    AC Ductless Install - 3 Units

    I had Spring Home install 3 Ductless AC Units this past summer and I was extremely satisfied with their service. From the start George was very prompt in his communications and worked with me on a unique solution for my house. The installation crew was very professional and worked with myself and my neighbour to complete everything in a timely and tidy manner. I would not hesitant to recommend Spring Home.

    Trust worthy company that spend time explaining their service in presales, and taking time to do proper instruction

    I picked this company as this is the only company (among the four companies) who send a sales representative (Cy Goh) to my place who took time to examine my installation site and then explain what product I should use. They are not the cheapest compared to all the quotes I got as I believe you get what you paid for. The installer ( Dhillon and Aman) took about 6 hours doing the installation which I believe they were taking their time to do a proper installation as opposed to rushing the job and then go to another location to do another installation. They are very professional and sincere. I am extremely happy with the product and the service

    Airconditioner Installation

    This is my second AC I have purchased from Spring Home. George and Shirley were very quick with responses and the installation went smoothly. I would not hesitate to buy an AC from Spring Home in the future.

    heating & Cooling - Heat Exchanger

    I was told by one Heating & Cooling company that my furnace heat exchanger was cracked and suggest to get a new furnace because it would be hard to find parts for furnace more than 15 years old. I called Spring Heating & Cooling Air Conditioning and was told the heat exchanger is still under Carrier warranty (20 yrs). Spring Heating & Cooling company technican drop by for furnance diagnostic test and result was my furnace is working great and do not need to be replace therefore saving me from $1,000 +(new heat exhanger labour) to $4,000 (new furnance) I would highly recommend their services.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE

    SATISFIED COSTUMER SINCE 2014 FROM A CLEAN AND NEAT INSTALLATION OF MY FURNACE AND A/C UNIT TO ANNUAL SERVICE INSPECTIONS TO MY RECENT THEMOSTAT PROBLEM CALLED AND SPOKE TO RODINA THAT SAME DAY A SERVICE TECH CAME TO MY HOUSE TO CHECK A NEW THERMOSTAT IS REQUIRED THAT WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED TO UPGRADE BY RODINA THANK YOU RODINA AND STAFF I HAVE AND WILL RECOMEND TO MY FAMILIES AND FRIENDS THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE ROSARIO RUSS ROSARIO RUSS

    New Daikin Air Conditioner and GeneralAire Humidifier

    Our central Air Conditioner broke down during the hottest month of the year. We needed help immediately as we were experiencing a heat wave. We communicated with Cy and he offered us several options. He was very prompt, responsive and thoughtful to all our needs. The quality of service extended by Cy, and the service technicians and the office manager was excellent. I would most definitely recommend Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems to others. We are very satisfied customers. The new AC is working like a charm...and sooo quiet.

    Centralized Airconditioning issue

    I have this issue with my centralized AC for a while now and got other service company to diagnose it and issue still persist which is a little annoying, until one day I got Spring Home recommended to me by a family friend. From setting up an appointment with Rodina to technician(Kiril) who showed up and figure out the problem, everything is done "professionally" and with "care" especially during this Covid-19 time. I highly recommended this company for your HVAC needs. Kudos to the owner and staff of Spring Home. Keep up the good work.

    Solved Problem with Tankless Hot Water Unit

    Spring Home installed a new Bosch tankless hot water unit almost two years ago as part of a basement renovation. I've kept up with regular maintenance, but two weeks ago I started getting error codes, and the unit stopped working completely. Rodina and the team at Spring Home stepped up, stood behind their products/installation, and worked hard on my behalf to set things right as quickly as possible. They sent out a tech quickly who determined that the heat exchanger was leaking and would need to be replaced. Rodina was amazing. She (and her team) worked with the manufacturer to first get a new part express shipped from US, and then determine that the whole unit should be replaced (warranty repair). Rodina kept me well-informed along the way - it was clear she understood the urgency of the situation for my family and was working hard/advocating on our behalf. Kiril, David and Amir (technicians) were great - on time, knowledgeable, and professional. On the whole, Spring Home handled the situation really well. They've more than earned my trust and I'm happy to recommend them to others.

    Air Conditioning (Maintenance)

    Once again Spring Home Heating and Cooling came through with taking good care of us! Our air conditioner required some additional cleaning on our regular maintenance check. The unit wasn’t pushing out as much cool air as it was suppose to be doing. The technician who came was able to find what the problem was and fix it on the spot. He was very knowledgeable, skilled and was able to explain to us what the issue was. The air conditioner is working great now! Rodina who works in the office was able to answer my questions and provided such good information. She is so responsive and provides such great customer service. It really means a lot when someone cares. Thank you Rodina. Thanks again Spring Home !

    excellent sevice

    I have used Spring Home' service for years. I am very satisfied with their works from the initial sales, installation to every year’s maintenance. In end of March this year, for the first time, my furnace kept sending an error code, I was not sure if I should book a technician visit at that time. So I emailed Spring Home for help. Rodina replied my email promptly with detailed information regarding possible causes and what checks I could do by myself. When I called the office the next day for further information, manager George answered all my questions with extreme patience. He’s very knowledgeable and I learned that it’s not a super urgent issue. So I decided to wait and see. When I called to make a booking several weeks later. George sent the technician the same day. Technician Kiril is very professional, efficient and polite. He diagnosed the problem almost right away and fixed it. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained how this happened and showed me what to do step by step to prevent recurrence. I really appreciate it. Everyone from Spring Home is professional and supportive. They care about their customers. Thanks and highly recommended!
