Some highlights: (1) They recommended wiring the new HRV to the furnace blower, so that the blower would run at low speed when the HRV is operating. Our old HRV was standalone. The other companies that provided quotes for the job made no such recommendation. The new HRV seems much more effective than the old HRV in distributing fresh air throughout our house. (2) They identified and corrected a code violation in our furnace which posed a fire hazard. (3) During the course of wiring the new HRV to our furnace’s control board, they corrected an error in the wiring of our furnace. As previously wired (the board had been replaced last year by a different company), the blower fan could only operate at high speed.

This past summer I purchased and had installed a Lennox AC unit from and by Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems, Inc. My experience with Spring Home Heating & Cooliing Systems Inc was great from the beginning to the end. Cy Goh was very imformative and helped me choose a unit that was suitable for my home, giving me the pros anc cons of each of the units available. The installation team that worked on this project was extremely accommodating. There were some challenges regarding the positioning of the actual unit as my home had never had an AC unit before and the house is positioned on the property in such a way that the standard placement of the unit beside, infront, or directly behind the house was not an option. The team doing the installation took the time to listen to my requests and make the requested changes as the installation was taking place. We were in the market to upgrade our furnace and narrowed our list down to three. We decided to go with Spring Home, mostly due to the comfort we felt in our meeting with Cy. On installation date, the rest of the Spring Home team did not disappoint. We were very impressed with the work they did and are thankful for it. I would recommend them to a friend/family member.

I have an old historical house without possibility of building air conduct without breaking all the structure. Cy and Georges came with a unique solution, with one small unit per floor hidden in the ceiling. Very efficient, unexpansive, invisible, with total independance between floor. What more? They came on tiime, finished on time and the unit is totally silent.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Spring Home Cleaning to install a whole home humidifier and electronic air filter recently. I first came across Spring Home Cleaning via Cy Goh who answered quite the many questions I had about which products to choose for my furnace through some email and phone calls. This communication was very welcomed in an industry that often doesn't take the time to help the customer out at least in my past experiences. After getting some very good pricing from Cy we met and went over all the details about the installation. Cy was very thorough and pointed out some things that needed attention and offered up some helpful suggestions as well. Booking the installation was easy via email and the installers arrived at the exact time we had agreed on. The job took about half a day which is what I had been told it would take. The installers also explained to me exactly what was going to be done and we had an open dialogue throughout the day. All the work was completed and looked very professional and the entire work area was cleaned up just as I had it before. One of the installers also walked me through working the new thermostat, air filter and humidifier that were installed and left all the manuals and paperwork associated with the items. I did a walk through the next day of the external wiring that was done for the outdoor sensor of the thermostat to check how it looked and I wasn't entirely sure if it was fully completed or not. I emailed Cy about whether the cable just dangles bunched up there or is encased or something. Just a general inquiry as I was happy either way. He asked for some pictures which I sent him and he had his area manager look into them. Later on I received an email from the manager letting me know that the cable had not been terminated/finished off to his satisfaction and that he would be sending someone over the following day to clean up the wiring. We didn't even have to be home for the work to be done! I must say that seeing this level of customer service and looking out for the customer to be fully satisfied took me aback for a bit. Yes it does exist out there and Spring Home Cleaning has plenty of it. :) So the wiring was cleaned up and the installer called before and after he was done which was a nice touch. Based on my experience with Cy and with Spring Home Cleaning I will definitely be using them in the future and would gladly recommend them to all of my friends.

Cy, George and the installation team were very good, accommodating, courteous and very professional. They did an expellant job and performed all services as contracted. Their goal is to provide a comfortable purchase experience and outstanding customer service in their industry and from my experience that is exactly what you get. I highly recommend using their services.

I originally called in to get an estimate for my air conditioner which broke down in July the hottest week we had that month 2011. I received a call back almost immediately after leaving a message and Cy Goh answered all my questions without hesitation and explained different ways we could go about resolving my problem. He made an appointment and showed up at my home and went over different information concerning types of air conditioners and prices. He also explained that the furnace should be changed because it was already 19 years old and would be more functional for both units to be new. We went over the prices and the type of equipment I would need for my home and I signed an agreement. Cy was very helpful, explained things thoroughly and provided my new furnace, air conditioner and air purifier that same week. The service technicians that installed the furnace, air conditioner and air purifier (Lennox) did a clean and professional job. The crew cleaned up and were polite and good workers. I would recommend Spring Home to anyone who has the need for air conditioners, furnaces and air purifiers. Cy is always available and I want to thank you once again for the caring you showed and your professionalism as a sales person. Your the best. Cy continues to keep in touch which is a great gesture and I will be using Spring Home in the near future concerning other products.

I had been looking at several companies to replace furnace and AC for my parent's place and having met with several companies, I ultimately decided to go with Spring Home because I sensed they do it right and can do the best job overall. Most other companies offer the same brand/models and was able to provide a lot of information using technical terms and even attractive pricing; but I just didn't feel convinced that they can offer the same peace of mind. I was impressed with the knowledge and insight by Cy when he looked at the current installation and offered options that were appropriate based on need and budget. While their pricing is not the lowest they were competitive with other highly reviewed HVAC companies. The crew that came were on time and did a good job preparing and cleanup post-installation. When we wanted to discuss the placement of the vent pipes, Gary was able to offer options that didn't compromise the performance while still able to address our concerns. He also offered to relocate our humidifier so that we no longer have to duck to access the laundry sink. This was just one of the little things that I realize that I had made the right decision. So far the furnace has been running well and my parents are very happy and are very satisfied with the experience.
