    New Furnace, furnace relocation and new AC

    Cy and his team did a great job. They are extremely responsive and customer focused. We had a new furnace, AC and water heater installed. They also moved the location of our furnace to a place in our basement more appropriate when we finish our basement. Thanks for the good work Cy and George!

    New Furnace, Air Conditioning and Humidifier

    From sales to installation, everyone was professional and did a great job. There was a problem putting the air conditioning unit in the backyard since the space between the houses was too narrow. Spring Home had to take apart part of a fence and they did it quickly and put it back together perfectly. Very happy with the work done.

    New furnace, humidifier, A/C

    I would like to thank Spring Home Heating and Cooling, and Cy personally, for the painless install of our new furnace and A/C unit. Cy was a pleasure to deal with, and was extremely responsive with questions/concerns, in addition to processing of the applicable rebates. The installers were very courteous and professional. The installation itself is very clean/tidy and shows pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend these guys for any HVAC sale or service. Thanks Cy.

    Install High efficiency furnace and AC

    My furnace and AC are getiing too old and I was considering to replace them with more efficient system so I can save the money from my utility bills and also take advantage of the rebates. I called Spring Home Heating and Cooling, to get some advice. Cy Goh came and gave me some advice on the best value system for our home which really help me in my purchase decision. I have several quotations from different contractors, but at the end we decided to go with Spring Home because the price is very fair and I read all the great reviews from Homestars. I found Cy to be very professional, customer oriented and patient. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't give credit to their installers who were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave me a contact name for eco-energy auditor. The job was done in one day, and the electrician also help me install several electrical outlets at no charge which was a big deal for me as I'm on a tight budget. Well .... I will definitely refer Spring Home to my friends or family.

    Furnace and humidifier replacement

    The Sales Rep was very informative and explained the procedure on what and how the job was going to be done.The installers arrived on time and finished the job on time.They were very polite but communication was limited due to language barrier.

    Furnance and AC

    I found Springhome website on google and wanted to findout more about them as I was looking to replace my old furnance.CY ( Sale Manager )call me back right away and we started the process. The technicians arrive right on time, start the project right away. They work hard all day long to finish it on time so that we will have heat for the cool night. It was completed around 8PM, both AC and furnance are installed professionally. Now I have a new AC and a quiet, efficient furnance for reasonable price. Thanks Spring home. Lwin

    Installation of furnace

    I am overall very satisfied with the sales, installation and after-sales service of Spring Home. They were quick to respond to my enquiry for a new furnace, their price was competitive and they were able to install a new furnace in my home the next day. After the furnace was installed, their customer service called to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I would recommend this company to my friends.

    Upgraded heating vents and returns required for renovating basement and adding bedroom

    I am very pleased with my experience with Spring Home Heating and Cooling. We were renovating and adding rooms to the basement and needed the space to be warmer. George took time to understand what we needed and made some excellent recommendations. The technician showed up and completed the job as agreed. I found them to be knowledgeable and professional and would recommend them to friends.
