We were prompted to get a new furnace because of the goverment rebates and our father in law knew Cy who was informative and brought me a latte. The installers arrived on time and were friendly and considerate as they put down cloths for their shoes. They also cleaned all the dirt from taking out the old furnace. Now my daughter has enough hot water so she does not use our shower. Yea. We are very pleased with the professional and friendly manner the entire renovation was conducted.

A few years ago I purchased a ductless unit from United Energy and had nothing but problems since the day I purchased it. After years of no success trying to get United Energy to repair or replace the unit, my husband and I gave up and decided to buy a new unit. Having been burnt by United Energy, I was very cautious and did a lot of research before deciding to contact Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems for a consultation. Cy was amazing! He was very knowledgable and informative and worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the replacement unit. He gave us multiple options and had his installation tech come over to help us make the right decision. The installation team was quick, professional and even un-installed our old unit. The new unit did a great job at keeping the house cool all summer. Cy contacted us a couple of time over the summer to ensure that we were happy with the unit. I am extremely pleased with the product and service I received from Spring Home Heating and cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a ductless air conditioner. They are dedicated to quality and excellent customer service.

Cy Goh from Spring Home was our representative and he took the time to explain to us the differences in both the products available and the value that we can get from them. The install team arrived punctually, explained to us what they were going to do and cleaned up after they completed the work. The team leader also took the time to explain to us how to use the system and the maintenance procedure. Cy followed up after the install to make sure we were satisfied with the job.We are very satisfied.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Cy and the company in general. Cy was efficient, on time and very clean. He took the time to explain the process and demonstrate how the newly installed furnace was to be operated.

I have nothing but good things to say about Spring Home Heating & Cooling. They were referred to me by friends who also had a good experience with them. In the past year I have hired 4 different contractors to do different jobs around the house. Every one of those contractors had high marks in Homestars (including being in the “Best of” categories) and A+ ratings with the Better Business Bureau. Even among this crowd, Spring Home Heating & Cooling stood out. When I contacted Spring Home, I got a call back within an hour, and Cy came to my home three hours later to talk about the job. We talked about the job for about 2 hours, and George, the owner also came as the job required some new ductwork which he had to quote. Both Cy and George were knowledgeable. I requested an installation date on a weekend because I had taken a lot of time off work due to other contractors working on the house that month. It was meant to be a 1.5 to 2 day job because of the new ductwork, but they worked 13 hours straight to get it done in one day so that we would have water and heat (this was in November). They arrived punctually at 9 AM and worked until 10 PM on Saturday. The crew consisted of four people plus George who came at the beginning and end of day. They started by explaining exactly what they were going to do and ended by explaining how to maintain the system and how to use the controls in the thermostat. Some areas where they stood out: 1. In addition to installing the furnace and air conditioner, they installed new insulation and drywall behind the furnace at my request as I had no access to it under normal conditions. 2. They rearranged our laundry room by removing my water softener, repositioning my washer and gas dryer, and connecting new ducting for the dryer at my request. They did not charge extra for this. 3. They noticed that the previous owner’s contractor did not connect the gas line to the dryer properly (they used Teflon tape to seal the joints) so they came back another day to replace the line for me. George came that day and even brought me a coffee from Tim Horton’s. He used that as an opportunity to train me further in the advanced features of our thermostat (Icomfort) and optimize the settings for our house. 4. Cy followed up after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Spring Home also only uses quality products (Lennox and American Standard). When selecting a contractor, it’s also important to know what type of materials and equipment they use (not just their ratings as contractors – there are many contractors with high ratings, but use lower quality products). They did a great job with the installation, and it’s all set up in a way that will make it easy to service. As a Mechanical Engineer and somebody who demands quality work, I am quite satisfied with the work and would have no problems referring them to friends and family.

Had whole air system installed in July 2011. Cy was very friendly and patient, gave me a lot of helpful suggestions. Workers were professional, did a perfect installatin, well cleaned and broomed after job done, removed all packagings and waste. After, Cy visited my home couple of times to follow up. Highly recommend.

We found Cy through Home Stars...after meeting and reviewing several other companies we decided to go with Spring Home. Cy was very professional and provided us with a very good service. They completed the installation on time and cleaned up after they left. We are very satifified with our new furnace.

Initially contacted another Heating company on home stars and Mike Homles preferred contractor, one email to send them the design/drawings, and three follow up phone calls in the span of a month in an attempt to get an estimate, their response is always, we will call you back.....needless to say received ZERO call back and no estimate. Found Spring Home Comfort and thought to give them a try. What a difference, phone calls and emails are returned promptly. All the communications exchanged were directly with the managers/owners of the company - Georoge Li/Cy Goh instead of going through a receptionist. The installation went smoothly, the installer Gary is very experienced....and if you are looking for duct work I recommend that you request Gary to be on the job. George Li the owner came after the work is done to inspect the work, checked air flow and also made few suggestions that will improve the heating system. Would Highly recommend Spring Home Comfort to anyone looking for professional duct work!!

We contacted quite a few companies first and chose SPRINGHOME becauce their price is competitive and the company is close to our home. No company carries all brands so choosing LENNOX is a big reason we go with SPRINGHOME. We asked many questions regarding installations and models and technical details, it takes time and efforts but that is the way you learn and compare between dealers. And don't forget, warranty is a big thing to consider. SPRINGHOME gave us fairly good answers. Cy is the salesperson and rep, answered many questions. George LI is the owner and engineer of the company. He came to our home and resolved our many concerns. He is quite knowledgeable, experienced and polite. George Li's technician teams are qualified, professional and caring. They did a good job. I also read most reviews and searched BBB, I think you care more about "bad" reviews than good reviews. But I didn't find any terrible complaints. I wish HOMESPRING can always maintain its high standard.

I am very selective. Before I hire a contractor, I compare carefully the reputation, the work qulaity, and of course the price. Recently I have to replace a Lennox Air-Conditioner. After considerable shopping, I picked Spring Home in favour especially their price quoted (lowest) Now the air conditioner has been installed. I am extremely impressive with the professionlisam and the in-depth knowledge of HVAC of the owner of the company, Mr. George Li. He is a good leadership, under his supervision, the installation went through effectively and smoothly. The workmanship, timing, customer care is beyond our expectation. They also guided us throught the pocess of getting the manufacturer rebate and the government eco-energy programmes. Great job done !!!
