    Installation of New Air Conditioner

    We decided to change our air conditioner in conjunction with some other work we were doing on our deck. We called Spring Home for an estimate. Cy was so polite, informed and accommodating that we decided to have them do the work. Cy provided options, rationale and other insights that were very helpful in ensuring we made a good choice. We were able to select an energy efficient unit within our price range that came with a rebate so we were very pleased. We were coordinating with another contractor who was making repairs and had to juggle schedules to ensure that the timing of the air conditioner installation worked for everyone. The Spring Home team was very patient and professional – able to accommodate the install in a rather awkward space. They also explained all we needed to know about maintenance and upkeep. We received the paperwork for claiming the rebate very quickly and anticipate all will go smoothly. Thanks again to the Spring Home team for their professionalism. Strongly recommend.

    A/C and Furnace replacement

    We knew we'd be replacing the A/C at our house a few years after we moved in. It was pretty old, and when we had a maintenance check, the tech thought it was around 15 years old. We hadn't planned on replacing the furnace as we were told by our home inspector that it was only a couple of years old when we moved in (based on the installation sticker). Anyway, Cy came to our house and took a look at both. He asked us how long we planned to live in the house because depending on whether we were going to stay for a long period, it might be worth it to replace both. He spent an hour with us going over our options and explaining the different systems. Because there was both a government and manufacturers' rebate, as well, we decided to take the plunge and replace both. We're so glad we did! When Tiger and Randy came to do the installation a week later, it turned out the furnace was a used one and whoever installed it had removed the safety valve on it--if the furnace got too hot, it would continue to get hot until it started a fire. Once we learned this, we were extremely glad we'd decided to replace it! Spring Home did a fabulous job and spent the whole day at the house replacing pipes, vents, and the furnace and A/C. We got a new concrete pad for the A/C, and it's so much cleaner and quieter than our old system. After Spring Home left, we weren't actually sure the furnace was working it was so quiet until we stood over the floor vents! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cy and his team--they were all extremely courtesy, experienced, and always punctual. Cy has contacted us a couple of times since the install to make sure everything's okay and that we're happy with it.

    Furnace and AC Installation

    After meeting with a few other companies, we made the decision to have Spring Home install a new furnace and AC as well as a ductless unit in our home. The price quoted by Cy Goh was very competitive, and the furnace and AC recommended were the most appropriate/best quality for the size of our house. There were no hard sell tactics, and we even managed a few upgrades and promos as part of the package. On the day of the install we had a team of technicians who were polite and professional, made no mess and managed to install all 3 units (furnace, ac and ductless) in a single day! The tidied up and left any area they worked in (indoors and out) virtually spotless. The fancy thermostat we had installed as part of the package did die about two weeks later, but a single phone call to Spring Home had the problem solved with a brand new unit on the same day! It's been smooth sailing since then. Overall, top notch service, from beginning to end. Everyone we've dealt with at Spring Home has been an absolute professional. Highly recommended.

    Furnace and air-condition unit

    We researched a number of companies and decided To go with Spring Home because of cost and Cy's honesty and thorough knowledge. The installation crew was on time and very efficient. Great job were very satisfied.

    Replaced oil furnace with gas furnace

    After meeting with several companies regarding the removal of two old oil tanks and furnace, Cy Goh came in with the most comprehensive presentation, recommendation and assurance for the installation of a new Lennox SLP98V. The removal crew arrived exactly as scheduled, followed by the installation crew less than 15 minutes after the first group left. The job was definitely challenging but after a long day it was fully completed and extremely well done. Unfortunately, my wife did not like the esthetic placement of an exterior gas pipe and I emailed Cy for an alternative option and cost... Although this was outside the original work order, the very next day the pipe was replaced and repositioned at no extra cost. Cy and Spring Home are among the few outstanding companies that actually take customer satisfaction seriously. The new furnace is amazing, perfect even heat, just like I was promised.

    Ductless AC Installation

    We researched a number of different companies and chose Spring because of the cost as well as Cy's honesty and professionalism when assessing the needs in our home. The job was done quickly and without flaws. The guys were respectful and tidy when in our house.

    A/C replacement

    The A/C at my tenant's home stopped cooling during the hottest time during the summer. George and his team were very accommodating in setting up a convenient time with my tenants and getting the new A/C unit installed efficiently. Both Kevin and Tiger (HVAC techs) were very friendly and George was always responsive. What impressed me the most was the excellent service provided by the admin/back office staff - Joyce and Shirley. The two ladies were very patient, friendly and very responsive to questions that I had. I would recommend my friends and family to Spring Home.

    Ductless A/C - Heating Unit

    This was prompt and smooth installation. Sales representative was quick to return calls and installation crew was knowledgeable and professional. The system has been working well since its installation in July 2012.

    Installing a New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We selected Spring Home for the replacement of our much out-dated – and energy inefficient - furnace and air conditioner after much research, comparison and considerations, and the result did not disappoint us. Cy, who responded to our request for a quote, came promptly to look at what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. Above all, his quote was most attractive, offering quality, reputable brand units at a reasonable price, i.e. best value for money in our view. The system were installed by two, at times three, technicians of his team, whom we found to be experienced and competent. They skilfully installed the unit in a very tight space. To ensure no loss in efficiency through our existing ducts, they replaced the old return air boot with a new one, made to measure at their workshop without delay. Once the installation was done, they made sure that system work properly and explained to us how to use the sophisticated and versatile control unit and gave us some maintenance tips. Overall, we were very satisfied with the company’s service and look forward to their continuing service in the future. We have no hesitation recommending the company to families, friends and others who need HVAC services.

    Lennox Furnace and A/C

    We replaced our 24 year old builders furnace and A/C system this past summer. After reviewing the scorecards of the multitude of contractors that do this type of work, we short listed and obtained quotes from three. Cy's presentation on the options available was informative rather than pressure selling. He listened to our requirements, and identified alternatives. He provided the technical reasoning behind his selections rather than salesperson's opinion. Based on his knowledge, we had the confidence to select Spring Home. They were not the lowest cost, but we wanted a reputable and knowledgable dealer that we had the confidence in that they would be around well after the sale. The entire installation process was handled with the utmost of professionalism. I was advised by personal phone call well in advance of the planned installation date. Again, the day before the installation I received another phone call to confirm they were coming. On the day of, they arrived right on time. Prior to installation, tarps were palced on all of our hardwood floors and into the basement. The crew was friendly, communicative, and thorough. They completed the installation and testing, and provided a short training tutorial on use of the advanced thermostat. I had ordered a Merv 16 filter originally, but the 10 was installed in error. When I phoned back to advise of the error, Cy personally came over with the correct replacement filter the next day. The entire sales and installation experience with Spring Home was top notch and I would not hesistate to recommend them for your HVAC needs.
