    HVAC

    We can't say enough about our experiences with Cy and Spring Home - we got quotes from so many different companies and we were most impressed by Cy (he offered a great product, great price, many rebates, he was knowledgeable, prompt in getting back to us, attentive and most importantly respectful of our property and of finding the most efficient and best solution for our heating and cooling needs) He refused to do anything that was not to code and even had to work extra to reorient the furnace/redo duct work to make sure the furnace was up to code and effectively installed in the small space we have in the basement (with no additional cost to us) We had our ducts cleaned right after the installation by Ducts by Dave (also highly recommend) and Dave said it was the best installation he had ever seen. Thank you Cy, our furnace is quiet, efficient, the air is clean, our house is heated quickly and evenly and we know we can count on you if we ever have any questions or concerns. This is the type of service we need more of in this day and age!

    Furnace and A/C replacement

    The sales is not that friendly, no following up. The A/C technician is very good, carefully check every welding point to make sure they are welded good. I didn't test the A/C because it's winter.

    Lennox furnace and air-conditioner

    My old furnace and airconditioner were 19 years old, though they were still functioning, I was always worried that they may breakdown any time, esp. in deep winter. Introduced by a friend, I called George of Sprind Home. Though very busy, he came for an inspection immediately and explained to me several solutons in detail. Once I decided, things were processed in good order: auditor coming for a pre-audit; reports coming out 2 days later; installation confirmed a week later. On the installation date, 2 professional engineers came in early morning, then things were just carried out smoothly without any trouble. Now we are very satisfied with Lennox products, surely we wil enjoy a warm and comfortable winter! Big thank you to Spring Home!!

    New furnace and Air conditioning

    The entire experience with Spring Home HCS was a pleasure. Spring Home was the first co. I called and as it turned out the only one I called. My first meeting with Cy satisfied my concerns about product and rebate knowledge, professionalism, customer care and concerns and most importantly - honesty. After that meeting I did speak with a few aware of SH and the first word out of their mouth was honest. That to me is probably the most important factor I need satisfied when I’m hiring a team that will be in and out of my house for a day. If you get honesty then you know all other guarantees are in cement. The installation went without a hitch. The team was on time, work was done in good, clean and conscientious manner. A follow up call was made to make sure I was 100% satisfied and that illustrated that really SH cares about its customers. I don’t know how you could do any better than Spring Home.     New Furnace and Central Air Conditioning Unit

    I contacted Spring Home for a price quote, and they were very competitive price wise. Mr. Cy Goh came over to review exactly what I wanted. He was very proffesional, answered all my questions, and made some good suggestions. I was very satisfied with the work of the installation crew who did a good clean up job before they left. I would certainly recommend Spring Home to anyone requiring Heating or Air Conditioning services.

    New Furnace, A/C, Humidifier and larger return boot.

    Excellent service provided by Cy and his team at Spring Home. Cy met with us before the closing date of our house to explain to us different features and benefits of their products and services. Spring Home was able to accomodate our busy schedule. We were also very glad that Cy accurately sized our furnace replacement and did not push us to get something bigger as other contractors were doing. The technician, Gary and his team showed up on time and worked until 19:00 without proper electricity in the house due to a separate job (electrical rewire). Their supervisor George even called me after the technicians left to follow up on the installation and was able to send another team out the next morning at 9 am to take care of a few details that were missed because most of the lights in the house were not working while the crew was there. Cy has continued to follow up with us and his team will be coming back to optimize the furnace as the weather gets colder. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Spring Home to our friends and family for their professional work and great customer service.

    New Heat Pump unit

    Completely satisfy with the service from Spring Home. Cy was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient with explaining all the heat pump products options and prices. It's always comforting and appreciative to have someone who would take the time to understand what a customer want. The installation Manager George and his team was also quite excellent. George went beyond his duty and helped arrange an Electrician on the same installation day to do some panel upgrade work. The entire team was very accommodating and flexible with where I want to install the new unit. They were very efficient and clean with the installation work. Overall, I am completely satisfy and honestly have no complaints. I would definitely recommend anyone, family and friends to use this company.

    AC INSTALLATION

    I wanted to surprise my parents with a new air conditioning unit while they were out of town. Their A/C was over 20 years old and no longer functioning. After doing some research online I called a few companies for quotes. In the end, I decided on Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems. This was because Cy was very helpful in answering my questions during the consultation. He did not pressure me at all, answered all my questions no matter how trivial, and appeared to be sincere in his desire to recommend the best unit for the house and offered a fair price. The installation guys who came were on time, and worked efficiently. They cleaned up after the work was done and were very professional. My only negative comment would be that Cy did not mention the height of the unit we purchased (he did so with the length and width but not the height) so the unit was taller than I pictured. It worked out okay though and my parents were thrilled to have a new A/C. Thanks Spring Home!

    Rooftop HVAC Units Replacement

    I recently contracted George Li at Springhome Heating and Cooling to replace several rooftop HVAC units. The initial consultation with George was very informative and I was given a recommendation report detailing the status of the existing units, and George's proffessional recommendations. Several options were presented in terms of repairs and replacement of the units. After further consideration on George's recommendations, I decided to opt for replacement of the existing units, rather than repairing them. George's knowledge, honesty, and tell-it-like-it-is attitude made me feel very confident in my decision of contracting his company to do the work. In ending, George and his crew showed up when they said they would, did the job exactly as in the recommendation report, and was right on time in completing the work as quoted. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided to me, and would recommend George and Springhome Heating and Cooling to anybody who is looking for superior sevice, and exceptional workmanship.

    Furnace broke down

    The service was pretty good. I asked them how long it would take and it they said a few hours based on the part that they had to order. from a relationship point of view they were very helpful. Good job.
