    AC and furnace installation

    I called Cy when my AC quit unexpectedly in late June. He came over to my house the same day to inspect my current AC and furnace and to make some recommendations about what would work best in my home. We decided to replace the AC and furnace together, and went with the Lennox products that Cy recommended. He described the new furnace and AC in detail, including pictures of what the new units would look like. An important factor in my decision to choose Spring Home was the fact that they were able to perform the installation 48 hours after I first called. On the day of the installation Peter and Kevin worked all day to replace my AC and furnace. They answered all of my questions, consulted me on the position of the AC and vents to make sure I was happy with the plans. They did a great job and we're very happy with our new units. A couple of days after the installation Cy came back to inspect the work that was done and to answer any final questions. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, competitive pricing and workmanship that I experienced with Spring Home.

    New furnace, new furnace humidifier, maintenance of existing tankless water heater

    We had Spring Home Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and furnace humidifier, and perform maintenance service on our existing tankless water heater, and are completely satisfied with their expertise, professionalism, installation, and service. They arrived on time, were very neat and tidy, and answered any questions we had. I would recommend Spring Home very highly.

    air conditioner install

    I had read alot of great reviews bout this company so decided to give them a call. George came over and gave me a quote and told me it could be done in a week. Price and time was reasonable so i decided to give them the install. On day of install Allan and randy had come to do the job. they were very professionel from beginning to end. I was a lil nervous at first cause of how young Randy looked. But i was wrong to think this, he was extremely polite and explained everything he was doin. They both left my home exactly as it was when they arrived, and did a perfect job. Allan even explained how to maintain the system before they left, this was very helpful. All in all Springhome did a great job. Theyre company moto is not just something they say to get business, they really do mean it.

    Air Conditioning Purchase

    Spring Home was the right choice to purchase my AC, humidifier and air filtration system. Cy was very informative with his knowledge and products. He spent about an hour over the phone explaining to me their service and products. He did not pressure me into buying at any point during our conversation. Spring Home has their own installation people which is an advantage over contractors. They were punctual and they even cleaned up after themselves. I purchased the AC back in May but didn't get a chance to use it until the past few torturing hot days. So far the AC has been working flawlessly. I waited to make sure the AC is working properly and consistantly before I write this review. Their prices is very competitive and Cy worked out a great deal for me. I would recommend Spring Home without hesitation.

    Installation of Air Cinditioner

    I contracted Spring Home to install A/C even though its quotation is more than the other company that I interviewed. I had read good comments from Homestars and decided to go ahead with this company and I was not disappointed. First, Joyce explained the options to me and searched for answers to satisfy my queries. After I agreed to the contract, the A/C was installed within the week . The installer came on time and installed the line where I desired most without any mess. The owner, George took the trouble to give an inspection during the installation and made sure that all lines and pipes are replaced. The whole process was conducted professionally and they cleaned up after their work. The A/C is quiet , my priority requirement, and cool. On the same day, Shirley delivered the warranty registration and rebate application. Efficiency from start to end plus good customer service. I will certainly recommend this company to my friends.

    Ductless AC

    Spring Home did an amazing job with the installation. The installers were great. They took care to put sheets down so they didn't dirty the house and they cleaned up after. They called when the were on the way over because traffic was delaying them slightly. Both George and Cy came by the house to make sure every thing was being done right. In addition the quote was very reasonable. The follow up to make sure I was happy and everything was working correctly was great too. Top notch customer service, I will definitely use Spring Home again.

    New A/C unit

    We were extremely happy with the entire process. Cy was very responsive in answering questions, providing details and information and a comprehensive quote. Once we contracted to have the new 2 ton unit installed, scheduling and installation was handled in a very efficient manner which we were completely satisfied with. I woudl wholeheartedly recommend Spring Home Heating and Cooling to anyone needing new or replacement systems

    Installation of Air Condition system

    Very satisfied with the work performed by Spring Home Heating and Cooling. I selected the company based on previous reviews on the homestars web site. My inital contact with Cy , a representative from the company, was quite informative. He provided me with information on how and why to select a particular A/C model, the importance of an experienced company and the need for technician certification. I liked how he took the time to discuss matters other then just how much to charge. Once it was time for installation everything went according to plan. The A/C system works as expected with no complaints.

    New Lennox Furnace SLP98V, XC 17 Air conditioner, Merv 16 Air filter, Humidifier

    After a hot week in mid May, I realized that our 21 year old AC was not blowing cold air. While doing research on different HVAC systems, I accidently stumbled on to the Homestars website and asked 4 highly rated companies to quote on my homes hvac needs. Only 2 companies responded and Cy from Spring Home arrived at my home that same day. He spent 3 hours with me and my wife explaining all aspects of their product offerings and the options I had, as well as their new wifi Lennox iComfort thermostat. We were very impressed (not to mention Cy's quick reponse to our home cooling malfunction). Because our furnace was also 21 years old we decided to replace it as well. About a week later Spring Home installers- Tiger and his group arrived and did a great job installing all our new HVAC equipment. I'm glad I found Cy and his team and would highly recommend them.

    Replace Funace and AC

    Cy and team have been nothing short of professional, punctual, and reliable. I definitely would recommend them for any project you have at home - large or small. No hestitation at all in using them again or recommending them to my family and friends.
