    Complete heating and cooling system in custom built house

    Used this company for several projects.Determined, details oriented, very professional team. Addressed every issue along the road. George and his team are professionals, good customer service. Great after installation and warranty response.

    Friendly and reliable

    Springhome installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me in 2017. They were thorough and professional. 4 yrs later when there was a concern about an exhaust pipe, they came, fixed the minor issue, and sorted it out with the city for me at no charge! Their staff are always courteous and patient as well. Highly recommend this company.

    Excellent service

    They were on time and worked Diligently until the job was done. Work area was kept clean. Henri was great and very polite. I would definitely recommend this team. Excellent Service.

    Simple service but done well

    We had a routine annual maintenance visit from Kiril this fall and whilst all was well, I wanted to commend his attention to detail and general willing to educate and advise. For what is usually an unremarkable activity, I definitely felt he went over and above to make sure we knew the right things to do and thus potentially avoid issues in the future.

    New boiler install

    Our 24 year old boiler was on its last legs so we decided to replace it. We looked at a number of estimates from different companies. We decided to proceed with Spring Home. This company was great from the first contact with George, the visit, the estimate and very reasonable quote from George, all of my questions leading to the decision to purchase, the installation with Jun and his assistant, the follow up questions and requests afterwards, and the fine tuning by Kirel on a follow up visit. Every person we dealt with in the office and in our home was polite, extremely prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. They also followed all COVID safety protocols.     New Daikin Furnace/AC installed perfectly.

    My AC went down over the summer and my house turned into an oven during the peak of Covid-19!! Fortunately, I found Spring Home to help me resolve the situation. Cy patiently worked with me to carefully determine what the issue was and what my my best options were. I ended up deciding on a new Daikin furnace and AC. Cy helped ensure all the appropriate parts could be sourced, which was complicated due to the pandemic. Spring Home offered the best solution at the best price. I compared the same system with other vendors, and could not do better on price. In the end, I not only got the best price, but I got the best install and service as well. George the owner came over with his install team on install day (on time and as planned), and carefully reviewed everything to make sure the job would go smoothly and his team knew what to do. It was a tricky and complex install, and the team did a fantastic job. My new HVAC system is so quiet and the house is super comfortable. Much better than before. Thanks Spring Home!

    Furnace 'Burner' Issue

    Last Thursday(Oct. 8'th), my furnace stopped working. I had similar problems previously, twice with an 'ignitor' and once with a faulty control board. I phoned Spring Home Heating and Cooling and spoke to the customer care representative. She had me do a test and, when that didn't work, made an appointment for a service rep. to come out Friday Oct. 9'th. Spring Home was busy with other tasks so I considered it lucky to get such a quick response. It turned out this time the problem was with the furnace 'burners' being clogged. I have a Trane furnace about 13 years old and when the furnace senses a problem with the burners, it shuts down. It took the technician about 20 minutes to fix the burners and get the furnace up and running again. I can't recommend Spring Home highly enough. The customer care rep. Rodina is pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable as was the technician Kiril who explained what the problem was in detail and showed me the burners so I could see the problem areas.

    Humidifier installation

    I have used this company for many years and they never cease to amaze me on the quality of service providers they have. Kirel Was here yesterday and he explained every step of the way. I’ve had him over to service our furnace many times and he naturally goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied as a customer.

    Ductless mitsubishi A/C

    Spring Home Heating and Air conditioning saved the day during the July heat wave when a competitor backed out of the job at the last second citing they were swamped and the job was too difficult. Spring Home installers Peter and Henry were superb installing a Ductless mitsubishi A/C System . They were on time, conscientious and attentive to any concerns we had regarding the installation. When the job was complete , they tidied up and made sure we were satisfied with the install and overviewed the operation of the system. Well Done! Thank you!

    AC unit

    Very good service. I needed to move the unit after install (too close to the neighbour's house) and they didn't charge me for that or subsequent maintenance. My only qualm is that they should have known the bylaws around how close you can install to the neighbour's property line, and asked me if I checked with them - but that's partly on me too. Good company.
