. He explained in detail how the new system would operate together with our options and rebates. We decided to go with Spring Home because of their reviews and competitive pricing. Tiger and his team were courteous, did a great job with the installation and cleaned up after the job was complete. We are very happy with the furnace, it works efficiently and is silent! We will have to wait for the summer to see the results of the AC. We bought the Wi fi touchscreen thermostat. We were on holiday recently, and it was great to walk into a warm house on our return. We had turned up our thermostat remotely at the airport – amazing technology! You can buy the most expensive furnace, but it won’t give you the service it is meant to give you unless it is installed correctly, and this is what made us nervous initially when selecting a Contractor. We feel Spring Home did a good job and we look forward to continued service from them. Luis in Mississauga

Cy was very informative and provided all the information to us that made the decision to purchase that easy. Other companies were quoting us way for less product than what we ended up getting. The new Lennox furnace is amazing and Cy's team did a marvelous job with the install and everything. Highly recommended.

Well, I'm very fussy when choosing persons to do work at my home, Right from the get go when I spoke to CY on phone and I met him at Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems main office, Cy mention they have a SPL98 Dave Lennox PREMIER furnace working at their office, CY explained every thing in detail, Since I wanted to see and hear furnace running to see how quiet furnace really is, and it is the most quietest furnace I have owed, Cy hook me up with George at Spring Home Heating to come to my home to evaluate at our home for new Heating & AC system, George suggested to ad more air returns for cold spot areas in our home so we did. Thanks again George for your professional help in what you advised us to do with our home, and going the extra mile. Cy & George plus installers were very professional in all areas provide outstanding workmanship & customer service punctuality, quality, price were also there. Thanks Cy, George for all the hard work you have done for us to get the right match of system for our house. Note we have never been so comfortable after new installation no more cold spots. Never mind that SpringHHCS team they went the extra mile to contact me personally on phone from Cy, George, and Cheryl from main office team to make sure I get into a new rebate programs that was just happening in our area. This helps us in getting an extra $1100.00 from rebate program with Enbridge, Plus Cheryl made my steps for Ontario Power Authority rebate program, plus Lennox rebate program incentives, Again Thanks Cheryl for great communications and helping me on these forms that I had to summit to OPA, You made my day effortless. Loved it. They were willing to work with us to find the best way to run the ducting to the second floor. Two weeks after signing contract with them, the work was done completely. We were extremely impressed by the results and very happy that we chose this company. They were very professional and provide outstanding customer service. We recently had a new gas furnace installed by Spring Home and were quite pleased with the service we received. Cy was excellent at helping us select the proper furnace and patiently answered our questions. Tiger and Wilson were wondering at installing the new furnace. They informed me of each step and were super clean and polite throughout the entire process. Great company!

Helpful no pressure sales advice from Cy Goh, prior to the installation helped confirm hardware choices we'd considered before having even called them up. A two man team, lead by Tiger arrived on time and, spent the extra time necessary in a confined basement area ensuring a proper, neat install. Tiger took the time to explain the reasoning behind certain points of the installation and where appropriate took our requests into account as well. It was comforting and refreshing to see a contractor seemingly as considered with the function and aesthetic of the job as we were. To be honest I generally don't like having contractors in my home as I've found the majority have been less than respectful. The Spring Home crew I dealt with acted like guests you actually wouldn't mind having back. The job was comparably priced to others but featured name brand hardware extras. Quality hardware deserves equal workmanship. Our home received both.
