My parents recently had a new furnace and A/C installed in an older home undergoing total renovations. This was completed very efficiently and professionally. When we had questions from one neighbour regarding the exhaust, this company helped us through in answering the concerns. From Joyce in the office to their sales and service (Kevin) staff, we found them all to be extremely professional and client focussed. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. We thought we could handle not having A/C and just use fans but we gave in and wanted to get an A/C installed to our century old home. We already had a furnace installed, so all the vents were already there. Spring Homes were highly recommended by our real estate agent who uses them himself. In the middle of Toronto's extreme heat wave alert, we were sure all A/C companies were busy and needed to book in advance. We contacted a couple of companies but Cy from Spring Homes was the only one that managed to come the same day I emailed for a quote. Cy from Spring Homes was great and honest without the pressure of a sales person for getting the more expensive product (specially when you are only comparing a Honda civic with a Honda Accord). The Spring Home install team (two guys) came that same week and installed the unit and hooked it up to our furnace - only took 4 hours! I would highly recommend Spring Homes.

We were in the process of searching to replace our old furnace and noisy old AC. George at Spring Home has provided us with a more than reasonable quote. The installation team was punctual and professional. It was a "worry free" install. They even cleaned up after themselves. Customercare did a great job in following up. I originally called Spring Home when my old air conditioner was acting up. George from Springhome was able to come out the same day and take a look at things. As the systems were 21 years and repair costs were not going to be worth it George booked an appointment and gave us multiple options at different energy savings levels. There was no high pressure sales pitch and George seemed very knowledgeable of the different systems. A week later the system was installed by 2 technicians, they were very professional, arrived on time and removed the old system and installed the new energy efficient system and showed us the ins and outs of the new wifi thermostat. George came back a week later to make sure everything was good and made some minor comfort control adjustments for us. I would recommend Spring home and definitely use them again.

I had to replace my Furnace and Air conditioner and I selected Spring Home from a bunch of other companies dealing with the same brands and claiming to provide the same service as Spring Home. There were a number of reasons I selected Spring Home. Firstly they deal with reputable brands and were very professional right from the time they came to assess and quote on the job. Secondly they were very easy to deal with and patient to negotiate with on the details of the job. Thirdly I got very good references from people in my community. The installation done by them was high quality and service provided was exemplary. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their furnace or air conditioner replaced.

I needed to replace my 27 year old furnace and thought I would replace the 17 year old air conditioner as well. George came over to give me a quote, explained everything thoroughly and had great knowledge and follow up. There was a delay on the control panel, but I was kept up to date on the progress and it was installed in no time. Our air conditioning and furnance stopped working a couple of weeks ago and several attempts to fix it (by another company!) did not work. I saw Spring Home Heating and Cooling on Home Stars and due to their excellent rating called them to come and price a new system. They were also highly ranked on the Lennox Authorized dealer list. Cy came out that same day and gave us a couple of options. We were very comfortable with him and placed the order that same night for a Lennox XC17-048 air conditioner and Lennox SLP98 furnace, as well as a new humidifier and Hepa air cleaner. As the weather was unbearably hot, we asked for immediate installation of our new equipment as we had been without any cooling for over a week. Cy promised installation right after the weekend and he did not disappoint! The equipment came as promised along with Kevin and three other installers. They worked till 10:30 at night installing everything and stayed until we understood everything. They left the furnace room spotless and there was not a scrap left outside. We were cool within a couple of hours! We are very happy with our new equipment and with the service. Cy and I had a bit of excitement that day as CTV News contacted him to come along on an installation and we were on the National and local news all through the day and evening!! It was over 94 degrees in my home that morning but we slept comfortably that night!! Thank you Cy and crew. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Spring Home to everyone!

Cy did a great job explaining our various options and what, in his opinion, would be the ideal configuration for us. We spoke to a number of companies but we decided to go with Spring Home. They competitively price their products but it was their service awards (from Lennox) and reputation that sealed the deal for us. Nothing but great things to say about the installation – thanks to Kevin and Tiger for their hard work. They even left the furnace room cleaner than they found it!

Cooling system is working great and price difference for same unit with Costco was around 2000. I ended up saving big amount of money with same quality service.
