    Maintenance

    I had my furnace and AC were installed by Spring Home Heating. I also get my routine maintenance done by them. Amir, who did our recent maintenance inspection, is definitely the most competent and attentive service technician I've ever had look at our furnace. He diagnosed an issue, which thankfully is covered by warranty! Highly recommend for sales and service.

    Death of a York & Birth of a Lennox!

    Picture it, Friday morning 10:20 AM, January 29, 2021 - my 19 year old York 90 Furnace decided to go into a death rattle (see youtube video - Death of a York 90 Furnace). I called Spring Home and they dispatched a technician to my home within 2 HOURS!! The technician said I could replace a part (approx. $1,000) and hope for the best or replace the whole furnace. We have been a customer of Spring Home's for a few years, so I called to find out what our options were. We decided to replace our furnace with a Lennox SLP98V 65 stage furnace controlled by a WiFi thermostat!. Spring Home arranged for the new furnace to be installed the next day (Saturday January 30, 2021) and the 2 man crew arrived at 9:00 AM and installed the new furnace with no issues. The house is nice and warm, we have a modern 2 stage furnace that is SILENT - no air sound, no furnace kicking on and off, no rattling, NO NOTHING. I highly recommend the staff at Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems for all of your HVAC needs. Give them a call and tell them that Ken sent you!.     Service call

    I have been a customer for 11 years and all my interactions have been pleasant and professional from the administrative team (Rodina) to the technicians. I recently had Amir and Kiril do some servicing and diagnostic work. Both took the time to explain what they were doing so that I felt a part of it all. Both really enjoy their jobs and it shows in their demeanor and attitude. Great assets to the company.

    Excellent … as always!

    Spring Home Heating and Cooling have done multiple installations for me and they have always provided excellent service! I first used Spring Home about 10 yrs ago when I wanted to replace both my A/C and furnace at my house. At that time I didn’t know what company to use nor what products to purchase. I did a ton of research, got multiple quotes and ultimately chose Spring Home Heating and Cooling. They proved to be an excellent choice. (see my review from about 10 yrs ago) Since then I have also hired them to install a new furnace and a new A/C unit at my mothers house. This time I did no research, I just called Spring Home and asked to speak to Cy. You see since they first installed the furnace and A/C at my own house many years ago Spring Home has consistently provided me with regular maintenance and exceptional service. Whenever I had an issue/question they would always resolve it pleasantly, with immediacy and care. I have also sent them to my mother-in-laws house to do regular maintenance on her HVAC as well. Recently I had them install a new hot water heater in my own house over the holidays. (my 15yr old rental from Enercare stop working) Once again I just called and asked for Cy and before I knew it I had hot water again. This company prides themselves on customer satisfaction, quality installations done with precision + care as well as excellent after install service. Their pricing is fair, their staff are knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. They always strive for excellence. After 10 years of happily dealing with Spring Home Heating and Cooling I can honestly say I trust them and think they are an exceptional company to deal with. I have complete peace of mind knowing that if I had a problem they are just a phone call away! I encourage you to give them a call, you'll be glad you did!

    furnace installation

    I am very thankful to George, his office staff and technicians. I had issues with my neighbour when replacing my furnace, George without my asking offered his support should I need it. His office staff was very accommodating and friendly when I had to reschedule the replacement several times. His technicians had to work with my neighbours shouting at them but they still carried on to get the installation completed, for this I am truly grateful. I am very pleased with the Trane furnace. It is so much quieter than my previous furnace. I would definitely recommend Spring Homes.

    New Viessman Combi-Boiler

    Spring Home did and excellent turnkey job replacing my old heating boiler. The application was quite complex with 5 heating zones and a large amount of old steel piping to remove and reconfigure. George from Spring Home was by far the most qualified, responsive and engaged representative I dealt with amongst the 3 contractors referred to me by Viessman. George took the time to understand my current system, my needs and concerns and recommend options. George stayed engaged and was happy to address numerous questions I had and furthermore to educate me on hydronic principles. He earned my trust and hence earned my business and I followed his recommendation to install a combo boiler and move away from a rental hot water tank. The installation was done on time and with a high level of professionalism, care and pride in the work. The layout of the piping was done in a way that freed up a tremendous amount of space in the room. Springhome remained very responsive after the installation to fine tune the system. I would highly recommend George and Springhome for your boiler needs, particularly if you are interested in Viessman and also if your needs are a little more complex and discerning.

    Hot Water Tank Repair

    We had an immediate repair issue - no hot water - over the Holidays. Didn't matter. I was able to reach a Spring Home rep. immediately and within a couple of hours their Tech. Kiril gave us a call. Timely, friendly, knowledgeable service. Spring Home delivered on what they said they would, so rare these days. To me they stand out and happy with our decision to buy our tank with them vs. the typical Enercare approach we previously had in place. No comparison between the two organizations. Kiril was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and efficiently dealt with the issue. Nice work.

    Go to experts in heat pump installation

    Spring Home has worked with two of our clients and provided them with reasonable quotes for heat pumps (one ductless and ducted). One of the clients had their ductless heat pumps installed last week. They are incredibly satisfied with the results - a more comfortable home, clean slick installation and they are breathing easy with the cleanest greenest home heating system out there!

    Furnace repair

    Problem with furnace inducer fan motor. One simple call to Spring Home and repair was scheduled and furnace repaired quickly. No fuss or bother. Furthermore, very courteous, polite and caring administration staff and field service tech.

    Boiler Installation

    I received excellent service from the team at Spring Home. I already knew that I wanted to install a new boiler and had a few different companies provide estimates. The installation was done promptly, efficiently and skillfully. I highly recommend this company.
