    New A/C Installation

    We are very satisfied with Spring Home service. The sale representative was very detailed oriented and provided us some good tips. The A/C installation was vell done and the followed up after the installation was impressive. I would highly recommended this to my neighbours.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    The customer care representative was very helpful and went out of her way to come and pay a home visit prior to the installation to answer any questions we had and did so in a very professional and respectful manner. The installation was scheduled within a few days and the installers were courteous and maintained very professional. Would definitely recommend. Great Job!

    Removal of Oil Tank, Oil Furnace and Old Hot Water Tank rental and installation of new Lennox Gas Furnace, humidifier and new HWT rental.

    We had the work mentioned above done in the beginning of May. Right from the beginning we were impressed with Spring Home, as they were the lowest quote of the three we got and provided friendly service and negotiations. They handled all the extras - arranging with Enbridge to get the gas line extended from the street to our house, organizing the return of the old HWT rental and setting up the account (with discounts!) for the new HWT rental. On the day of service, the three men worked late so that the job would be completed in the same day. They were professional and polite at all times. Joyce and Shirley from the home office were extremely friendly and polite as well and worked extremely hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Our furnace, humidifier and hot water tank installation all passed inspection by Enbridge on the first try. We are certainly happy with the workmanship from Spring Home and have gotten the rebates in the mail as promised. Thank you Spring Home!

    Central A/C installed

    Called Spring Home & Heating based on the responses from homestars, since my family needed a central A/C. Price was very good. Spoke with Cy Goh and he was pleasant to speak to, but was disappointed to know that his team wasn't going to work on our central A/C. However, the team that came did a great job. They built a base for our a/c to sit on and they moved our water valve over to ensure that the a/c sat where it should be without blocking the water valve. Now our family has a house that is cool and dry. No more humidity. :) Thanks Spring home!

    A/C & Humidifier Installation

    After extensively researching for a company to install my A/C I decided to go with Spring Home. Let me tell you from the moment I spoke to Cy till the job was completed by Tiger and Simon the experience was nothing short of excellence. Cy was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the details and features of the A/C I was interested in and was more than willing to answer ALL my questions (which was quite extensive). The installation by Tiger and Simon was totally "worry free". I felt so comfortable with them and that I actually left them home alone while I had to run some errands for an hour. They took the time to explain how my A/C & humidifier worked and completed the job well into the evening hours until everything was just right!. I can't say enough about the professionalism by the team at Spring Home. Job well done!!!

    Installing Air Conditioner

    Spring Home has been really professional and very helpful on many occassions around our house. We recently installed a new air conditioner and they were very quick and professional and clean throughout the whole intallation. All of our furnice maintenance as well is done through Spring Home and here again they have been more than reliable, always on time and doing an excellent job. Thanks for the great service Spring Home.

    A/C Installation

    After reading all the great reviews on Spring Home, time for me to leave my own review! Cy was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning! Kevin showed up on time and started working right away.. even in the pouring rain... Showed us how everything worked, exactly what they did, what to expect and took with them all the cardboard etc that the unit came with. Very surprised, but welcomed follow-up call a couple of days later from Cy.. Terrific customer service! Very impressed! Thank you Cy and Kevin! No more sleepless HOT HUMID nights!

    new ac installation/removal of old ac

    i'm glad i chose spring home over other companies....the two guys that came in the morning worked for a few hours, when they were done, they cleaned up, and one of them showed me everything that they did they have also sent out forms needed for the ontario power incentives, and followed up with me as how everything was working a week later

    Staying COOL!

    Job well done! The crew (Tiger & Simon) did an excellent job and explained the work that was going to take place with regards to the air conditioner installation. After installation, Tiger made sure the temperature from the vents was adequate and provided the necessary paperwork (ie. warranty & receipt). With all the summer heat records tumbling, it's well worth the investment! Great work Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc.!

    Furnace, AC, Humidifier, Air Cleaner Replacement

    George and Harry came to my house and gave me a very proffessional quotation to replace my Furnace , A/C, humidifier, and air cleaner. The price was good and the sales people were knowledgable, so I went ahead with the replacement. The Installation people were also friendly and efficient , so the installation was completed with no trouble. Overall, I am very happy with the job and would refer them to other people.
