Extremely happy with the choice I made. Inteviewed at leas 5 companies within the area. Cy the salesman was professional and availble all the time. George the owner was able to answer all my questions. The work was clean, they continued to come back when I had add'l questions, very happy with the service. A lot of other companies were cheaper, but I did not feel comfortable with the workmanship. Spring Home's price is extremely competitive and more importantly for me, their service is top notch. It's been 2 yrs later, and am happy I went with Spring Home

We moved into our house in January. When the temperature soared to 32 degrees last week, I turned on the air conditioning to find that it sounded like an airplane taking off. I called several places and none of them were even answering their phone. I read the reviews for Spring Home Heating on Homestars and called Joyce. She said although they are very busy because of the heat, she would send someone out as soon as possible. Kevin came to the house today and repaired the problem. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable; explaining all the various shut-off valves around the furnace and proper maintenance requirements. I highly recommend this company. As far as I am concerned, I have found the best home heating and cooling company and I will stay with them! Thank-you Homestars, Joyce and Kevin.

The trained professionals installed my air conditioning properly and nicely. They come on time,, they are polite,, try to cover my floor to prevent any damage, clean up after finish their work. I am happy about their service.

At first I try to fix my furnace because there no heat in the house during winter. I got it working myself. But that only lasted for 3 days and the motor die out again. So, I gave my good friend a call – he recommends me to call George at Spring Home & Cooling Systems. After talking to George, he sends his service staff to come and take a look. Within 20mins the service guy was at the door. He analyze the problem and came back with the new motor part within hour. Now, the house it heated and my parents were very happy that this was resolve so, fast. Thank you, for your outstanding service and kept it up.:)

Our air conditioner had stopped working over the weekend. I called a few places for service and everybody was fully booked. Our friend had recommended Spring Home to us. I called and they were also fully booked. Since we have elders at home, Joyce at Spring Home was very accommodating and got the technician to come to our home as soon as possible. The technician arrived late afternoon and was very courteous and professional. Our air conditioner was fixed in a couple of hours and now we have air. Thank you Spring Home; your service is very much appreciated.

My air conditioner stopped working last weekend and the house was very hot. My neighbor referred Spring Home to me because he has very good experience with Spring Home. I told the technical manager George/Spring Home that the outdoor motor did not turn, and I wanted to replace the motor. He told me over the phone that it might be caused by another small part. Booked appointment with Spring Home, technician Kevin came on time and found the problem within 5 minutes, very professional. It was not the motor, just a small problem. At the end I spend much less than I thought. The service was excellent, I will definitely refer Spring Home to my friends and families.

A.C. in Scarborough We live in a modest 50 years old bungalow for 16 years. Because of the house structure and poor insulation, the heat distribution was not even through out the house. We thought by redoing the stucco wall with EIF’s (in 2010) and upgrading the attic insulation to 15 inches (in 2012) will be either energy saving as well as maintaining the temperature even in the whole house.. On the contrary that makes the house even stuffier. So may be my HVAC system has problem.. I look up and sourcing for changing my old air conditioner or plus furnace. From the internet and papers I called 3 company, one sales person just gave me the price of both air con./furnace, the other one only interested to quote me the expensive types (meaning to solve my problem), only Cy from Spring Home Heating and Cooling gave me a breakdown of options and brought in George the installation and service manager to look at my duct work. He recommended to extend 2 pipes from the furnace in the basement to my bedroom where only has a return using as an outlet, also suggested to install a HRV (heat recovery ventilator) which will bring in fresh air from outside and exchange stale air from inside. My husband and I bought the idea deep down we know this is the solution to our problem, also it is an investment to our health. Energy saving is good in a way but if the house is too insulated, condensation and mould growing can be hazardous. The job of replacing old units of air conditioner, furnace, installing HVR and adding two pipes was finished in one day by 4 technicians. George even came back several times to sort out some issues on the air ducts until we are satisfied. May be it is too soon to justify the difference, but at least when we come home we don’t feel suffocated to open doors and windows which in a way is loosing energy. The temperature of the house is faster to reach the attained degree. We are very pleased with their job ethics, George once replied in his email saying “I understand that the installation is one day work for us, but the system will be there 20 years for u. That's why the customer satisfaction is the most important for us”. If there is scale over 10, we will give 11. Keep up the good job. A.C. & J.C. P.S. They even help us to apply for the rebates.

George explained and compared different models of A/C and furnace in details and patiently. Workers came on time and worked hard and professionally, and were able to answer all kind of questions . A/C and furnace are high efficient and quite. This summer is better with Lennox at Home. I believe I made right decision to have Springhome to take care of A/C and furnace.

The people at Spring Home Heating & Cooling company were very friendly to work with. They were very accommodating with trying to get their technician out to us as early as possible. The technician was very nice and respectful of our home. He gave us a lot of insight into the condition of the AC as well as how to take care of it. The price was exactly what they had quoted with no surprises. Would definitely recommend them!
