    Air Conditioner, Gas Line and Humidifier

    We needed to get an AC, gas lines for the stove & BBQ, humidifier and furnace venting to the outside installed in our home before completing our basement. Having read reviews of companies on HomeStars, we created a short-list of companies, and had them come in to provide estimates. We met with Cy Goh (really nice guy!) from Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc first, and he set the bar really high with his knowledge, professionalism, sage like advice, friendly demeanor and patience explaining things and answering all our questions. Once we had finished our evaluation, we selected Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. Cy was also able to offer us a competitive price for the whole package. On installation day, Cy's team of skilled technicians (very friendly guys) arrived on time and completed all the work on schedule and left the place in a pristine state cleaning up when done. The Lennox AC was mounted properly on prepared ground consisting of gravel, an ultra light pad and framed with a 2x4, and not just placed on a concrete slab like many other companies do. All other items were also completed to high standards. We are looking forward to Cy's team returning when it warmer to perform a complimentary tune-up on the AC. We are glad we chose Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc and would happily recommend them as a company who provides high quality professional services with a great customer experience.

    Installation of an HRV unit.

    Spring Home was prompt, professional and did a fabulous job on installation. I was very impressed by how little damage was done to my existing walls/ceiling in order to complete their installation. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and were polite and receptive to all questions. The price was right too. I would use or recommend them in a heartbeat.

    New furnace installation

    My old furnace was breaking down too often. I decided to get a new one. The sales manager came and explained that my old furnace was underpowered (75 rather than 90 kBTU) and improperly installed (intake air from within the house rather than from outside). Installation was within 2 days and everything went well. He also explained the rebates I was entitled to. Excellent service from Spring Home Heating and Cooling.

    Furnace Service (After Hours)

    Ran into a problem with a furnace not coming on. Called and spoke with George, had his technician there as soon as possible. They Spent some time addressing the issue and worked at getting the problem resolved. Also fixed a humidifier that was incorrectly wired and a few other touchups with the system. Very efficient, professional service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for any service you may require. Thanks, Paul Hannah

    Furnace, A/C and humidifier installation

    Based on the recommendation and comparsion with vendors, we chose Spring Home Heating & Cooling company to install new furnace, A/C and humidifier for our properties. George has profound knowledge and experiences. He not only presented us a nice solution, but also provided suggestions on improving the energy efficiency and maintaining a healthy and comfortable level in the house. His team came on time and did a careful and profession installation. After installation, they cleaned up all the places and explained how every system worked. George followed up several times to make sure the everything is working ok. They came back several days later to do more testings and optimization, and offered free optimization for A/C in summer time. Excellent job Spring Home! Thanks a lot!

    Furnance and Air Conditioner

    I have been using Spring Home Heating & Cooling company for years for all my properties. Their knowledge and services are excellent. Before I used them, I did try the other companies. One of them claims it has more than 50 years history. But it still can not compete with Spring Home. George and his team can always find out what I need and gave me the best solution. I recently moved to a new property, the noise from the heating system had been annoyed me and affected my sleep. I told to George, he quickly found out the problem and helped me to replace the furnance. Now I am back to good sleep. Thanks Spring Home, you guys did a good job again!

    Furnace and water tank installation

    We have just recently moved to Toronto. Our furnace had decided to stop working on a Sunday when the weather was in the "minus". We went onto Homestars website to search for a reliable Vendor for the service. We called Spring Home and spoke to George. George showed up at our door within 2 hours and found out that our furnace was beyond repair. George had given us a price quote the same day. Our furnace was replaced the next day and we had heat again! Thanks to George and his team for the quick service and the wonderful installation job done! We are most happy to recommend Spring Home to anyone!

    Furance, A/C & Air Cleaner Install

    We purchased a new Furnance, A/C & Air cleaner from Spring Home and we are very happy with the installation. Cy, George, and his team at Spring Home provide excellent customer service and quality installations. Before making any decisions on your HVAC needs, be sure to call Cy first.

    New humidifier and air purifier

    I called Cy at Spring Home Heating based on other reviews and also a recommendation. He provided a very competitive quote and was able to install an air purifier and new humidifier two days later. The guys that came were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves, and their work looked very neat and professional. While they were working they noticed a problem with the exhaust pipe on the hot water tank and repair that as well with no additional cost. They explained how everything worked after the installation was complete. Cy even followed up a couple of days after the installation to make sure it was ok. I will definitely call them back when it's time for a new air conditioner!

    Installed central humidifier

    I contacted Spring Home for installation of a central humidifier. Cy provided a very competitive quote and I decided to go with them due to their high rating on homestar. I couldn't be any happier with my decision. The technician came on time and the installation was a breeze. He answered all of my questions and concerns and explained to us how everything works. I would definitely use them again for my future hvac projects and recommend them to my friends and family.
