We had Lennox Air Conditioner installed by Spring Home in May 2012. Before we made the purchase decision, we did a lot of research online and contacted different companies for quote. When George showed up at our house for evaluation, we realiezed immediately that he was very profossional in heating and cooling. He listened to our specific needs patitently and gave us valuable advice and suggestion. He even helped identify and fix the issues of our existing humidifying system installed by other company. The installers did excellent job as well. Subsequently George followed up with us to make sure that everything was OK. Overall our experience was great and we were happy with the work done by Spring Home.

Our family recently purchases a Lennox air conditioner from Spring Home. We are very impressed by the exceptional service provided by the company. The technicians are very knowledgable and professional. George is on the awesome guys! He explained the pros and cons of different AC units and recommended us a right unit suitable for our new home. The technician team that came to installthe AC was also great! They helped us find the best location outside for the AC. Everyone worked hard and effectively in a professional manner. it took them a few hours to have AC installed and tested. The AC at our new home is now working properly. I planned to replace my mid-efficiency boiler last year because of the rebate. Called a few contractors, only George from Spring Home told me that my boiler is only a few years old and still in good condition. The saving could not cover the replacement cost at all because high efficiency boiler is very expensive. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. At that time, I already decided that I would hire him if I need heating/cooling service in the future. I turned on my air conditioner this March in the first hot wave, and found that my 20 years old air conditioner didn’t work. I called Spring Home. George came to my house the same day. After talking to George, I have decided to replace the aging air conditioner and air handler. The technicians arrived on time. They explained to me the process of installation step by step of what they would do and how they were going to do it. They did a nice job, and we are very happy with our new cooling system. We were in the process of replacing our 20 plus year furnace and A/C and were requesting quotes. We meet Cy at the Toronto home show and explained our situation. Cy asked questions and made some suggestion. We liked what he had to say and requested an estimate. Cy inspected the old furnace and gave us a very reasonable quote which we accepted. Two technicians from Spring Home arrive on the installing day ( I have to take time off work to be home). The technicians removed their boots whenever they entered or left to house. The covered their walking area with a cloth – tarp to protect my floors. I was informed what would happen t every step of the installation. In the end, they did an excellent job. Their work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up after the job was done and took away all the old equipment. The next day I received a call from Cy to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Spring Home for your heating and cooling systems

We recently (April 2012) had Spring Home Heating & Cooling supply and install 2 Mtsubishi ductless a/c unitss in our 2 story home. The pre-sale experience (recommendations, information and quotation) was extremely helpful and competitive. The installation team was prompt (imagine a contractor who actually shows up exactly when they saay they will!), professional and efficient. Beyond their promptness, they fully explained exactly how the job would proceed (answering my questions and addressing my concerns directly and knowledgeably), and then completing the installation within 1 day (even while having to coordinate with a second contractor who was doing some required masonary work). They followed up a day later to ensure we were satisfied and when a few MINOR adjustments were required they were done promptly and completely. Yes, we would recommend them for their product knowledge, sales, installation and after-sale expertise.

I did a great deal of shopping around and obtained more than two dozen quotes from different companies, but chose Spring Home in the end, and I'm certain I made the right choice. Being an engineer with some knowledge in the field of refrigeration, it doesn't take me a lot of effort to identify a company that actually knows what they're doing. When I first called Spring Home and spoke with Cy, he went out of his way to stop by my house the same evening despite a tight schedule, just to demonstrate the authentic evaporator coil that they would be installing (many other companies quietly use 3rd-party coils that may not provide top efficiency for certain technical reasons, or charge extra for the native ones). When I met Cy and spoke with him through all the questions I had, I felt very confident that this company could be trusted. All questions were taken very seriously and - where necessary - answers came directly from company engineers. In addition to that, I was very impressed with the price, and overall it felt like a clear winner. On the scheduled installation date, the installers came on time. Very friendly guys, very receptive to questions and concerns, and taking extra steps to do it all neatly and properly. No rushing or shortcuts to get it done quick and dirty, which I definitely appreciate as a professional. I was very pleased with the results and couldn't find anything that might cause a concern (I'm pretty picky). They also installed the "smart" thermostat that finally made use of our builder-installed high-efficiency modulated furnace which was previously controlled by a simple on-off single-stage thermostat. Gosh, what a world of difference!!! There were a few permanently colder areas in our house due to the short (but full-burner) furnace cycles, and this new thermostat has completely changed the game. The whole family immediately noticed the difference. - Thank you Cy for the advice! So, the A/C system was tested and worked great, and still I was informed that since it was very cold outside, the company would be coming back in May specifically to fine-tune the system for the right amount of refrigerant. It's great to see that amount of post-installation concern for customer satisfaction. I will be posting back when I have the system fine-tuned and once the summer heat puts it to test. But so far, I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Spring Home, and keep up the great work!

Excellent service. Cy took all the time needed to explain what was needed and what the options were. A comparison of his quote with another reputable contractor showed his quote to be quite a bit less costly for what was a comparable job. The installers, Tiger and Ricky arrived as promised and removed the old (34 years old to be precise ) furnace and water heater. Cy's advice to buy out the old water heater contract proved to be correct,and saved me some money. The removal was a nasty job and they did it neatly, by literally cutting thel old furnace up, since they could not remove it any other way. the install was done very professionaly and even better, they cleaned up after themselves leaving me with nothing to do but enjoy the new, high efficiency furnace and lots of hot water. I am not easily impressed, but these folks did a great job. I recommend them highly!

Workers were very polite, explained what everything was and how to use the new thermostate. They covered the floor with a dropcloth and cleaned up when they were finished. There was no garbage or mess for me to clean up. They even tested the furance, air conditioner, air cleaner, humidifier and hot water tank to make sure they were all working fine before they left. Very professional. will use them for my other properties. Thank you!
