    Furnace, Humidifier, Air Conditioner, Chimney Liner and Thermostat

    My husband and I got married in May and instead of going on a honey moon we invested in a new furnace and air conditioner. I interviewed many companies with different and the same brands used by Spring Home. Even though I got cheaper quotes I felt more confident going with Cy because of personality and professionalism. He was the only person that gave me a different idea of where to put the AC unit so we can use both sides of walk paths. Three workers were at my house two weeks later and spent the entire day from 9am to 8pm until everything was completed and explained to me. I loved the job they did! They were neat, worked well together, and even apologized for speaking their language in front of me. About two weeks after installation there was a heat wave and I came home to notice an Alert on the thermostat. I called Cy and told him what was happening and he sent someone over the same night to correct the issue.In just an hour the house was fresh again and I was happy I didn't have sleep in the den. Cy followed up with me and I felt so valued as a customer and an investor! It was a great investment and we made the right decision! Now as winter is approaching I am looking forward to save on our HE furnace and I'm pretty sure I'll never have to pay another $260 heating bill.     Air Conditioner and Humidifier

    I was a first-time owner of a house with central air and to my dismay the 20-yr old air conditioner was broken when I tried to turn it on the first time in May. I searched for 5 companies here on Homestars with exceptional ratings but only 2 bothered to respond. Cy from Spring Home was by far the most helpful and most knowledgeable. I was impressed by his knowledge regarding a/c's. I had so many questions and he patiently answered all of them in detail, unlike some companies that may try to rush you and give you partial answers perhaps due to a lack of knowledge. Cy recommended relocating the a/c mounting points to reduce chance of vibration/noise as well as the capping of some vents to prevent birds from nesting in there. He recommended me the proper a/c unit and did not upsell me at all. The actual installation of the a/c and humidifier was done expediently and professionally with the techs arriving on time. Afterward, Cy followed up to see how everything was going. At the end, I felt like I dealt with a knowledgeable and trustworthy company and that's more important than judging on price alone. Having said that, Cy's prices on the Lennox units were indeed very good! What a bonus! Here I am, almost 5 months later, emailing the company questions about how to set the humidifer settings and they reply to me right away without hesitation. That's what I call service and dedication to their customers. Thanks Cy and Spring Home!

    Central Air

    I recently moved into a new home and searched for several central air installers. I ultimately went with Spring Home due to Mr Cy's expertise and patience and also after reading their reviews here on Homestars. Their front line staff, all the way to the receptionist in the back end, were all professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgable. They took the time to address my concerns and to make additional assessments on my home before making a recommendation. They did not push products that I did not require. The glowing reviews here are really an accurate reflection of what Spring Homes stands for and delivered. When it is time to upgrade my furnace I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Cy.

    Lennox Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation

    I am very impressed by the professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness and value for money in the installation of a furnace and air conditioner by Spring Home staff George (Installation and Service Manager), Tiger and Peter (Installers) and Shirley (Office Administration). George was knowledgeable, courteous and patient in explaining the products, sizing requirements and installation considerations. I had obtained a quote from another company and it was significantly higher. On the agreed installation date, Tiger and Peter showed up on time and went to work diligently throughout the entire job - they removed the old equipment, installed the new neatly, and left the place clean and tidy. Shirley made arrangements for the Lennox Extended Limited Warranty and the rebates. I am very satisfied with Spring Home and I highly recommend this company's services.

    Heating and cooling

    My 20 years old air conditioner was down on the hottest day in July, Home Spring was the second company I asked for quote. George introduced me Lennox SLP98 and X17, the great products what I was looking for. The most important thing was George answered me that they could finished installation in coming Sunday, because the weather was hot. I was surprised after they finished installation, very professional, clean and neat. I am satisfied for their products and services. I will recommand Home Spring to my friends.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    I received 5 quotes for the purchase and installation of an american standard air conditioner. Spring Home Heating's price was competive and Cy did a great job of explaining the work that would be done. The installation team arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the a/c. They explained the work that they did and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed. I highly recommend Spring home heating.

    Lennox XC14, HCWP 18 and carbon clean 16 installed

    I got a quote from 2 other companies and Spring Home had a very reasonable price. You can get an air conditioner, humidifier and filter from any company but what counts is the install. Of the 3 companies that I got a quote from (Spring Home being one of them), who would have the best install? I wasn’t sure who to go with. That was until I talked to Cy, he explained everything that they were going to do and reassured me that they are not a company that is here today and but gone tomorrow when you need them. Cy, as well as the owner George, also reassured me that if I ever had an issue with the install they would be there to address my concerns. I felt comfortable with what George and Cy were telling me in comparison to the other 2 companies so I decided to go with them. So far, I’m happy with the quality of install and service.

    Heating system

    A friend of mine did a lot of research on the internet before installing a heating system and then choosed this company and I was just following him. This company offers great products and customer service. I am very happy about their product and customer service and I would recommend this company to my friends.     New Furnace and A/C

    I have nothing but great things to say about the folks at Spring Home, from George who came and assessed the problem, to the techs who installed both a new furnace and air conditioner. They all explained exactly what they were doing along the way. They showed up exactly when they said they would (including a reminder call from head office to let me know they were on their way) and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up well after their job and left the area around my new furnace (in a rather dirty basement) spotless. My neighbours are also quite happy that my new A/C is much quieter than the old one as they sit outside their house near where the A/C is. We've made them happy too, which is always a good thing. Right now I'm loving the iComfort thermostat too, which allows me to adjust my furnace and see the temperature of my house from my Android phone. This is something everyone needs to get. They explained to me how to use it and got me all set up. If you have issues with your furnace definitely call these guys. <br>They are fantastic.

    AC and Furnace Replacement

    It was in the middle of a summer heat wave. Our AC had broken down and our house felt like an oven! We called Spring Home because they advertised themselves as Lennox experts. CY came the next day to discuss our options for a replacement unit. We were very pleased with his expertise and professionalism. 3 installers came the following weekend to install a new AC and furnace. The team worked efficiently and cleanly, answering our questions along the way and demonstrating to us the features of our new purchases at the end of the project. They really do care about their customers. CY called back a month after to follow up with us and see how we were enjoying our new cooling system. We are very satisfied with their services and highly recommend the Spring home team for your home comfort needs.
