Lennox AC XC14 installed
I had my AC installed by Spring Home around one month ago. They did a wonderful job and I was very happy with it. I am a DIYer, and I'd like do all kinds of home upgrade and renovation job by myself. I've upgraded my HVAC system by myself. I would say my knowledge of HVAC system is above the average homeowners, but this time, I knew installing an AC is not something that a DIYer can finish easily. It requires professional or you may mess up not only the AC but the whole HVAC system in your home. I spent about one month to do some research and had contacted several dealers before I made the decision to choose Spring Home. I found that George was very professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and relieved my concerns, he also provided many useful information and suggestions. He also asked for a very reasonable price for a very quality product and workmanship. He made the best of the quality/price balance. The installation team also did a great job. They exhibited a quality workmanship again. Thanks, Spring Home! I would highly recommend Spring Home to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Ducless AC for North Toronto home
Last month when the temperature hit high 30s my low velocity attic pak was not doing the job of cooling my house, so i called Springhome. I had my reservations since i've worked with many of these HVAC companies and all of them were a real headache to deal with and never compromised what they said they would. So i called Cy and he was great at explaining my needs and i ended up purchasing from them a next or two later. The technicians were friendly and i chatted with them quite abit. They did an awesome job and i would clearly use Spring home for all my HVAC services now without a doubt! Jason

Ductless Air conditioner
My husband and I were very happy with the amazing service Spring Home provided us with. Quick and professional, Cy and his team surpassed our expectations. My husband has done all the work in our home and is a perfectionist. He is always hesitant seeking outside professionals for fear that they will not do a good enough job... well I am happy to report he was extremely pleased with the work Spring home did and would gladly recommend them to our friends.

Install Furnace &A/C
It was here that this company was found.We had two companies to give a quote.Upon meeting Cy (sales rep), he was quite passionate about explaining every detail of the products, and then a thorough walk through.He was very engaging and professional .The Installation by the team went smoothly.Pro's all around,with a few laughs thrown in.Randy &Tiger were amazing !

Lennox Air Conditioner
The service call diagnose the problem right away. He was very helpful in answering our questions. The sales call was just as pleasant. They explained our options and the features of the various air conditioners. On the installation day, they arrived within the time range and got straight to work. They covered the floors so it won't get scratch or dirty. They were helpful in answering any question we had and explaining some of the functions of the air conditioner. They cleaned the area very thoroughly. In fact, it was cleaner than when they arrived. Overall, it was a smooth process to get the job done.

Ductless A/C
We had a ductless A/C installed by Spring Home and are very happy with the results. We got quotes from a number of companies and liked Spring Home the best. Cy was very quick to respond to my questions, was honest with what we needed, and consulted with his experts when there things he didn’t know for sure. Unfortunately, our installation had to be delayed once due to one of their people unexpectedly having to take some time off, but they were very apologetic about it and rescheduled to the next day that we were available. I think this was quite an unusual situation for them. Our setup was a little more difficult in that we couldn’t mount the head to an outside wall and the preferred route for the piping was through an unused chimney. When the two installers started drilling through it they found stones in addition to the brick but put in extra effort and got through them. We were originally quoted a pump to drain the condensate but they determined it wasn’t necessary during the installation and reduced the price accordingly. Despite a long day for the two of them (9 hours), they even added a short section of pipe to the condensate drain to keep the water away from the house when I commented on it. The instalation looks clean, complete with covers for the tubing on the outside of the house. Since the installation our A/C has worked well, providing good cooling to the upper floor (where we most wanted it) as well as some cooling to the main level. We expect it will improve our heating bills as well, as we have been using baseboard heating upto now. I’d happily recommend Spring Home for anyone who wants a ductless A/C installed.

AC and hot water heater install
So amazingly impressed with Spring Home!!! We are in the middle of a major reno and Spring Home installed a new AC unit & hot water heater. Their price was extremely competitive and his workers were excellent. But, what is unbelievable is that George and his team went SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. Turns out that the previous HVAC guys our contractor brought in had totally botched the job. George pointed out where the problems were, reviewed the drawings, helped us problem solve, and basically acted as a consultant as we worked toward resolving the issues. He did all of this free of charge and with the utmost professionalism. I wish we had known about Spring Home sooner and asked our contractor to use them from the start. In a business that appears to have its share of dishonest people who cut corners, George and his team stand out as totally trustworthy professionals. Definitely a 10!

New A/C installation
I always use HomeStars for projects beyond my capabilities and the contractors I've dealt with have been great so far. Saw Spring Home's great reviews and spoke to Cy who was very helpful in my unit choice. Very patient and courteous. I've been doing a lot of research and found Lennox to be one of the toughest units out there so I got the 14 SEER XC14 A/C after much thought. I was lucky Spring Home had an open Sat install slot as this was in the heat of summer. Peter and the other installer arrived as scheduled, gave me a few options where to install the unit, and were patient enough to answer my 50+ questions. Compared to other installers I saw around my neighborhood, I noticed these guys took their time and used higher quality materials like brackets, etc. They left the work area spotless after. Cy called me after 3 weeks to check about the unit and how the install went. I'm very happy with this company and the service they provided. Will definitely deal with them again in the future. Thank you guys!

Replace AC
This company is easily one of the best we have worked with (and we have done 2 full renovations involving many different trades). They helped up pick the right product and were very patient with our questions and detailed with their answers. They arrived on time and did a great job with the installation. They fixed a number of issues we had from the existing gas installation (which was not to code) and the expertise and pride in their work is evident. The great service continued after the installation when they called us to ensure we were satisfied. Seriously, there are very few companies like this and we highly recommend Spring Home. Professionals through and through.

New AC and AHU
My AC broke this summer, and Spring Home Heating and Cooling installed a new AC and new AHU. Their employees were courteous and professional, explaining in full detail the aspects of the installation, and how my new units worked and the proper maintenance to ensure that they have as long a life as possible.
