Ours is an older home in south-east Scarborough, very close to the lake, and was in desperate need of a heating and cooling system that could meet a variety of our needs. Cy came to see us within days of my initial phone call to him, and he spent a good two hours with us discussing our home and all of the options that best fit our needs. After getting two more quotes, we decided that Cy had presented us with the best solutions and price, plus we simply liked his honest, straightforward demeanor the best. He was very flexible and understanding in booking our installation date with us. On that date, his team arrived in a timely manner and worked tirelessly all day to complete our installation. The work done was clean, as they took care not to cause damage to our house (I.e. floors and walls), and they swept up very well after themselves. The furnace has been working very well over the last month that we've had it, and we look forward to the air conditioner working equally well come the summer. Cy doesn't consider the job complete until all equipment has been checked and calibrated during its working season, so we know he will be at our house come June to make sure that all is well with the a/c. He has been more than reasonable with our questions and concerns, and it has been a pleasure to work with him.
