I dealt with Cy from Spring Home Heating & Cooling. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed passionate for what he was doing. I purchased the Lennox 14ACX-018 and so far have been very happy with the product. On the day of the installation, the crew was timely, clean, and took care of my home. The customer service was also great. They really care and treat their customer as their family. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and will be a repeat customer.

I am in a 55 year old house on the East York boundary with Scarborough. For 3 years I have roasted in summer and froze in winter because of insufficient air on the second floor. I had heard about ductless cooling and heating units, did some research and having used Home Stars before found Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems.. An e-mail produced a phone call with an hour and Cy Goh made an appointment to come and see me. He listen to my desired outcome and assessed the situation, both inside and outside. He then recommended a specific unit and wrote up a quote. He took a small deposit and said the crew would be at the house to install before the end of the week. He would phone and confirm. Installation would take one full day. He called me back as promised, confirmed the day and time and the crew came as promised. They were polite, cleaned up all areas they worked in and provided a complete overview of the finished installation to show me how it worked. My only concern was how noisy the units and outside compressor would be. Well I was completely amazed. They are so quiet you almost have to check to see if they are running. They look streamlined and fit the decoration theme of the rooms. And they heat and cool wonderfully. They function by using a remote control and are simple to operate. After a couple of days Cy called back to see how I liked the installation and to answer any questions. I also had to call him once to clarify one point and he called me back almost immediately. The units are expensive but what you get is value and an unbelievable result. The entire experience and overall outcome is almost better than I could have expected. If you need to achieve this outcome for your house you could not do better then this company.

Spring Home did an oil to gas conversion for us this summer. It was a pretty rigorous and involved process and took an entire day. It was handled brilliantly by the Spring Home employees. The oil tank and furnace were removed by a subcontractor early in the morning. Afterwards Tiger and his helper crew arrived to install the Lennox furnace. Excellent workmanship. Very polite and left the work area tidy. Tiger did a good job trying to minimize the damage to the dry wall when he had to fish a new line for the control wires to the thermostat. Kudos to Cy for checking up on us a few times afterwards as well.

Cy and his team did a wonderful job of installing a Mitsubishi Ductless A/C unit (Cool/Heat/Dehumidify) on the second floor of my rental property. The Mitsubishi unit is absolutely amazing, and is worth every penny. Just running it in De-humidification mode cools the whole 2nd floor which is approximately 1000 sq ft, and which before, was virtually unbearable even with the whole house central air. Spring Home technicians were very polite, and worked hard throughout the course of the day to install the A/C unit. Very pleased with the whole process (from quoting to installation), and will use Spring home in the future for my heating and cooling needs!

My AC stopped working on a hot summer day. A friend recommended Spring Home and he is right. I am very satisfied with their services. George is very nice and knowledgeable about the products. He helped me pick the right products and the installation team are very prompt and courteous. They worked on a wet day but kept my house clean. They did an excellent job. George also followed up after the job is done to make sure everything is good. They really care about customers. I highly recommend them to any one who wants to have heating or cooling jobs done.

Installed Lennox AC with humidifier and air filter. Installation was very professional and cleaned work. Hoping this class service in future too. I recommend this company. Great service. Installed as per what explained before sales.

After a lot of my own research, I spoke to Cy at Spring Home. He was very knowledgeable on their product lines and was able to select products that suited my needs. Cy was able to determine the best product specifications based on my home sizing and my own personal requirements and was very patient with the questions that I had. On the day of installation, Tiger's team explained clearly the process of their installation and exactly what would be done. Their installation was clean, quick, and everything in terms of maintenance steps was explained thoroughly. I very highly recommend the team at Spring Home for HVAC installations/services.

I researched several companies and sent out emails to everyone. Cy from Spring Home called me back within an hour. This was a very good first impression for me. Cy was very accommodating because of my busy work schedule so we finally met within a few days. Cy was very thorough with his inspection, recommendations, pricing and in answering all of my questions. I didn't feel any pressure on making a decision. Spring Home's pricing was very competitive. After meeting with two other companies, the choice was easy - Spring Home. Cy even arranged to have his installers fix two pieces of sheet metal for me while installing the unit. The installers were very courteous, friendly and also answered my questions. The quality of workmanship was superb. Everything was neat and tidy, jus the way I like it. Overall I was very impressed and would highly recommend Spring Home to anyone needing central air. I'm definitely going to use them for my heating needs as well. Good job Cy and crew!
