The staff from Spring Home did a very nice job of installing the air conditioner for our house. I truly appreciate that they spent the time to explain to me that how different components of the systems works. They're willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the installation is done in the proper way.

George is a real professional to deal with. The install technicians were on time and did a very good job. I have purchased AC from other companies in the past. Spring Home is by far the best among them.

After reading all the great reviews on Homestar’s and meeting with Cy, I purchased a Lennox XC13 and got it installed on the shortly after. On the day of the installation, two installers showed up and did a great job with the install and took care of my property as well. When the job was almost done, the installation Manager showed up to ensure that the guys were doing a good job (which they were). He took the time to explain the system and gave me a chance to ask questions. After the job was done, they cleaned up and were on the way. Thank you Cy and Spring Home.

just like to give my impression with mr cy at springhome. my brother refer him to me cause he got his furnace and central air install last year on his townhouse. so when i moved to my new house i didnt have any central air cause the builders central air is just basic and like $3500.00 so shopped around get several qoutes from many vendor including the builders vendor on central air. the price that mr cy gave me cant be matched by other vendor especially the warranty that he include. he also take over the warranty of the furnace. he also explain to me everything i need to know when buying the central air. he pointed out also, that air intake from the furnace should be coming from outside so it will take fresh air and not circulate only the air from the inside especially on winter. so far so good and have no problem with the central air. its been open for the last 5 days and have no problems.

Our offices were very hot in summers and using window ACs made bills very high. In addition, they were very noisy. The new ACs are installed on the walls, they are quiet and we can regulate them individually with remote controllers. Excellent work and the bills are lower!

I have obtained quotes from several companies before deciding to go with Spring Home. Well, I am glad that I have made the right choice! From the presentation by George at my home, with the installation by 'Tiger' and his crew, and with Shirley at the office with the paperwork on rebates, it has been a very present experience for me. My furnace died in May/2012 and I thought that I should take advantage of the rebates offered by Lennox. George came over and went through the presentation in a professional manner after performing a detailed inspection of my 15 years system before proposing the system to me. On top of that, he pointed out a couple of deficiencies of my duct work on the spot. He really took his time to perform a detailed check. (one BIG company just gave me a quote on the phone without even coming over. How would they know what king of work is involved without looking at it first?) On the day of installation, 'Tiger' and his crew came on time and installed all 3 things in less than 8 hours!! Tiger really took his time to customize the duct work. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Thanks to Shirley who processed the paperwork for rebates, I have received a confirmation email from OPA for $650, and I have just received the $1,000 cheque from Lennox today. That's everything within a month!! Finally, I would like to thank George, Tiger and his crew, and Shirley for doing a wonderful job. I will recommend Spring Home to others for sure.

Great service and customer care with follow-ups. Our A/C died on the hottest day thus far. We called Spring Home to have our A/C, furnace and air cleaner replaced. Upon learning that we have elderly in the household, George, the owner, recommended a complete system based on our needs and arranged to have the new A/C installed the same day with furnace and air cleaner at a later date, even at the expense of paying the technicians overtime. There's been multiple follow-ups since all three components have been installed. We would definitely highly recommend Spring Home to our family and friends.

At the end of March I had all my heating, cooling and hot water systems replaced with new units. The installation included a furnace with UV air filter, an AC with condenser coil, a tankless water heater and an HRV to bring fresh air into the house. I had Cy from Spring Home Heating & Cooling quote me on the project and he took the time to explain all the details of the system and properly size it for my house. His proposed system used more efficient components at a lower price point than a competing quote I got. The installation took two days, with a priority on hot water, which was up and running at the end of the first day. George and his team conducted themselves professionally and took all my requests of where to place everything into account. They did an excellent job and left a clean work site at the end of each day. The system has been running smoothly for some time now, heating, cooling and maintaining an excellent indoor air quality. I couldn't be happier with the results. At the start of the cooling season, Spring Home Heating & Cooling came by for a performance inspection to ensure the system was running as it should, at no extra charge to me. I've been promised another inspection once the heating season starts. All in all, excellent service so far. Highly recommended.
